I have been calling and mailing since 10 days there was no proper response.
In call they will tell they will issue NOC in 24 hours and some tell it will we sent today evening same story has been going on since 10 days.

I have applied for an educational loan and the loan is pending as my repayments are not yet updated in cibil.Kindly send me a NOC or invoice of my repayment

Kindly make it as a priority issue.

    My apps is not working and my one freedom card is also not work your phone is also not reachable since morning
    Try to reach there's no address in city

        Hello team,
        I am unable to login to the app please find the attached screenshot. I have updated the app, uninstalled and installed again the app but the issue is same kindly look into my issue and resolve on high priority.
        I have called to customer care team to help but they have taken complaint but never revert back on the issue. As I wanted to go for the top-up option. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

          I had ordered from Flipkart and made payment of Rs 159 using Dhani Pay wallet. But my order got cancelled due to some reason and my money is still not credited to my account. I tried to contact so many times to the customer care but they don't receive my call anymore. They are not refunding my money and not answering my call. I want my money back please. I am Student. I don't earn much. Please take necessary action. I am attaching screenshot of my payment.

                Without my my permission how they can debit and i have not take loan how my emi will come this 3245 no detail nothing and receiving msg i have mailed dhani support team griveance team but no response they have 5 to 6 num to contact customer care but all not reachable switch off..

                Your Dhani Loan EMI of Rs.3, 245 is due on 05-July-2021. Keep balance in a/c for EMI Payment. Get 10% on EMI as cashback using your Dhani cash. How this msg received i have not taken any loan i dont know anything about this how directly you can send msg for debit emi amnt

                        I did Rs 1137 bill payment on amazon.in via Dhani pay account on 25th june 2021. My money got deducted but the transaction got failed and the money was not reversed.                               I am a Dhani One Freedom Credit Line User since last two months. They gave me a credit limit of 25000 from the very first month, for which a subscription fee of 499 is charged per month. Now, since last two months, I am not able to use my credit limit for more than 7500 and 10000 respectively. Until the 15th of the month, the daily credit limit is active and once I use the card 4-5 times, they inactivate my credit limit, even when my total credit limit is not exhausted. Even after payment of all the first installments of my EMIs, in the middle of the month, they ask me to pay full amount of all the remaining EMIs before the due date at the option of increasing my credit limit, which I do not want to increase. Again and again, the app will prompt that to activate my credit line again, I'll have to pay the full amount of all the remaining EMIs. I don't understand why they're creating this facility of EMI, and then suddenly asking to pay the full amount at once. So, I am paying the subscription charges for converting my payments to easy EMIs and then I'm not able to use the facility. The customer support number and e-mail is totally ridiculous. The call always gets on hold for 30 minutes and then it would automatically disconnect. It happens daily with me. The email support always stops with the same auto-generated responses and a reminder to pay the full amount to activate my credit line.
                              Now, after all these details, if anyone from the team is reading this, please tell me for what previlege am I paying the subscription amount. Just for the plastic card which simply sits inside my wallet because I can really use it at the end of the month, which is the time when salaried persons actually require additional help. Is this not cheating and scamming?

Now, since last two months, I am not able to use my credit limit for more than 13000 respectively.                                 This is regarding my loan EMI. Due to un avoidable situation I couldn't able to make the payment due to loss of job .I had informed the same to your team when they called me. But later your team from Chennai is contacting me and harrassing me to make the payment . And one of the team members Krishnan had visited my house forcing me to make the payment immediately. Due to this current situation I am unable to make the payment immediately. This is the first emi which is bounced .Requesting you to kindly give me some time for the the repayment of the emi . I am requesting you to kindly ask your team to hold the call as they are continuously calling me from different locations .

                                      They have charged 3009:rupees extra even though I have been paying my emis regularly.and the staff keep pestering us by making incessant phone calls

                                        I have not received the annual interest for the year 2021 which should have been credited to my account on June 27 . The NCD was subscribed in 2019
