My Dhani credit limit has been inactivated for no apparent reason. My current dues (my first EMI portions) are all cleared. Next dues are to be paid in the month of Feb, 2022.
However, the app shows the entire amount spent as due and asks me to clear the entire credit line that I have consumed in the "Dues now" section.
I don't know if it's a software glitch or what. But nobody uses Dhani to pay all the amount at one go!
Their customer care numbers are invalid and the chat support is a useless bot. So, I am pretty directionless at this point.
Request you to help me out.

    I had made a payment of ₹1376 on Amazon using my Dhani card on the 4th of January. It’s had been 12 days since then, Amazon shared the Refund Reference Number but the money is not yet refunded to my Dhani account. I am unable to contact the customer service of Dhani either.

      I pay rent using mobikwik and today my payment failed but money was deducted from my dhani card now it is showing me I have to pay 3 emi's already and the payment is also not done yet
      The amount is 1440 I am a tenent and due to covid in very less pay my house owner will kick me out if I miss any of the payments I am already on part payments for the rent
      Please resolve this quickly below is the attachment which has the screenshot of mobikwik

          Hi Dhani This is Sheikh Tauqeer Ahmed one of your dhani Onefreedom card Customer. I have been using ur service from long. I'm not able to my credit limit after paying my due amount on time. Presently I have a limit of 15000 in Onefreedom Credit limit. And according to your rules and regulation I will be able to use 10 % i.e 1500 of the credit limit for a day and one time Max limit is 1500. But here after using the 10 % i.e 1500 of credit limit for a day my due amount shown is 1500 not the 500. And in detail if I see 500 is due for next day and then 500 for next month and again 500 for next month total of 3 emi ' s split for 3 months each with 500 but here Now I'm asked to pay the complete amount before the due dates that is next month and again next month i.e total of 3 emi's in one shot. I'm not able to get this thing and this not mentioned your rules and regulation. Please check for my issue and get it fixed soon. I have few commitments to fullfill using your Onefreedom limit.

            I Vivek Srivastava a user of dhani is using dhani since 1 month. For the first month my limit was 10000 and it was fine no issue there.
            My 2nd emi was starting from 14 Jan 2021. The app gave me 2 option either pay 1 emi or pay total of 9000+ including service charges to increase my card limit and did so.
            My new card limit was 15000. I used the card on 14 Jan and paid 1st emi of 500. On 15 Jan I again used card but this time it asked me to pay 2500 activate my card again. I paid that still i feel being cheated bcuz I have to pay emi in 3 instalments and my card limit was 15000, so i basically used 3000 not 15000. Now I just want a clarification on how you guys collect your money. It's like whenever you want I have to pay or i should pay in 3 instalments.

              Hi,

              I do NOT understand how many more emails or phone calls do I need to make to Dhani before I am given a resolution on the matter. I have already made 100s of them and all i get is Work In progress ??? WTH ?

              1. You WRONGLY REPORTED PAYMENTS AS LATE FOR Loan Account Number: CL09034947 BY 43 DAYS IN CIBIL & OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS (EXPERIAN, CRIF HIGHMARK & EQUIFAX) WHICH HAS DAMAGED MY SCORE WITHESE BUREAUS.(I have attached the credit reports)

              2. THE REASON WHY I DISPUTING THIS REPORTING TO CIBIL AND OTHER BUREAUS IS BECAUSE I WANTED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT DHANI WALLET DID NOT ALLOW ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE "ONE FREEDOM TRANSACTIONS" AS THE YEARLY WALLET LIMIT WAS REACHED AND INSPITE CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES WITH THIS ISSUE NO RESOLUTION WAS PROVIDED TO ME.

              3. I TRIED EVERY MEANS TO MAKE THE OUTSTANDING PAYMENT TOWARDS THE LOAN ID BUT THE DHANI WALLET DID NOT ALLOW ME TO UNTIL DECEMBER WHEN MY WALLET GOT INCREASED MAGICALLY AND THEN I DID MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT.

              4. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED 3 POINTS INDIABULLS DHANI SHOULD NOT HAVE REPORTED THE PAYMENTS AS LATE IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN & OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS. THIS HAS BEEN DONE WRONGFULLY AND ARBITRARILY.

              5. I WANT THESE LATE PAYMENTS for OCTOBER 2021 REMOVED FROM CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS LIKE EXPERIAN AND CRIF IMMEDIATELY FOR Loan Account Number: CL09034947.

              Hope I have been able to make these explicitly clear to you what is the issue here and asking you to REMOVE the Late payment record from CIBIL for the said Loan Account Number: CL09034947. REMOVE the LATE PAYMENT FOR OCTOBER 2021

              Your grievance team Just keep calling me and keep extending deadlines !!! When will you guys remove the late payment for Oct 2021 ?? My cibil score, Experian score all dropped drastically for this non sense wrongful reporting from Dhani !!!

                          Hello,
                          My refund of rs 3349(after deducting cashback) from Amazon was to be credited back to my Dhani card by 8th January for the transaction which was done on 3rd January of rs 3499, but Today is 14th January and still the refund has not been credited yet.
                          I've contacted Amazon for the same & they have told that they have already refunded the entire amount and also provided me with REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER and asked to contact bank for further claiming of the refund.
                          RR number -75503722005012611878508.
                          I contacted Dhani many times for the same but no refund credited till now. They're only saying it will be credited in 7-10 days but still not credited.
                          Please help .

                            I have subscribe dhani and limits Rs. 10000 but till dhani apps sms please upgrade 25000 . Subscribe fees Rs. 235 already paid same time, but next month due amount subscribe fees 589 . How it is possible? . Please clarefly it.

                              Already submitted my complaint but still not resolved. Dhani credit line dues paid on 5th through direct debit from the bank on 5th but it is still not updated in Dhani app (14/01/2022) till date so unable to use it for which I am paying monthly charges of Rs. 499. Sent several emails but no response.
