Dhani has debited amount from my account even after clearing all my dues and cancelling the subscription successfully, I've even cancelled NACH through my bank yet they still can debit amount. Please help

      Hello,

      I had used Dhani’s one freedom card to pay for three orders (two on Amazon, one on Myntra). It has been already notified to me by Amazon and Myntra that the amount has been credited from their end, but I can’t find the same amount being reflected in my credit account yet. It’s been more than 10 days already. Also, I am not able to connect with the customer care.

      Also, I have been emailing since past few days but no response. I am attaching one of the receipts for your reference.

      This is really unacceptable. Resolution of this issue will be really appreciated.

          I made a transaction on flipkart of rs49999 via dhani pay free cashback card. My order has been cancelled due to out of stock. Therefore flipkart refund my amount. But amount doesn't reflect in dhani pay card. My refund date is already over but amount doesn't reflect in dhani pay card. Refund reference id is CR21070317303115178162808

          I call the customer care they doesn't help me. Cut my call again and again. Therefore please help me to solve this issue

                मैं, गुलाब चंद, उम्र 27 वर्ष, सरिता विहार, खादर विलेज, नई दिल्ली - 110076 का निवासी हूँ और आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि 19 February2020 को INDIABULLS धनी से मैंने 20 हजार का एक लोन लिया था | lockdown और financial problem के चलते मै loan नही चुका पाया और लगभग 1 साल बीत गए फिर
                मेरेपास इंडिया बुल्स धनी से[protected] को AJAY BASOIYA([protected]) नाम के आदमी की एक कॉल आती है जो मुझे लोन क्लोज करने को बोलते है |
                मेने उनसे पूछा की सारा लोन क्लोज करने के लिए क्या करना होगा ? तो उन्होंने बोला की एकबार आप मेरे सीनियर PRADEEP DAGER (जो की गुडगाँव इंडिया बुल्स धनी के ऑफिस में बैठते है- ([protected]) बात कर लीजिये वो आपको समझा देंगे|
                मेने फिर उनसे बात की तो उन्होंने बोला की में आपको लिंक भेजूंगा जिसपे जाकर आपको पेमेंट करनी होगी|
                फिर मेने उनसे पूछा की पेमेंट करने के बाद मेरा लोन क्लोज हो जायेगा न क्यू की अगर क्लोज नहीं हुआ तो मेरा सिविल स्कोर खराब हो सकता है फिर प्रदीप ने बोला की आप आज लोन की फुल पेमेंट करदो उसके 15 -20 दिन के अंदर आपको लोन की NOC (No Objection Certificate) मिल जाएगी और आपका सिविल खराब नहीं होगा उसके बाद उन्होंने लिंक भेजी और मेने पेमेंट करदी |
                क्यू की 20 हजार लोन के अमाउंट को मेने 5 बार में खर्च किया था तो उसकी 5 अलग अलग लोन आईडी

                बन गयी थी जिसको मेने एक एक करके सारा पे किया |
                लोन को पे किये हुए 1 महीने बीत गए लेकिन मेरा लोन अभी भी active शो हो रहा था और मेरे सिविल को नुक्सान पंहुचा रहा था | और लोन की EMI मेरे HDFC बैंक में हर महीने minus हो रही थी|
                फिर मेने अजय बसोईया([protected]) को कॉल करके बोला की मेरा लोन अभी भी चालू है और लोन को क्लोज करने के लिए इंडिया बुल्स से रोज कॉल आ रहे है और बोल रहे है की अगर आपने अपना लोन क्लोज नहीं कराया तो आपका सिविल खराब हो जायेगा और आप डिफाल्टर घोषित हो जाओगे और फिर future मे आपको किसीभी प्रकार का लोन नही मिल सकेगा |
                (इंडिया बुल्स धनी से जितनी भी कॉल्स आती थी में सबको पेमेंट की स्क्रीनशॉट भेजता था लेकिन वो कहते थे की आपके लोन की पेमेंट नहीं हुई इसलिए आपके सारे loan एक्टिव है )
                मैंने फिर अजय बसोईया से बात करी ([protected]) और इनहोने उनके उनके सीनियर प्रदीप डागर (जो की गुडगाँव इंडिया बुल्स धनी के ऑफिस में बैठते है- ([protected]) उनका नंबर दिया और बोला की उनसे बात करो |
                मैंने कॉल किया जो की उन्होंने रिसीव नहीं किया फिर मै उनको अपनी सारी प्रॉब्लम whatsapp से बताने लगा लेकिन एकबार भी मेरे whatsapp का रिप्लाई नहीं आया |
                कुछ दिन बाद फिर प्रदीप ने व्हाट्सप्प पे मुझसे पेमेंट की सारी डिटेल मांगी और मेने शेयर की लेकिन उसके 1 महीने के बाद भी कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आया | मेने फिर कॉल किया इसबार उन्होंने रिसीव किया और बहोत बुरे तरिके से जवाब दिया|
                मेने ये सारी बात अजय डागर को बताई लेकिन उन्होंने बोला की प्रदीप ही सीनियर है वो ही ये सब काम देखते है | मेने सर्विस सेंटर पे कई कॉल किये और कई मेल भेजे पर कोई हेल्प नहीं मिली |
                मै हर रोज उनको 20 -30 whatsapp और 10 -20 बार कॉल करता था लेकिन कोई रिप्लाई नहीं आया और ऐसा करते करते
                आज 5 महीने बीत गए और मेरा सिविल स्कोर खराब होकर 600 पे आ गया मेरे HDFC बैंक में अभी तक EMI minus हो रही है और में डिफाल्टर भी हो गया (इनसब बातो की recordings और whatsapp के स्क्रीनशॉट मेरेपास है जो की मै शेयर कर रहा हू )

                मेरी 2 loan ID -

                2-IDHADEL08111868

                जिसकी सारी payment मैं कर चुका हूं।
                plz NOC भेजे।? दोनो की payment कैसे की कृपया नीचे पढ़े-

                पहली loan ID- IDHADEL08115036 को Foreclosure करने के लिए 1, 246.32 payment करनी थी जिसमे से मे 1056 पहले ही
                pay कर चुका था ( 12 January 2021 को लोन id IDHADEL08115036 की एक लिंक आयी थी जिसमे मैंने 1056 pay किया था slip नीचे attached है )
                तो अब 1056 minus करके मैंने 300 ki पेमेंट करदी (क्यूकि 300 से कम की पेमेंट नही हो रही थी ) धनी से call आई थी जिसमे उन्होने बोला की अप पिछली payment minus करके बाकी का balance pay कर दो

                दूसरी loan ID- IDHADEL08111868 को Foreclosure करने के लिए 1, 474.32 की payment करनि थी लेकिन pay करने पे 1460.34 से ज्यादा का amount accept नही हो रहा था
                तो मेने 1460.34 pay कर दिया (invoice नीचे attached हे )

                now plz clear EMI HOLDING BALANCE from my HDFC bank, close my account, provide NOC and remove DEFAULTER TAG

                it's almost been 13 months, you have destroyed my cibil and i became defaulter. more then 100 times called to the customer service, several time e-mails my all 6 dhani accounts still active. INDIABULLS DHANI is my first and last mistake

                  I have transferred Rs.801 on 8th July, 2021 (Thursday) at 12.56 PM. It's been more than 5 days, but this amount is not credited to my bank account. I have attached a screenshot for the same. I want to know the status of this transaction and when this will be credited to my account?

                  You have charged a 2.5% hefty commission (highest in the industry) for this transaction and still it is taking ages for you to transfer this money, where a normal wallet-to-bank transaction even with 1% commission happen within a single day. Also, if it is NEFT it should not have taken more than 4 hours for you. What exactly is happening here?

                      Have a refund of 623 rupees which is already processed by the merchant but it's still not credited to my account .please understan my problem.

                        I appreciate your response regarding NOC of made payment but due to technical fault in flipkart app iwas not able to pay the amount due to which Indiabulls have shown Instalment DPD in my CIBIL i have raised the issue with flipkart too.

                          I have made a payment of 5399 on Flipkart from my dhani card on 2nd July 2021 but the transaction is cancelled and refunded from the merchant side and they have already initiated the refund and provided refund reference number also, but still I have not received my refund till now

                            I did 5059Rs. transaction on freecharge via Dhani pay account on 3rd july 2020. when I tried to do a transaction than money got deducted but the transaction got canceled and the money was not reversed. today is
                            12 july almost 8 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my 5059Rs. and whenever I try to contact their customer care they never answer my call their customer care service is very poor they are not helping, whenever I tried to call care they only said their is technical issue we can't help u
                            from the day first . so my only hope from you and this is my hard-earned money and I don't wanna lose it. because before I transaction I did not saw the review of Dhani many customers are getting the same issue and still their money stuck. so pls help me in this case and take legal action against India Bulls Dhani.

                                I have done transfer of Rs 1999 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet yesterday in the afternoon but not credited to my beneficiary account yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached herewith for your reference and i also want to state that i have mailed 2 times before regarding same issue to support team of dhani but no answer yet. Kindly help me out.

                                  I had done a rent payment through nobroker on 29 June but it was on hold for any reason .
                                  After that they refund my money sucessfully in 7 days but it is not reflected in my wallet .
                                  Money which I have earned with my hard work ...😔

                                    I have ordered product of ₹1969 on Amazon paying with dhani wallet but I have cancelled my order due to no need but amazon has successfully refunded money in same original payment but after 10 days dhani app not added my refund amount...his customer care services not working...he doing cheat with us
