Error msg of access denied is showing while cancelling the order

Sir I request to you for the cancellation of policy with Manipal Cigna health insurance policy and Reliance General insurance policy( loanee kavach) . I requested since the same day when I received the policy document on email. I was said that you can cancel the policies in your free look period, when I request for the cancellation Manipal and Reliance both required NOC letter from your side. I continuously mailed you regarding for the same but still I didn't get any answer.

Money deducted deducted from dhani account but not received in bank account

They called me & approved personal loan & said to pay for health insurance 4500, then 1st EMI 13, 295, tax 15, 500 i paid. Then they said pay for NOC 28, 500 i cant pay so i said cancel loan process & refund then they said if refund pay cancellation fee 7500, file closing 6500, then 8, 750 i paid. But they not refund. Then i called head office they said paid 5500 then 6000, then 6000 i paid they also not refund. Totally 76000 i lost. They not respond & refund. I asked many times but they say pay for that pay for this etc... i need my money.

I am pavan kumar mutthe. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I have bought some grocery in flipkart buy using dhani card and later I changer my mind and canceled the order. The flipkart marchent has send my money refund. But I did not get the money into my dhani wallet. It's a worrest experience.

I have paid my dues a month ago then too on dhani app it's showing as active which nagitively impacting my cibil score now my cibil score is from 750 to 506 just because of dhani they did not updated that i have paid my dues on cibil report its still showing active account or I did not cleared theirs dues which is clearly un justice... I have dropped an email to [protected]@dhani.com but they never response... Also I get more then 100 times calls n msgs from dhani to repay their amount which is very irritative... I just have taken one credit limit of rs 3150 and they have charged me 6140rs then too I have paid it... But still my account is active... Please do the needful.

I have emailed them 3 times and they say its resolved.
People are calling me every single day that includes sunday.
I have told them not interested please stop calling me i have begged them.
Yet they keep calling enough is enough i have enough screen shots to prove how many calls i get. i am not getting enough sleep from this. i would like to take this complain to court for harassment of calls i cannot sleep without turning off my mobile that is how much they call.
Their customer support number is worthless its an automated call nothing happens not even a person replies.
I am already mentally disturbed by these calls. some times they just call and not even talk.
when i say am not interested they talk back.
When i said am gonna report for consumer complaints. they told kar le ja kya karega fraud hai kya.
I would really like to take this or court ready to pay for the fees as well.
You have no idea how many numbers they are calling from.
I am begging them that is how much frustrated i am.

I have a Dhani account registered with my mobile no [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.
I have, unfortunately, subscribed to Dhani's one freedom service on April 2021. after I subscribed to one freedom service, I came to know that I have to pay a monthly fee every month. so I tried to cancel the plan immediately. but they have charged me April month's fee. they asked me to clear this fee first if I want to cancel the plan. I have paid April's monthly fee and then cancelled the plan.
everything was good here. I thought I'm out of this. but the unexpected thing happened here. after I cancelled the plan in April month itself, I have uninstalled the app. I have recently installed the app in November 2021. to my surprise, I saw a whopping bill of Rs.5775 /- due which is the monthly fee for all months from May 2021 to November 2021. they have charged me dues for all these months even though I have cancelled the plan. I contacted their customer care and explained them the situation. they are agreed that my plan is inactive since April but asking me to pay the dues becuase their system is showing dues. they said that my plan is inactive but I have been charged monthly, so I have to pay the dues. this is where I realized this IndiaBulls Dhani is a fraud company. I have activated the one freedom service again I have paid the dues of 5775 rupees on 23rd November 2021. and then I have cancelled the plan again on 23rd Nov 2021.
now I have no dues in my account. I'm trying to cancel all the subscriptions ( which IndiaBulls activated silently and charging me for the same ) but I didn't find any option to cancel the subscriptions. so I mailed to [protected]@dhani.com saying that I have no dues, so please close my account. they replied that **Dhani One Freedom Card and Dhani Doctor services are active, please deactivate all these in order to deactivate the account** I couldn't find an option to deactivate any of these.
I'm afraid that they will charge me again indefinitely even though I have cancelled One Freedom Service on 23rd Nov 2021 again.

I Want To Deactivate Everything With Dhani. I Do Not Want To Be A Customer of the Dhani App Account.

I am sending here also Screen Shot I Taken Of the Dhani Application And a Screenshot of the mail they sent. these screenshots show the dues as 0 rupees as of 23rd November 2021 and the payment that I have made on 23rd November 2021 of 5775 rupees and the mail they sent asked me to cancel the one freedom subscription ( which is already cancelled, you can check the cancellation process in the attached video and you can find the date and time when I'm cancelling the plan and the date and time when they replied. I have cancelled the plan but they said the plan is still active )

I have never taken personal loan from indiabulls but they showing five loan. Please help me to resolve these all loans

I am mailing and calling Dhani from last one month but I did not get any solution Dhani people are not closing my account I had taken a subscription plan of 199₹ but now I want to cancel it but no cancellation option is showing, I have called Dhani many times regarding this but no solution has been found dhani team want that I should pay 199 every month but I want to cancel the plan but there is no option to cancel the plan When I go to the option of Dhani One Freedom Credit and after that the setting option is displayed then I am not showing the option of deactivate plan what i do I want to cancel the plan of Dhani One Freedom Credit but the option of deactivate plan is not showing I am mailing Dhani from last one month but havent got any solution I am going to report in cybercrime Please help sir, I have paid the subscription fee full but still the dhani one freedom credit limit is still inactive, I have mailed and called the company many times but did not get the solution

I have applied for Rs 20000/- Personal loan and have been contacted (+[protected] and +[protected] by your staff on 09/11/2021 to pay Rs 1800/- for insurance and following transactions are made and till now I have paid Rs 43000/- as application fee, TDS, Processing fee, bank charges, GST, documents charges and so on please, Lastly, I am not having money now, they are forcing /asking for Rs 5500/- as some charge, Sir realy l not having money, each and every body are speeking different languages in every 1 min, saying he has gone, I am new what you want, what's your problem, then another staff member speek to me, ask what your problem, I will tell my problem, mean time he cut call and he will left, this will continue for one or half a hour. Now I came to a conclusion that I need not want Loan. There is no other way except your legs, please help me Sir.

This is the message I got. Now after this, there is a fee charged of Rs 1399+ GST. And getting calls daily to pay this, despite me saying that I am not interested. Have not used the facility, still being forced

I have cleared all the dues and even paid the subscription fees of 299 for a credit limit of 10000 but they haven't activated my limit yet. I'm not able to use my credit limit even after paying subscription fees. I have emailed several times but no one has responded yet. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
