I am a Dhani One Freedom Credit Line User since last two months. They gave me a credit limit of 25000 from the very first month, for which a subscription fee of 499 is charged per month. Now, since last two months, I am not able to use my credit limit for more than 7500 and 10000 respectively. Until the 15th of the month, the daily credit limit is active and once I use the card 4-5 times, they inactivate my credit limit, even when my total credit limit is not exhausted. Even after payment of all the first installments of my EMIs, in the middle of the month, they ask me to pay full amount of all the remaining EMIs before the due date at the option of increasing my credit limit, which I do not want to increase. Again and again, the app will prompt that to activate my credit line again, I'll have to pay the full amount of all the remaining EMIs. I don't understand why they're creating this facility of EMI, and then suddenly asking to pay the full amount at once. So, I am paying the subscription charges for converting my payments to easy EMIs and then I'm not able to use the facility. The customer support number and e-mail is totally ridiculous. The call always gets on hold for 30 minutes and then it would automatically disconnect. It happens daily with me. The email support always stops with the same auto-generated responses and a reminder to pay the full amount to activate my credit line.
Now, after all these details, if anyone from the team is reading this, please tell me for what previlege am I paying the subscription amount. Just for the plastic card which simply sits inside my wallet because I can really use it at the end of the month, which is the time when salaried persons actually require additional help. Is this not cheating and scamming?
