Updated by Dinesh22hr I request to close one freedom card membership,
your app don't show any way to CLOSE this,
if you don't close it I don't pay any other Rupees to your company,
I also take a legal action you company, your company very very bad,
I trust on dhani but your people are fruad,
you show free card when complete KYC you show monthly Rs 353 charges and show first month free as a cashback, after that your company say 10% 5% on your first transaction. But they never give any cashback. Your company say interest free and they charge Rupees 150 to 200 As stamp duty,
but indianbulls dhani agents asking me first you pay ₹ 2118 subscription fee before you canceled this service,
I have not been using this dhani one freedom card service for 6 months,
I don't use this service. Why should I pay a subscription fee without use this service,
Even though I don't use it, do you charge a subscription fee every month in Dhani Account,
i tell you,
please CANCEL my membership/plan,

I'm employed, my family facing lot's of financial problems now,
Waive-off and cancel my plan,
