    An amount of 2537 deducted from my wallet towards outstanding and I have paid around extra 4200 the same day to close account as early as possible. But the amount of 2537 is not reflected in my account and they have never responded to my emails. The customer care is the most arrogant and irresponsible fellows I have ever seen. They cut the call abruptly when they cannot give a solution and just speak like parrots releating the same thing again and again. They have been harrasing me daily from past 1 month to pay the dues. One of the customer care member even said that dhani cannot debit amount automatically from my wallet which is utterly false. Irony is that the subscription fee of 600 is added every month on top of the already paid dues(not reflected). If they had given me the solution I would have closed my account before two months itself. They are running a big fraud and they never respond properly. My mail if is [protected]@gmail.com

    I have not posted my number in the first place. This shows your automated dedication towards consumer and your fake replies. I have shared my mail already and I have given 100s of complaint already but got no response. I think it's of no use talking with the so called customer care.

            My self Ankit Chouhan, on 2nd September 2021 I purchased three item from amazon and payment was done through Indiabulls dhani app wallet, amount paid was 24391rs but due to faulty item one item worth rs22883 was returned and on 8th September amazon and refunded the amount with SOWAOBF20000KSM3PK4L and was told should reflect in the dhani wallet in 3-4 days as payment was through that get way. I called several times to coustomer care they will reflect soon, mailed several times, but due to poor service of the company I didn't got reply til now.

              I see many times advertising Indiabull dhani application about 0 percent fee.
              Then I want to open my account on dhani app.
              I fullfill all detail after that, he ask for subscription fee 350/_ . Then I think it is not good.
              I call A customer care to delete my account. He call me to pay 350 then I delete your account.

              Plzz tell me why am I pay 350 rupees subscription fee even I dont use ur any service like loan or any other .

                Why you hide the subscription charges. Why you guys keep on adding the freedom one credit card charges if I am not using it. The best part is you keep on adding the charges without informing the customer. Where it was mentioned that for every month there will be subscription charges. I have paid the amount which I have used for the transaction. For the first time I have paid the amount require for activation. Why there is hidden charges. Please deactivate my card as I am not using it.

                      Everytime denied my request this dhani agents,

                      Loan Account Number: CL11071597

                      i already lot's of request to dhani one freedom card subscription fees waive-off,

                      but indianbulls dhani agents asking me first you pay ₹ 2118 subscription fee before you canceled this service,
                      I have not been using this dhani one freedom card service for 6 months,
                      (fees 353 * 6 months ),
                      but
                      every month this dhani company dhani one freedom card subscription fees levied to my account,
                      and depositing recent 3 months ECS/NACH To my bank account from indianbullsdhani,

                      why, this dhani cheated me, 😡

                      dhani agents asking me first pay your subscription fees.

                      dhani agents tell to me ofter you pay subscription fees, you can able to cancel your subscription plan

                      I knew I had to pay a subscription fee only if I used this service, but now
                      i don't know, I didn't know I had to pay a subscription fee without using Dhani one freedom card,

                      please help me to waived-off my dhani one freedom card subscription fees,

                      I'm not using this indianbulls dhani service.

                      I'm unable to pay my subscription fees,

                      I'm facing lot's of financial problems now,

                      i urgently needed my subscription fees waive-off only,

                      I'm disappointed from this service, 😕😔

                      This is possible with your dhani Department but your dhani refuse my request for money,

                      I'm employed, my family facing lot's of financial problems now,

                          your app don't show any way to CLOSE this,
                          if you don't close it I don't pay any other Rupees to your company,
                          I also take a legal action you company, your company very very bad,
                          I trust on dhani but your people are fruad,
                          you show free card when complete KYC you show monthly Rs 353 charges and show first month free as a cashback, after that your company say 10% 5% on your first transaction. But they never give any cashback. Your company say interest free and they charge Rupees 150 to 200 As stamp duty,

                          but indianbulls dhani agents asking me first you pay ₹ 2118 subscription fee before you canceled this service,
                          I have not been using this dhani one freedom card service for 6 months,

                          I don't use this service. Why should I pay a subscription fee without use this service,

                              I am customer of Indiabull dhani . I have credit limit of Rs 25000 . due to delay in payment my credit line was inactive . I have cleared all subscription fees in month of september and paid the suscription fee for next month on time . still my daily limit is INACTIVE . I am not able to use my freedom credit limit . Card transaction is always declining . I have written mails since over one month yet no solution . please activate my credit limit .

                              problem 1 -- In nov I paid subscription fee 2 times but not updated ..App is showing 998 rs due but all paid . see you legder .

                              problem 2- Daily limit NOT activated since 4 months . still paying fees.

                              problem 3 - previous loan closed since 6 month but not updated in cibil . Now showing in poor payment history.

                              Give a number of senior or mention whether to make complaint in RBI as no solution to any problem .
                              No solution yet

                              Paid subscription fee TWO times for same month but not updated . Daily limit still inactive . Very disappointing

                                I have been a victim of wrong doings from Indiabulls.

                                I have been fighting with them on repo rate from last 2 years but all agents just making me fool.

                                Moreover when i have asked for Covid 19 benefits started from may June 2021 no one guided me properly instead asked me to clear dues during COVID 19 financial crunch.

                                No Covid benefit provided to me and neither Repo rate revised .

                                Below are the latest complaints/concerns raised but no one even call to discuss.

                                Strange thing they closed several issues on their own without consulting with me.

                                Vineet Chaurasia (Head at Indiabulls) communicating with me from past several months indirectly forced me to arrange funds to pay emis on the name of resolution and told me that Covid 19 benefits are not good for me when i needed it most.

                                Height of ignorance and bad services.

                                  I took a personal loan from Indiabulls in the year 2019. And my last emi tenure was supposed to be ending on December 2021. My emi was 1490/- and it was automatically being debited from my bank account on 2nd of every month. For past two months due to some updates from the RBI, they are not able to auto debit emi from my bank account, so some agent from india bulls calls and sends a razor pay link to manually pay the emi. After I have manually paid the emi of October, one representative from India bulls called me and told me that if I want to foreclose the account then I have to pay only 1750/-. This call came to me on 20th October. As I accepted that offer, she sent me a razor pay link to make the payment of 1750/- (Please note that this was not a scam call as I have thoroughly checked the authenticity of the call. It did came from the India bulls office.) Ok now back to the story...I paid the amount of 1750/- rupees through the razor pay link. In this amount 1490/- was the emi for november and 224/- was the emi for december and there was some overdue charges like 36/- or so(1490+224+36=1750). When this agent called me, she said that they will close my loan account in 4 days and provide me the NOC. So I waited for this time, but after 4 days I didn't get the NOC and on the 6 th day the same agent calls me again and asks for the emi . I told her that I have already paid the entire amount and waiting for my NOC. So she did some background check while I was on the call and told me that they already received the payment and the NOC will be provided in the next 10 days. Already I was waiting for 4 days but now she says 10 days. Anyway I agreed to wait for 10 days but on the 5th say or 6th day she again calls me and asks for the emi...I again told her that the payment was already done...she again goes for checking and says the emi is received and the NOC will be provided in another 10days. Now I really got frustrated, so wrote a complaint to the Indiabulls dhani through their official Facebook chat. And customer support executive called me back and said that NOC procedures is taking time due to emi presentation is going on and said that I will get NOC in 10 days as said by the agent before. During all these time I was also checking the Dhani app and making sure that the emi I paid is updated. And now the emi for the month of November is shown as paid even in the app, but the agents are calling me every day to make the payment for November . Also the December months payment of 224/- rupees and OD charge 36/- rupees is not yet updated even in the app. Also they are charging me OD charging me OD charges while I have paid them entire amount.

                                  I just want Indiabulls to provide me the NOC soon and close my active loan account.

                                  The loan account is now showing as foreclosed in dhani app and also an NOC was sent to my mail id. But when I check the CIBIL score, the loan account is still showing active. So this may affect my credit score. So please update my loan status.

                                      Its been months since I have been trying to follow up with team Indiabulls
                                      Visited several branches but all are closed, employees doesn't have clue in which branch is active
                                      Customer service / grievance / even CEOs desk fails to acknowledge the complaints or requests, no response from either of them
                                      A genuine consumer is requesting for help but none is ready to respond
                                      They want to file legal action but doesn't wish to talk to consumer & help them

                                        My name is Amit Kumar Chawla and I put up in Delhi - Pitam Pura. I would like to update you that I took personal loan from IndiaBulls - Dhani App worth Rs Rs. 40, 000/- (Forty Thousand Rupees And Zero Paise Only)

                                        Every month I paid my EMIs on time during Moratorium Period i requested their loan team to stop my EMIs for 6 month I would like to avail moratorium facility as I am not doing any Job they said Okay we will put your account on hold for next months. From 7th month onwards again my EMI started.

                                        So many times I called their team to know the status of my loan how many EMIs are pending so that I can clear the same in one shot but no positive reply from their end. From last 10-15 days I am receiving one message from Dhani Team that you're failed to pay your EMIs one advocate is appointed and you boucnced your EMIs during moratarium but and their team already conveyed me the same that your EMIs stopped for 6 months. 3 days back I again called on their customer care number that why I am receiving legal notice message they're saying you bounced your EMIs and our team mate didn't stop your EMIs during lockdown.

                                        I would like to request you to please look into the matter because I have already paid my all EMIs why I am receiving this message.
