Hi Dhani This is Sheikh Tauqeer Ahmed one of your dhani Onefreedom card Customer. I have been using ur service from long. I'm not able to my credit limit after paying my due amount on time. Presently I have a limit of 15000 in Onefreedom Credit limit. And according to your rules and regulation I will be able to use 10 % i.e 1500 of the credit limit for a day and one time Max limit is 1500. But here after using the 10 % i.e 1500 of credit...

I do NOT understand how many more emails or phone calls do I need to make to Dhani before I am given a resolution on the matter. I have already made 100s of them and all i get is Work In progress ??? WTH ?

I have no pending dues ..but my card is inactive...tried reaching support several times but no response...
The app is showing me to pay the total amount...though have to pay in installments... kindly solve the issue...

I make transaction of rs 1500 using dhani one freedom card on 6th jan 2022 and the transaction was failed which is done on paytm
but now after 9 days there is no refund is credited in my dhani account
please help me

Kindly check the screenshot, why EMI deduction of Rs. 500/- from my Axis Bank A/c, I have taken only one loan IVL Finance Ltd, EMI every month of 5 Date, Kindly check and refund my amount.....

I have not taken any loan from ivl finance but it is showing 1200 due in my credit report please kindly update.thank you...

My refund of rs 3349(after deducting cashback) from Amazon was to be credited back to my Dhani card by 8th January for the transaction which was done on 3rd January of rs 3499, but Today is 14th January and still the refund has not been credited yet.
I've contacted Amazon for the same & they have told that they have already refunded the entire amount and also provided me with REFUND...

I have subscribe dhani and limits Rs. 10000 but till dhani apps sms please upgrade 25000 . Subscribe fees Rs. 235 already paid same time, but next month due amount subscribe fees 589 . How it is possible? . Please clarefly it.
And today payment date....

Already submitted my complaint but still not resolved. Dhani credit line dues paid on 5th through direct debit from the bank on 5th but it is still not updated in Dhani app (14/01/2022) till date so unable to use it for which I am paying monthly charges of Rs. 499. Sent several emails but no response....

Emi is debited on 5 Jan 2022 from bank account but still my one freedom card credit limit not restore

We Already Clear Due Amount a long time ago, but recently we check my credit score, credit showing negative due to IVL Finance Ltd not update my payment details, why late ?? app showing due clear but not update my civil score,...

Sir I am not received any loans this company but civil effective...

Money refunded by paytm but not by dhani, scamster company...

I didnt take any personal loan from IVL Finance Ltd but it is showing in credit report kindly requesting you to remove and update my report accordingly...

Indiabulls finance team has deducted PreEMIs from my saving account despite of payment made by developer 10 days before and this is second month now, i have intimated multiple time for wrong debit from my saving account, now they are not refunding my money, please help and get the refund back

First wrong transaction - INR 3124/-
Second wrong transaction by Indiabulls - 31324...

It's been more than 10 days
According to amazon my Rs 599 And Rs 1139 were to be credited on 31/12/21 and 09/01/22 respectively.
But none of them is credited to my Dhani pay wallet....

I have checked my cibil score in bankbazzar.com and Experian so that I got know the issue of personal loan actives by ivl finance ltd on 31-oct-2021.

Dhani has given me a credit line of Rs 25000 by charging a fee of Rs 499 per month. The dues were debited from my account on 5th January but till date it is not updated ie 12th January. Sent several mails but no response. I am unable to use the credit line and also paying monthly charges....
