I tried to pay rent thru phonepe Rs 29884 using dhani freedom card this morning.. transaction failed, but money was deducted..now app is showing me to pay first of 3 EMIs to be paid by today.refunded amount is not reflecting in my dhani account.please help

Hi i would like to close my account...

First wallet amount without inform deduct after complain no results.
Second time unnecessary collect to customer i have used small amount but dhani charges double triple amount.
after mail no body help and reply...

I paid all due amount and subscription fee, but still card is inactive. In app pending amount to pay to 0 though. I have called and mailed your team many times. Even I got mail saying issue solved. Now I think atleast I need the subscription fee refunded.

1000 rupess is transferd to wallet to benifers account on 09/08/2021 is not recived plz transfer my money to benifers account...

I've paid all dues and subscription fee for this month but my daily limit is 0 and status is inactive. I've sent many mails and called many times but they haven't fixed it. They have a best method to cheat customer....

i had blocked my all Accounts in Dhani by mail indeed still the amount every month is getting deducted by my savings A/c and i had call to support team of dhani they are telling it cant be unblocked, so my concern is when dhani A/c cant be unlocked then how can i inactive the dhani one freedom card wich every month they are deducteing the money

please suggest me on same...

My transaction got cancelled and money rs 8999 refunded back by flipkart but still I didn't get my money in my dhani wallet or card. My Transaction was done on 1 August 9:37 AM on flipkart . I attached paytm refund Screenshot, please do the needful and refund my money.

They ask me that i have pay emi for 7829 which was due on 5-aug-2021 so keep 10000 /- on bank account so they can take the money on due date but when i check my balance they took 7650 on 6-aug-2021 which so i was wondering what happen know when i check dhani app its says my total emi due 179.14. so i dont understand why they didn't take full amount paymnet on the due date its seems like they want to put me on past due charge me extra money...

Payment using dhani credit card failing many times.its showing payment failed.But my card was active and cleared all the dues....

I am customer of Dhani one freedom card, which is totally scam, I can't use my Dhani daily credit limit online as well as offline. When I use it offline shopping the transaction is showing as declined and in online shopping the transaction is showing as failed. I have paid all my dues but it's not updated yet and the due now is showing as 2190 which is not my due amount. Have sent multiple mails as well as call too, still the problem...

I cleared all my EMI due and subscription fee of 499 too but it been more than 2 week my card is inactive. I'm getting mail from the team that problem is solved but still the same even on phone customer executives says it will be activated in 24 hrs. Noone really doing anything to solve the issue.

Hi, I am chandrani Nag registered mobile number [protected], my loan emi got closed in july itself, from that time i am mailing customer care to share the soa in any dues pending or if loan is completed then the NOC no update from your team, neither your mobile app is working, if this continues i waill be forced to complain to RBI with all the mail screenshots and app not working screenshot.
