I was made payment ₹9966 at FreeCharge from dhani card but transection was failed and my ₹9966 deducted. Please refund my money because the transaction was failed.

Refund issue date was already over but still refund not received please refund my ₹9966.

    I made a transaction on amazon via dhani pay card. But the item was returned and Amazon had done a refund of the transaction on 17 July 2021 and are also giving the reference number of the refund,
    but the amount has not been credited to my dhani account even after amazon refunded it 4 days back.
    The amount is 2749/- to be refunded.

      Your customers executive named pallavi cut my call whene I ask to reslove the issue.you service is pathetic.still dhani card is not working.after lodging complaint . Only two platforms remain one in twitter and linkedin.or else I have to go the consumer court

          I made an Online Payment in Nykaa through Dhani Credit Card but cancelled the order. They have initiated the refund but it is not reflected anywhere in the Dhani app. I am not being able to contact the customer care, no executive is getting in touch. I had to give one EMI as well as per the rules. When will I get the refund? Where will it be refunded, in the wallet?

              I cancelled my order from flipkart in which I used my dhani card for the payment purpose... I haven't yet recieved my refund of 12500 even after flipkart refunding the amount immediately..i needed to use that money but dhani customer care service says to wait for 7-10 days..i need it urgently..                           I have cleared the outstanding amount for LAN - S[protected] on 30th June, even after clearing outstanding July month EMI has been deducted. Till date confirmation or NOC not provided for clearing the outstanding. More than 5 mails have been sent for confirmation.

                                    Loan account : S[protected].

                                    Ive taken this loan way back in 2018. Since then Im repaying my loan. Trying to reach out for the loan closure since a year time but unable to contact on the customer service numbers.

                                    Emailed nultiple times but yet no response. Requested for call back but still no response. Finally got an answer stating that the will respond with my closure info. But again MIA, no response.

                                    I am sure stoping all my future emi from now on thereafter I will not be responsible for any further consequences.

                                    Relaly frustrated and disappointed with the services provided from you all.

                                    Pathetic services and 0 responsibility taken towards your customers.

                                      17/07/2021 at 11.31 am i want to pay my rent payment from freecharge app through dhani wallet and my rental amount is 10118 rs. After rent payment my payment was failed and freecharge also refund my 10118 rs but my refund amount not reflect on my dhani wallet. So sir please help me for refund my amount is 10118 rs which successfully refund from freecharge but dhani team not reflect my amount 10118 rs on dhani wallet.
