            Dhani app stopped working since 03rd July 2021, can someone take alook and resolve it at the earliest. Also saw couple of youtube videos that application is under maintenance, can some one please help

                I would like to inform you that I Ajay Kumar Sharma S/o Suresh Chand Sharma R/O flat no 101, Building no.A-3/9, A- Block, DLF Ankur Vihar loni Gaziabad UP have purchased flat on the Month of May 2019, in the name of my wife Smt Jyotsana Sharma W/o Ajay Kumar Sharma.
                Since starting I am paying my EMI regularly without any pending EMI till date, I have contacted many times to the customer care for receiving or for the status of subsidy, but have not received any satisfied reply from them. They are saying that there is a name showing of my mother named smt Shakuntala Devi but is clear that there is no any relation shown in the registry of her. Please check the status of my subsidy and confirm me that at what time can I get the same benefit from the govt

                  My name is Jagir Singh and I have taken loan of 20000 from them on 21/09/2019 and I have returned all the interest and due amount on 5/10/2020. But they started a series of ECS deduction from 11 september 2020 till now and this month they charged me four time. Please refund all my money and close my dhani account and ECS if possible.

                              I had tried so many time to contact DHAANI customer care and also mailed to them regarding deactivation of my one freedom card.
                              But there is no response from their side, we are folllowing them since last month

                                    I have sent you many mails regarding the login issue in app. i m trying to login in app since last two days but its not working. its showing error that something went wrong please try again? but what is the exactly issue i dont know. i m trying to call on customer care number i.e. [protected], it also not working, no call going on this number. Please revert me asap. when that issue will be resolved and provide me any other customer care contact number. my installment is pending for payment. and in my last dues i had pay my all amount in once i.e. 18389 Rs. but your company charge the ECS return charges of Rs. 3000 approx, why you impose these charges when i paid my amont.

                                        I have been calling and mailing since 10 days there was no proper response.
                                        In call they will tell they will issue NOC in 24 hours and some tell it will we sent today evening same story has been going on since 10 days.

                                        I have applied for an educational loan and the loan is pending as my repayments are not yet updated in cibil.Kindly send me a NOC or invoice of my repayment
