Refund successfully processed by Amazon but not credited to dhani wallet ...it's been more than a week ..refund should have been credited by now but not done so

Please resolve the issue asap ....

Amazon has refunded money to dhani wallet a week before and provided the refund reference number .I mailed dhani several times with screenshot and no satisfactory response was given by them regarding the refund .the total refund amounts to 1600rs app.

Kindly refund my money asap .I am disappointed with this .It's been so many days .....

I ordered food from zomato of Rs 452.25 but it got cancelled and zomato initiated the refund. But 7days passed the money didn't got credited in my dhani wallet...

I did Rs 1137 bill payment on amazon.in via Dhani pay account on 25th june 2021. My money got deducted but the transaction got failed and the money was not reversed. Today is 10th july almost 16 working days has been completed but still, I have not received my amount. Please help.

On 3rd july evening I refer two friends .One activate his free cashback card and freedom card and another activate freedom card .so I must have 2200 cashback for the referal .They do it successfully .But still my cashback is not credited .It's been 6 days....

I have a refund of 1000 rupees which is already processed by the merchant but it's still not credited to my account, as i have talked to the merchant they told me that the amount is already refunded.Contact number-[protected]...

I have paid on Amazon through their rupay card, paid the first emi on their card.
Now I have cancelled the order on Amazon and they refunded back the amount, now Dhani is still asking me to pay me the amount and reduced my limit.
Please do yourself a favour, avoid this company as much as possible.

I have tried paying 2199rs through dhani card to amazon on 12th june, which got cancelled . But they are still asking me to pay the amount, moreover they are adding the late fees to it.
