Money is automatically getting deducted from my bank account since May 2021. What should i do . I havent used your app for any kind of transaction. I downloaded app but uninstalled it immediately because i did not qualify for loan. now i want deducted amount to be refunded....

I have maintain sufficient balance in my account but till date they have not deduct EMI. And today they are sending me text msg i.e (Dear Shailendra,

They charged a subscription fee of 2 % per lac in which they they provide daily limit transaction. but on first transaction they made it inactive.

for example :- they charge 1500 rs. for one lac and give daily limit of 10k up to I lac but once you do your first payment they made your card inactive.
By that mean you have been charged 1500 Rs per month for only amount of 10k used....

So many times called the customer care and sent somany mail also. No reply from your side.I am not getting my outstanding statement of my personal loan.

Immediately I want my outstanding statement.

I requested 1125 to add to my wallet through Paytm upi. But the payment was successful but money is not credited in my dhani wallet....

Even after sending several mails and subscription paid they are not activating the card. Mail sent to grievance and Nodal officer but no response but only blank and wrong replies that card is activated.

I have made a payment of 15155 on housing.com from my dhani card on 19th June, but the transaction is refunded from the merchant side and they have already initiated the refund and provided refund reference number also, but still I have not received my refund till now

As on dated 05/06/2021. Dhani registed Mob. no. [protected]. EMI Debit from my account is more then EMI amount display in Dhani App. Kindly revert into my Amount....

Now it is sure that Dhani loan and one freedom credit line is cheating their customers. They charged subscription fees but did not activated my credit line. Even after writing several emails they did not solved my issue and now they have stopped giving me any reply and also not returning my subscription fee. All Dhani customers please be aware that now Dhani is not providing services which they say and only collecting fees and not giving...

We have already paid the last emi of mrs. Manjushree Waje in july 13, 2020 of Rs. 3355/-. The person to whom we have paid is Mr. Atish Mangesh Chawan. We are get charge for bouncing for last 1 year. My account bouncing charges has come to Rs.16 k because of it. We have amount transaction receipt with us. Kindly look into the matter and we need refund of ecs charges also which we have been charged for last 1 year....

I did a Transaction on 22nd of June 2021 on MobiKwik which was a failed transaction so they refunded the amount quickly they also emailed me that they have refunded the amount and it will show source account but when I checked Dhani it was showing that the amount is credited but I cannot see in my card or a transaction area so I called the customer service they replied me that they amount in 5 to 6 working days its okay but on 23rd of June...

Someone has used my PAN and Aadhaar number to take Dhani loan from Indiabulls. Indiabulls has not verified the KYC documents and provided loan. Now I am applying for home loan and cibil score was checked. This has lowered down my Cibil score. I tried to contact Indiabulls many times but no proper response is given. My loan is getting rejected because of this....

I availed indiabulls dhani's one freedom card, the procedure is used amount from the card will be paid in 3 EMI. But after 2-3 days the entire used amount showing as pending dues and not in EMI and they deactivated my card. In this process they processed ecs in my bank a/c and i paid Rs.1700.00 as ecs charge. They didn't follow the t&c created by them & faced this problem. Kindly solve this......

I have been given credit line of Rs 10000 and a daily credit line of Rs 1000 with a condition of paying the EMI in three installments the first one on the next day and other two on same date of next two months and for that also charged a subscription fees.
