But they started a series of ECS deduction from 11 september 2020 till now and this month they charged me four time. Please refund all my money and close my dhani account and ECS if possible....

Very bad experience.blocked my one freedom credit line card.even my account is not opening trying 3 days longing my my account.but all time showing a message.somthing went worng please try again.i want to assure you if this problem nor solved within 24 overs.i will complaint in district forum against you....

I had tried so many time to contact DHAANI customer care and also mailed to them regarding deactivation of my one freedom card.
But there is no response from their side, we are folllowing them since last month...

I’m unable to login dhani app and one freedom card also not working. I have tried to contact customer care they put me on hold for one hour....

I have been calling and mailing since 10 days there was no proper response.
In call they will tell they will issue NOC in 24 hours and some tell it will we sent today evening same story has been going on since 10 days.

I am unable to login to the app please find the attached screenshot. I have updated the app, uninstalled and installed again the app but the issue is same kindly look into my issue and resolve on high priority.
I have called to customer care team to help but they have taken complaint but never revert back on the issue. As I wanted to go for the top-up option. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
