Hi dhani team

On 25 may I tried to load my wallet with 5000 rupees via upi.
My money deducted from my bank account but wallet didn't loaded.

My mobile number is [protected] which associated with my dhani app.

Today after 7 days I don't get my money back.
Bank told me that they have successfully done this transaction .

And I have upi refrence number for this transaction...

I have done transfer of Rs 450 to my bank account from my dhani pay wallet yesterday in banking hours nearly done in the morning but not credited to my beneficiary account yet for which screenshot of the transfer initiated is attached.

I transferred ₹413 yesterday i.e. 30 May 2021 from Dhani wallet balance and it still has not reflected in my bank account. It's been over 24 hours.

I had made 3 transactions of beneficiary transfer to bank account on May 28-May 29. Out of which the last transaction that I did of Rs.111 was credited to my account on May 29 but the other two transactions in the amount of Rs.637( May 28) and the other of Rs.294(May 29) are still pending. Hi i had tell the dhani customer care to block my account.they had block my account..but I continues getting indiabulls SMS about Dhani card..I had done Gmail to dhani support care but they are not giving any reply..I had mail them 4 5 times but they had not giving reply from about 5 6 days.. please help me about it.....

I am not getting what the ### is going on.

I have only one LOAN with you having EMI amount of 794 per month and which is successfully getting debited on 5th of every month.

Then why the hell 2 ECS mandate are presented on 9th and 15th of march of amount 100 and 200.

Who gave you right to do that.

Because of your fraud mandate amount of 800 is kept on hold...

Please add back my money to my dhani pay wallet with number [protected] already 15 days passed still not received money back i made a transaction of 2000 on paytm merchant using dhani pay free cashback card money deducted from card but failed at failed and i tried to contact dhani pay they aren't helping me and not refunding my money...

I am receiving spam messages offering personal loans and credit line from India Bulls Dhani company regularly when I was stop all services from dhani and apply for close my dhani account

I have not opted or subscribed to anything from idhani. I made a complaint on complaintboard.in in the month of July and got call a from the company apologizing for the same. But there is not resolution to this problem.

I opened my Dhani account a month ago and activated a free cashback card then after a month dhani send me a card which is one freedom card which exactly I didn't order and when I tried to get in touch with there customer support they didn't respond at all I want dhani team to resolve my problem and delete my account and my confidential information as per the 'Right of erasure' in GDRP...

As discussed over the call, This is regarding the refund of what was charged while requesting for a loan as security, processing and agreement fees.

We had cancelled the loan request and had been told that we will be getting a refund of what we had been charged within 15 days. Now it's more than 15 days and we are getting replies from nowhere.
