Transaction failed on PAYTM and showing as refunded and accepted by Dhani One Freedom Card but still not received under it (screenshot attached) registered Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

I have paid the pre closing loan ammount which was given as offer price through phone on 23.10.2021, but my loan was not closed and also my due on 02.11 2021 debited from account. Please take necessary action.

My dhani registered number is [protected]. My loan amount is 50000 but it is showing 100000 in cibil report and i don't have any late payment but it is showing overdue 190ruoees and 50 days.

I have done transfer of Rs 1621 to my friend's dhani pay wallet from my dhani pay wallet on 1st November 2021 in banking hours nearly done in the morning but not credited to my beneficiary yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached herewith for your reference and i also want to state that i have called to customer care 10-15 times regarding same issue to but i have not got any reply from any end.

I have no loan account your company but always show 2 active account of my credit score so my civil score is down regularly

I have closed my loan already but still it's pending for updation in app and asking me to pay no proper response from customer care, each and every time they hung the call inbetween.no response for mail .highly irritating experience

In this company all manager HR TL are not supportive at all HR department is for help agent to resolve the issue but they don't listen to agent they only one option to terminated the agent i[censored] go to HR department to complaint against TL. My biggest mistake to join indiabulls group in this company TL will do mentally torcher to agent they don't give break at all i[censored] say something to TL they say meri merzi i[censored] want u can do anything in the end u will terminate coz Hr will support TL. I have worked in 3 to 4 company but this is my worst experience

I have taken Dhani cares credit line loan from India bulls.I pay full EMI of loan but Dhani app showing to pay full EMI again.I email customer support many Times but they are not responding.I also request them to foreclose my Dhanicares credit line but they are not responding.

Dear Dhani,
I have ordered a product through Amazon and ₹19999 was debited successfully from Dhani prepaid card (wallet) dated 08.09.21. But unfortunately the order was cancelled by me due the wrong description of the product which was ordered. As the per the consent of Amazon customer support team the said amount was refunded within 13.09.21.They have also forwarded relating documents through mail bearing Transaction ID :(2s1DuguCsRGBs69YwPjV) RRN :(Uel518) and Processor Trace id:(TCHY[protected]). Everything was sent to you but ultimate solution is zero only false promises are giving frequently. As a result my hard earned money was not refunded to me.
This is my last and final mail against this transaction. Otherwise I will lodge a complain FRAUD CASE to the Ministry of Finance Govt. of India though I have complained to RBI earlier only waiting for reply.
