    I availed indiabulls dhani's one freedom card, the procedure is used amount from the card will be paid in 3 EMI. But after 2-3 days the entire used amount showing as pending dues and not in EMI and they deactivated my card. In this process they processed ecs in my bank a/c and i paid Rs.1700.00 as ecs charge. They didn't follow the t&c created by them & faced this problem. Kindly solve this...

      I have been given credit line of Rs 10000 and a daily credit line of Rs 1000 with a condition of paying the EMI in three installments the first one on the next day and other two on same date of next two months and for that also charged a subscription fees.
      I availed the credit line for three days and also paid the first installment on next day as per message received and as per the Dhani app. But when I availed the credit line on fourth day they immediately locked my one freedom credit line and messaged me and showing in the Dhani app to pay the full dues which is due for next two months and no option to pay the first installment of forth credit line availed. Forcing me to pay the full credit line even after taking subscription charges means that they have started making fool their customers. This has happened with many other customers.

        I was approved a Dhani one freedom credit line of Rs 10000 from which I used it four times daily and first installment paid on next day but for the fourth credit line taken I could not pay its first installment as in Dhani"s app there was no option to pay the same and forcing me to pay whole amount which I have to pay in three installments which is totally a wrong thing and making fool. When I am paying a subscription and was given three EMI instalment then why I am being forced to pay in advance and made my Dhani one freedom credit line inactive. This is not only with me but mostly with many others also

              On 27 th may I paid my all EMI 431.51 rs through foreclosure link and closed my loan but dhani frauding company not close my loan.                 I ordered 6 Trazer F from Dhani epharmacy app. They delivered me 3. Rest amount of Rs. 421 they are not refunding despite my 10-12 follow up mails and 4-5 calls in customer care.
                Please find attached the order screenshot and the hard copy bill image for the medicines delivered. I paid them Rs.4554 but they delivered Rs. 4113 items with 3 Trazer F tablets missing.

                    My Dhani credit line account number is
                    CL09686636.

                    Dhani started to charge ₹100.00via Nach schedule without my authorisation.

                    I wrote several email to customer care, got standard reply please find attached screenshot along with.

                    Dhani tried to unscheduled charge my account again without my consent... For rupee 300.00

                    My Bank account went in negative as Nach was not cleared 2 times due to insufficient balance in account, As per original Nach agreement EMI is 221.00 which is getting cleared.

                    Problem started when Dhani charged unscheduled amount of ₹ 100.00 in month of February and they tried to charge my account apart from scheduled EMI amount.

                    My saving account has gone into negative ₹1100 as Nach bounce charge, this charge is not authorised nor mentioned in my Amortization and authorization contract.

                        I paid my rent of Rs.500 through paytm using dhani one freedom card. Due to some reasons the payment got failed. Paytm has refunded the money to my dhani one freedom rupay card. But it wasn't added to my wallet and in extra the dhani asking me to pay 167 rupees to activate the account. For this I have tried to contact the dhani customer care, the lines are always busy. The worst customer care I have ever seen.
                        My request is to please refund my money to the wallet or else add it the credit limit and activate it.

                                But I didn't get the money to my bank.
                                I asked for help from dhani helpline number and email too.they did't gave me the proper solution.

                                        I did not apply for dhani card still i get it and every month changes of dhani card is getting debited form my account. I contact customer care support but still no change thay did not solved my problem. I am getting very frustrated. There customer support is also very bed. They tell us that we can't do anything.
