INDIABULLS have stopped disbursement of loans. My full EMI is getting deducted by ECS.

My property is under construction and it's been 6 months now the payments have not been Disbursed to developer. Now they can not hold further and I am trying for balance transfer.

I requested Indiabulls to provide foreclosure letter and LOD. But I have been waiting for foreclosure and LOD letter from three weeks, they are not responding and cooperating.

My name is bhanu bachchan. I am writing this mail to let you know about the false promise which one of your employee has made and i am facing serious trouble because of that. My experience with indiabulls is not good.

I bought an apartment in logix blossom county, sector-137, noida in april 2018 through indiabulls as indiabulls were doing the sales for this project.

I met ankur in indiabulls office in logix blossom county compound and we booked the apartment through him. At the time of booking he informed us that we will get a refund of inr 85, 000/- by september or october end in 2018. I planned my funds and budget accordingly.

After continuous follow ups with him till november 2018, i've been informed by him that we shall receive the refund very soon as they haven't got the money yet. I believed him and waited till december 2018.
I was also in touch with him regarding a home loan for the same apartment as i was facing some issues with my current bank and informed him that i'll transfer my home loan to indiabulls from my current bank once i'll receive the refund amount.

Now, ankur has stopped taking my calls and doesn't respond to messages. When i approached logix for help they informed that they have ended the contract with indiabulls for sale of this project and they won't be able to help in this regards.

I am in urgent need of money as i have recently shifted in logix blossom county and i hope you understand that there are a lot o[censored]nexpected expenses which one has to incur while shifting their home. I planned everything accordingly as i was expecting a sum of inr 85, 000/- but now when i have lost every hope, i have to manage somehow.
I am tired of calling ankur as it is of no use. He is neither answering my calls nor responding to messages.

After losing all hopes to get that promised money, i am writing to you to kindly help me in tracing ankur and get me a refund of inr 85, 000/- which was promised to me at the time of booking.

Now after having this kind of experience with indiabulls, i have second thoughts whether i should transfer my home loan to indiabulls or not as i am suffering a lot by the false promises made by the indiabulls employee at the time of booking.

I am looking forward for your help and hope to hear from you soon in this regards.

My home loan disbursement has been stopped, even though the full emi (Not prorated on disbursed amount) is being charged ever month and deducted from my account via ecs.

Upon enquiring, customer care responded that disbursement is delayed due to 'digitization', and all further communication from me, has not been responded to by indiabulls customer care or grievance officer.

Oc is received and builder is ready to handover possession, but i cannot take possession till payments are cleared by indiabulls.

Biggest fraud and cheater company. It's not a company, it's a biggest scam. Government have to take some actions against indiabulls group.

I started my commercial property loan in indiabulls before 15 months with the 10.35% rate of interest. Than they started to increasing roi every 2 to 3 months and now my roi is 13.50%. I visited the indiabulls branch more than 20 times and i call to customer care many times but they didn't give a any reply and solution.

Indiabulls is the fraud and cheater company. Never take any type of loan from indiabulls and also prevent the peoples who are taking loans from indiabulls and share your bad experience of indiabulls with them. So they can take loans from other banks.

Since last 2 months i only got calls and waste my time. There is no solution.

These people have cheated me by giving me a house loan instead of plot loan and now they are increasing the interest rate every now and then and also my emi amount they have increased from 23.2k to 26.5k. These guys attarct you first by giving the lowest possible interest rates compared to other competitors and then loot you by increasing the interest rates. I'll be taking a legal action against these guys how can they give me a house loan when i had applied for plot loan.

I have taken loan in indiabull 6 years back to purchase land but they converted that as housing loan,, when i asked i have been told that nothing difference you need not worry you will be sanctioned required loan amount at 10.25% rate of interest, upto 4 years there was no problem later they increased to 12% now again they increased to 16% when we approach we have been told that since you not constructed house loan has been converted into personal loan, when we replied that we have been not told like this while taking loan also if its a housing loan, loan had to be disbursed in multiple stage why you sanctioned full amount once, then they told us you foreclose the loan by paying full amount, but here we already paid max interest and min principle, we are in dilemma what steps we can take against indiabulls, please could anyone help in this regard

I have been going through[December, 2018] Indiabulls loan account in the app, I observed one thing that Rate of Interest if shown as "NA" and Number of remaining EMIs really shot up, I called indiabulls immediately and as usual customer care guy couldn't give me satisfactory answer that why suddenly Rate of Interest have shot up, though i could not even know that % are they charging because it was shown as "NA", I request the cc guy to transfer my call to some senior executive, after 15 minutes, one senior executive answered my call, She was very unprofessional, she lied that indiabulls have had sent intimation regarding such drastic change in ROI(Rate of Interest), actually there was none. I told her the same but she was adamant, rude.

Today(7th Feb, 2019) I recieved one email from Indiabulls about change in
rate of interest. You are blatantly lying that you haven't changed ROI since October’2017.

I have sent one email to [protected]@indiabulls.com, but I am not sure if I would ever recieve any reply from you.

Kindly do revise ROI to the nominal level or i will have to resort to legal options.

Hi team,

I have been fooled by indiabulls customer care since 20 days could you please help me to get out the situation.
I want to preclose my loan account but when ever i call from your end it is being said that request has been taken but when i call back i would hear that request has not been taken. This was done 7 times within 18 working days. I requested 7 times but till now no one has taken the request. I need to preclose and get rid of indiabulls so that i will not be fooled in future.

I had opted personal loan for rs.50, 000 from india bulls bearing loan number - s[protected].
Mentioned loan has been fore-closed on 22th august 2012 after making payment of cash rs.81, 287/- (Principle amt + interest) at indiabulls office, ghatkoper.

However india bulls officers confirmed that there is no outstanding...

My lan no. Is pl02962046 & agreement id is 38446673. At the time of applying loan disbursement amount shown 18, 417 but credited disbursement amount is18049. I want to know the reason of deduction in disbursement amount. Kindly provide me proper information regarding my subject as early as you can. Disbursement amount credited date is 06.02.2919. I hope you will solve my problem..

I am a NRI residence of Dubai, UAE and india passport holder. I had taken a home loan in 2015 for Supertech eco village 2, flat 203, tower g1, sector-16 B, Greater Noida. The loan amount was for Rs. 4273000 for 10 years (120 months tenure), which was 9.65% interest rate under the subvention plan. Under this scheme, the Supertech builder will have to pay interest directly to India bulls which were paid accordingly. From second year onward (OCT-2016), I had to pay Rs 55644 EMI to India bull which I am still paying every month without any break from Oct-2016. Today, I have gone through my loan account HHLDUB00237524 and found out that tenure is increased from 120 months to 149 months & internet rate increased from 9.65% to 13%. According to me, it is a case of fraud & cheating. That's why I logged a case in India bull customer service (case id: IHF-213695-Q2B8N9) but I didn't get any satisfy response from them. The current interest rate for housing loan is showing 8.8% on their site so according to this, India bull should have to reduce tenure of loan.

Its zabiulla my loan ac no ipearban01491770 as per my emi date is on 2 i have paid on date 2feb because india bulls not debit on due date and again on 3 feb india bulls debited again my emi amount and charging late payment fee and some extra amount of 295 i have sent mail to cc but no response call back requests no response if i call cc need to wait for 30 min and mobile bill will raise high why india bulls making fraud business with coustmer people believe ib because brand ambassador is ms dhoni i request to refund my amount there is no response from cc it's better ban indiabulls in india because killing lots of poor peoples

I had taken a home loan from indiabulls in 2015 with interest rate around 9.5. My loan term was 20 years (240 months) the interest rate kept changing up and down till it reached 10.15 percent around march 2018. Every thing was smooth till 3 years till april 2018. Then suddendly home loan account number was changed, (Old account closed and new account created), i called the office and got a reply that all payment value and term will remain same, but interest rate increased slowly until it reached 12.45 percent per annum in jan 2019, without any kind of intimation. Now the term has increased to 40 years from 20 years emi remaining the same.. I cannot understand the calculations. I cannot keep paying the loan emi till i attain 80 years of age. My present age is 44. Please suggest what can be done

I have an objection to pay the higher interest being charged by indiabulls; i pre-emi has increased almost every month for same principal amount since june 2018 till dec 2018.

Current rate of interest being charged is 11.60% on my home loan;

This is not the current prevailing rate of interest for home loan; seems like my home loan is treated like personal loan and also my pre-emi is converted to emi without my consent.

I will not pay emi till justified to satisfaction.

They are asking me to pay next emi and telling that they are not responsible for every charges that kept, so if you not pay, you will get into loss. And they are talking rude.

As i paid every rupee, even the unwanted, fraud charges that was charged by them.

They are still saying pay emi of this month and we will try to refund if possible.

What is this, this is no.1 fraud company that collects double of the amount and tells cock and bull stories.

I want my money and i am not ready to pay anymore. If you issue cheque you should bear it all.

I am writing this mail with great pain as i have tried my level best to tell indiabulls that my rate of interest on my home loan should be 9.05% and indiabulls charging 11.85%

My rate of interest was 8.35% that is.65% discount to imlr and to prove this i can provide you earlier mails and statement of account which justify my point.

But from november you have raised my roi to 11.85 and your imlr is 9.70 so you are charging 2.80 against term and condtions of loan.

I received a call some days ago that i have not submitted the completion of my construction. It is a very stupid point as i am beneficiary under pmay and you are well aware of fact that as per nbh subsidy is released after completion and verification. So you cant say that i have not submitted completion on home construction.

And my loan was on basis of imlr and i have supported mails to prove this. And you are charging roi on basis of frr.

I asked for copy of loan agreement but that has not been provided by indiabulls

Once again i request you to reduce my roi to 9.05% as per agreed terms if loan.
