      I hava made a closure payment but still I'm getting calls saying that my payment is pending.such a worst beverse pathetic service and calls doesn't get connect, no response for emails. Eating my money like anything. A1 fraud company.

            Money is automatically getting deducted from my bank account since May 2021. What should i do . I havent used your app for any kind of transaction. I downloaded app but uninstalled it immediately because i did not qualify for loan. now i want deducted amount to be refunded.

I have maintain sufficient balance in my account but till date they have not deduct EMI. And today they are sending me text msg i.e (Dear Shailendra,
              Alert! Your repayment of Rs.98.0 for transactions done on your Dhani OneFreedom card on 14 April 2021 is overdue by 10 days. Late payment charges are being levied on your card.
              Pay now http://1kx.in/guHEd0). earlior it was heppen to me and for that my bank has decut 295rs for two time. for the same issue. plz do needful action amoung them.

                They charged a subscription fee of 2 % per lac in which they they provide daily limit transaction. but on first transaction they made it inactive.

                for example :- they charge 1500 rs. for one lac and give daily limit of 10k up to I lac but once you do your first payment they made your card inactive.
                By that mean you have been charged 1500 Rs per month for only amount of 10k used.

                              Now it is sure that Dhani loan and one freedom credit line is cheating their customers. They charged subscription fees but did not activated my credit line. Even after writing several emails they did not solved my issue and now they have stopped giving me any reply and also not returning my subscription fee. All Dhani customers please be aware that now Dhani is not providing services which they say and only collecting fees and not giving services.

                                We have already paid the last emi of mrs. Manjushree Waje in july 13, 2020 of Rs. 3355/-. The person to whom we have paid is Mr. Atish Mangesh Chawan. We are get charge for bouncing for last 1 year. My account bouncing charges has come to Rs.16 k because of it. We have amount transaction receipt with us. Kindly look into the matter and we need refund of ecs charges also which we have been charged for last 1 year.

                                  I did a Transaction on 22nd of June 2021 on MobiKwik which was a failed transaction so they refunded the amount quickly they also emailed me that they have refunded the amount and it will show source account but when I checked Dhani it was showing that the amount is credited but I cannot see in my card or a transaction area so I called the customer service they replied me that they amount in 5 to 6 working days its okay but on 23rd of June Dhani requested me for the first EMI of that amount which I have never used I should I be the EMI of that amount which I have never used please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take any action against the company!

                                    Someone has used my PAN and Aadhaar number to take Dhani loan from Indiabulls. Indiabulls has not verified the KYC documents and provided loan. Now I am applying for home loan and cibil score was checked. This has lowered down my Cibil score. I tried to contact Indiabulls many times but no proper response is given. My loan is getting rejected because of this.
