    I have placed two separate orders for medicines on Indiabulls Dhani App one on 15th and another on 16th of May 2921. Promised time for delivery was 2 to 4 days. After not getting any update I started contacting them. The Customer Care number is no reachable most of the time. When someone accidentally picked up my calls asking me to speak in a language that I do not know or hanging up the call for 50 minutes. They haven’t responded to 8 of my emails in last seven days. All my complaints are falling on deaf ears. In a nutshell I have been cheated by Rs. 3500/ by that company over two medicine orders. My registered mobile number with the company is [protected] and that is the identifier for my orders.

    Update: The company refunded my money today, after plenty of complaints to their emails and social media. However, the money was not sent back to the original payment method, but added to wallet. If i want to get the money to my bank account then I’ve to pay a 2.5% service charge + GST. Well, it is my cost of dealing with a company not known to you. I suggest all boarders, not to be trapped by the brand, if you get into it then your BP will shoot up. It is really difficult to deal with a company where everyone are deaf and dumb.

    Edit 2: The money transferred to my bank account after deducting a Dhani Wallet charge of Rs. 86/-. Then in the evening of 28th May 2021, Bludart dropped a box at my door, and after opening the box i found a part of my first order that was showing as "cancelled" in my app since 20th of May in that box. Now what i am expected to do with these medicines. Because the course of antibiotics, probiotics and anti-allergic medicines is completed a couple of days ago, and i have stocked other medicines from other stores. Also, after seeing the delivery i realised that even it was delivered in time still it was no use for me, as only one of two antibiotics are delivered, and two other supporting medicines are not availablle in the box. I have stored the box with full contents inside it.

    Your team definitely did call me, but they have no resolution to offer as i understand everything stands against the company policy of Dhani. So sorry to hear. I even could not convine her that when some money deducted from wallet and converted to EMI (without my knowledge, needless to say) and if the product is not delivered then I am liable to get that money back and pending EMIs removed from my account. But everything in vein, as the all powerful "Company policy" is in force.

    No proper response from Dhani yet. dozens of meaningless phone calls, where callers tried to convince me about the internal policy of Dhani, never apologized for not delivering my orders, and when i almost forgot everything they deducted around Rs. 180/- from my bank account and again send me a reminder for a payment of Rs. 217/- for those same medicine orders that they have never delivered, but claimed that they converted a part of that payment to interest free emis. Now also sent me emails sayig why i should keep my payment history clear! Never experienced such a complex online shopping experience.

        Hi Team,

        As discussed over the call, This is regarding the refund of what was charged while requesting for a loan as security, processing and agreement fees.

        We had cancelled the loan request and had been told that we will be getting a refund of what we had been charged within 15 days. Now it's more than 15 days and we are getting replies from nowhere.

        Also, We were interacting with "[protected]@dhaniloanandservice.co.in" for getting loans and with "[protected]@dhani.com" for complaints on refunds.

        Please treat this as high priority and assist on the same.Attached is the previous mail trail for your reference.

              They Offer Home Loan At Very High Interest Rates. Thankfully I Got A Balance Transfer Done. After Foreclosing My Loan, They Did Not Even Refund Me The Amount That Was Promised To Me And Deposited The Check 1 Week Late Purposely To Charge More Interest. I Have Written More Than 30 Emails In Last 3 Months, But Nothing Has Been Done. Even My Property Documents Have Not Been Handed Over To Me. Never Do Business With Them! They Are Parasites Who Will Suck Your Blood!

              Issue No. 1 -

              On 18th January 2021, when I foreclosed my Loan with Mr. Akash Pandey in IndiaBulls Noida Branch, my last EMI (Dated 10th January 2021) was considered as INR 20945.69 instead of 23240 and Loan was foreclosed accordingly. The only outstanding was from IndiaBulls and I was supposed to get a refund of INR 5448 from IndiaBulls, since I handed over a cheque of INR 24, 75, 000 and Loan Outstanding was 24, 69, 552.

              On 22nd January, my ICICI Bank Account[protected] was debited for INR 2294.31 from IndiaBulls without my consent, which I never authorised. This charged illegal since all Loan Closure formalities were already done.

              Since 22nd January 2021, I have written more than 30 emails to IndiaBulls, including their CEO (Mr. Gehlaut) and higher management. The responses I get are from their standard mailbox which sometimes state that they do not have anything outstanding to pay me and sometimes they tell me that they are working on the issue. In their most recent email, they have claimed this account to be Ex-gratia, whereas it is not an EX-gratia amount and something that was charged to me incorrectly.

              Issue No. 2 -

              On 18th January 2021, when I foreclosed my Loan, I was told that I will get my original documents within 20 days and someone will call me proactively once they are received in the Gurgaon branch. Today, it has been more than 3 months, but I have not got any call from anyone. I have sent several emails to IndiaBulls to provide me with a Name of the contact and his/her phone number, but nothing has been provided to me.

              IndiaBulls has given me a lot of pain and caused major harassment from last 3 months for just asking for my basic rights and nothing as an exception. They have been asking me for documents again and again in various formats repeatedly and yet none of them have helped me in any way. None of them even have the basic courtesy of replying to my email and on every email, they copy and paste standard responses and ask me to call your call centre where no one is ever available. Why can't one of them call me instead if they are not able to understand things?

              I would request CEPD / RBI to help me with above issue and take an extremely strict action for not doing their due diligence and causing harassment to people who have kept them in business for years by paying heavy interest from their hard-earned money.

                                    It's been more than 24 hours, I have transferred my money from dhani wallet to bank account.
                                    But money hasn't been received yet, and yes I'm 100% sure that problem is from dhani wallet side.

                                    It's been more than 48 hours, I have transferred my money from dhani wallet to bank account.
                                    But money hasn't been received yet, and yes I'm 100% sure that problem is from dhani wallet side.

                                        I cleared some of my loans on 8th May. Yet again my emi got debited on 10th may. Despite repeated complaints and emails to your support and grievance team, all I receive is some information not even related to the query. I had to pay another loan but you people are not even acknowledging the excess debit till now and I am facing constant harassment calls from your guys. You have one of the worst customer service ever. Why put your number on the website if we do not have someone to talk to. I need the excess debited amount returned to me soon or else I am going to take necessary actions against your company.
