      My money got deducted from dhani pay with dhani cashback card and the transaction failed on FreeCharge and the refund process completed, but the amount didn't reversed to my dhani wallet.

        Sir today I want to pay my rent payment from freecharge app through dhani wallet and my rental amount is 10118 rs. After rent payment my payment was failed and freecharge also refund my 10118 rs but my refund amount not reflect on my dhani wallet. So sir please help me for refund my amount is 10118 rs which successfully refund from freecharge but dhani team not reflect my amount 10118 rs on dhani wallet.           I did Rs 1000 Paytm rent payment on Paytm via Dhani pay account on 12th july 2021. My money got deducted but the transaction got failed and the money was not reversed. Today is 16th july almost 4 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my amount. Please help.

          I was made payment ₹9966 at FreeCharge from dhani card but transection was failed and my ₹9966 deducted. Please refund my money because the transaction was failed.

              From last 4 months dhani is debiting my emi amount without any consent in Feb and march they nearly debited more than 1500 even after paying my 120rs EMI and today they debited 590rs even after they debited 120rs on date 05/07/2021 they don't have any customer support services. You can call them 1000 times and they'll never lift your call. I ignored last
              Time without filing a complaint
              But this time I'm doing.

              Or I'll drag you to consumer

                  4 - Description of the issue faced by you in detail.

                  I have raised request for closing the dhani loan #IDHADEL09687906 last month itself and I was told to pay the outstanding amount of rs 17279.59 in order to foreclose the loan, I paid the same amount on 25th June, 2021. but there has been again the deduction of rs 395 from your side for the foreclosed loan.

                  Please find the bank statement document attached herewith where you can see dhani loan’s emi deduction.

                  Can you please refund the emi amount which deducted from bank account and cancel NACH for this foreclosed loan immediately from your end.

                  I request you to cancel NACH for this closed loan and initiate the refund of 395 rs as soon as possible.

                    I have problem with indiabulls Dhani creditline. i got creditline amount of 5150/- and my loan agreement number is IDHADEL09419911, My monthly EMI is 120/- only. My problem is, on 5th of every month 120/- debited from my account. but for last three months i got message from SBI that Your NACH is dishonored because of insufficient funds but I Maintain sufficient funds. and i opened Dhani app it is showing total amount payable is 472/- rupees. i Contacted Indiabulls regarding this issue through Mail several times and contacted customer support team so many times. i am not getting any help with them. I am paying them 120+295+472=887 rupees for two months.
                    My CIBIL is getting influenced with this problem almost 60 points reduced this month.

                      I have been trying to close my loan but these people are not sending me the payment link. I have called and sent several emails but they reply with the same message every time. They ask me to close the loan by logging into the mobile app but the app is not working for the past 13 days.

                      Their representative called me twice and said I will receive the payment link on email the same day but nothing came.

                      Their customer care number is a fraud and has been created to fool people. When I try to call as an existing customer, the IVR says we don't operate in your area. I tried with their office pin code even then I got the same msg.

                      When I try as new customer then after a long wait I get to talk to the executive then they say system is down and we cannot send the link. But they are happily charging the interest.

                      Need your help from this fraud company.

                            I have a top-up loan with loan number IPERLUC04363422. On 6th March, 2021 recovery agent Shiv Narayan Singh(Mb no: [protected]) messaged on whatsapp to foreclose the loan with 3500 INR in cash but I refused and asked a link, on which he shared the link. I did the pay the amount and he said the NoC will be in dhani app after 1 month. But till now loan is not closed and recieving calls to pay the outstanding amount. I contacted the recovery agent, he said because did not gave him cash the loan is not closed. Which company asks for cash payment? This is basically scam and my loan is not yet closed. I tried contacted dhani cares by email and twitter but they ignored the evidences shared and have not recieved any response on that. Please take the action against the employee and also close my loan. I am attaching the proof of conversation and payment.

                              Due to negligence of Indiabulls employee over gurgaon branch India. I have not received full payment under PMAY still they are not be able to give the detail of PMAY status to my home loan account.                                       I have transferred ₹4000 in my bank account from dhani general wallet. Amount has been deducted from my general wallet but it has still not transferred in my account. Neither their support team contact us nor their support team pick up call.

                                      It is saying 3-4 hours, but 10 hr has gone, still amount nit credited.
                                      Can DHANI tell me why this occurs and when my problem will be resolved.
