      श्रीमान महोदय मैंने इंडिया बुल्स धनी कार्ड अवगत कराया गया था उसे इस्तेमाल करने करने बाद मेरी किस्तो तारीख के अनुसार अपने खाते मे प्रयाप्त राशि थी पर उन्होंने उन तारीखों पर किस्ते नहीं काटी जिसकी वजह से मेरा ई सी एस रिटर्न कटने लगा जिसकी वजह से मैंने अपनी शाखा शिकायत पत्र लिखा तो उन्होंने कहा कि ई सी एस रिटर्न हम नही काटते तो ये जानकारी मैंने इंडिया बुल्स धनी के कस्टमर को दी तो उन्होँने कहा की ई सी एस रिटर्न हम नही दोनों बैंको ने मना कर दिया और अभी तक इस समस्सिया का समाधान किसी बैंक ने किया अता आपसे निवेदन करता हूँ की आप इस समस्सिया का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करवा देँ और ई सी एस रिटर्न के द्वरा काटी गई राशि वापस देँ आपकी अती किरपा होगी

      जी नहीं श्रीमानजी धानी की तरफ से कोई प्रतिकृया नही आयी बस उन्हे अपनी राशि वापस चाहिये अब मैं इतनी राशि कहाँ से मैंने जैसे तैसे इनकी किस्तो की राशि उधार लेकर अपने खाते में पर्याप्त रखी और वो भी उन्होंने काटी नही अब वो उधार वाले मुझसे अपना पैसा वापस माँग रहे अब बताय्ये की मैं कहाँ से किरपा कर आप इस समस्सिया का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करवा देँ और आपकी अती किरपा होगी

                            This is to inform you that i have taken personal loan of Rs 40000/- INR from india bull Dhani after completion of all the EMI'S now left with last EMI of Rs 1919/ as shown in Dhani app and same amount submitted to the ECS mandated kotak Mahindra Bank, from the past 2 years all EMI'S has been cleared through this bank now Dhani customer representative frequently calling and saying payment has yet not made 15 to 16 calls daily made by them making customer irritate, at the month of April same issues has been raised but as soon as i made payment from online through savings account soon after 2 minutes money also deducted from ECS mandated bank now this is the case of Fraud as far as i now because by telling lie the are taking payment now i end up with last EMI again they are saying money has not deducted so requesting you to pls look into this matter because after this i am going to file complaint against this as matter is of Fraud.

                              Dear Team,

                              My login phone number is [protected]. Due to some reasons I was not using my registered phone number hence I was unable to login. My loan was supposed to be cleared last year. The loan debit was set to auto debit i.e, your company must have debited from my bank account on the given date each month, given that I have missed one or two loans due to lockdown but have paid after that. I have recently noticed that my credit score has collapsed badly due to non auto debit of your personal loan. Nobody from your end has either contacted me to clear it nor I’m aware of the pending loan. This is impacting my personal purchase. I need to know the exact reason why this has happened. I have tried contacting your company for so many days and I have to say you have made it very difficult for your costumers to contact also your mobile app changes with the updates making users hard to access their own account. Is this a fraud company?. I’m very much angry for this cause and I need my credit score back to normal! Or else I’m willing to take this matter legally.

                                I am sumit kumar mal and i want to order medicine from dhani app but due to technical issues from dhani end my was paid 4 times on 2nd june after sometime i saw 4 orders were done so i cancelled them on 2nd june and today is 12th june my amount of around 5000(4 times 1346 rs ) is not refunded yet.kindly help me with the refund.I have tried to contact them but no such response i got.

                                      Yesterday I'll start to deposit my electricity bill through dhani app. I'll add Rs-1743 money through Paytm UPI in dhani wallet. Rs-1743 is deducted from my Paytm account but money is not credited in dhani wallet. I want my money back right now .

                                        I am a customer of Indiabulls housing pvt ltd. Currently, my home loan running from the Indiabulls housing pvt. ltd. I lost my job due to COVID19 in Sep20.
                                        I informed the same to Indiabulls Housing Pvt. Ltd. and sent the email to one-time loan restructuring and also informed please hold my all EMIs.
                                        RBI has already given relief to the affected job loss person and given the time to restructure the loan before 31st Dec.2020.

                                        I called and emails many times to Customer care, Sr. members like Chairman of Indiabulls and other directors but not received any reply.
                                        I went to Indiabulls Housing PVT. LTD Branch and they told to come next week, next month we didn't update about the restructuring scheme

                                        Continulasy Indiabulls deducting the ECS/ other charges and even not ask why not paying you EMIs.
                                        Indiabulls collection guy threatens in this painful time to me and family "abhi dekha hi kaya we come notice langaye wall par" I have recorded call also for the same.

                                        In this pandemic time now they sent SARFAESI NOTICE and given the time 60 days o full amount otherwise Indiabulls auction my property.

                                        For Indiabulls is property but for us Gha - HOME hain if Indiabulls do that my family on the road and don't know what happened if any of my family members will take the wrong steps.
                                        Indiabulls torturing in this pandemic time to the customers and playing their life.
                                        if RBI gave the relief why Indiabulls can't give 12-24 months one-time loan restructuring to the customer

                                        Indiabulls added lots of additional charges also to pay, I don't know if any customer going through financial crises how can he/she pay the full amount of property and other charges in this pandemic.

                                        All commutations I shared with the RBI, Indiabulls Sr. Peoples but didn't get any support anywhere

                                        if Indiabulls Housing Pvt; Ltd not cancel SARFAESI NOTICE, Iand not restructure my home loan can't think what happened with my family
                                        I have sent just a simple request loan restructuring and Indiabulls Housing Pvt Ltd given us lifetime pain now

                                        In my life wrong steps, I choose Indiabulls Housing Pvt. Ltd for Home Loan. Indiabulls Housing not to care home loan customer. Now my Home Loan account NPA by Indiabulls housing pvt ltd and sent the Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest act, 2002 and given the time to pay all charges with bouncing and other legal charges in 60 days.

                                        Now I am very depressed don't understand what I do, I don't have to money to pay big lawyers to fight like Indiabulls Housing Legal team.

                                        Again received the email from Indiabulls we can't give loan restructuring, you are not eligible for March'21. I applied for loan restructuring in September 20 framework 1 RBI COVID benefits, and I am 100% eligible and sent all information that time to Indiabulls, Now Indiabulls housing is ready to homeless my family and doing all against RBI Frame 1 guidelines...Not acceptable from Indiabulls if something happened to my family member who is responsible
