I made an Online Payment in Nykaa through Dhani Credit Card but cancelled the order. They have initiated the refund but it is not reflected anywhere in the Dhani app. I am not being able to contact the customer care, no executive is getting in touch. I had to give one EMI as well as per the rules. When will I get the refund? Where will it be refunded, in the wallet?...

Online Dhani pay Card transaction Releted...

I cancelled my order from flipkart in which I used my dhani card for the payment purpose... I haven't yet recieved my refund of 12500 even after flipkart refunding the amount immediately..i needed to use that money but dhani customer care service says to wait for 7-10 days..i need it urgently.. Pls help out...

I was make payment of ₹1039 at Myntra app from dhani card but transection was failed and my ₹1039 deducted. Please refund my money because the transaction was failed.

Refund issue date was already over on 21 July but still refund not received please refund my ₹1039.

Dhani customer care does not giving any response and cut my again and again.

My personal lone account number IPERDEL02229060. I have paid all the payment. I have not recevied my No objection certificate. And I'm still getting the lone from my civil. Please clear my civil and give my NOC on my mail [protected]@gmail.com....

Installment payment option is not showing so I am unable to pay installment and active card...

I had transferred Rs. 1027 and Rs. 152 from dhani pay wallet to bank account on 20th July around 5:51 pm. It has not been credited to my Bank account yet. I am in short of bank balance. Please credit it at the earliest. Attaching screenshot for reference....

I have cleared the outstanding amount for LAN - S[protected] on 30th June, even after clearing outstanding July month EMI has been deducted. Till date confirmation or NOC not provided for clearing the outstanding. More than 5 mails have been sent for confirmation.
Very disappointed with the response & support....

Ive taken this loan way back in 2018. Since then Im repaying my loan. Trying to reach out for the loan closure since a year time but unable to contact on the customer service numbers.

I have been using dhani one freedom from last 3 months but everytime after 5-6 time o[censored]sage of card it asks me to pay all the emi's so i tried calling to customer care but no response later i recieved a call from [protected] .They told me to pay with the links which are sent by dhani but still not reflecting in app...

I want to cancel my subscription or whatever they call it and in future i don't want any service from dhani so kindly cancel/deactivate my account and also deactivate my e mandate.

I have been in great trouble as i can't keep any amount inmy account because as soon as i credit any amount they automatically debit it saying ECS NACh cahrges....
