The Military Service Package(MSP) which is reflecting my latest PPO based on Sixth CPC i.e Rs 2000/- per month which is not included in my monthly pension and not reflecting in my Last Payment Certificate.

Dear Sir,

I got discharged from Indian Air Force in November 2003. My name is Ramesh Ekambaram and my service number is 707061-K. My PPO number is 08/14/B/08286/2003. My sanctioned pension per month is Rs.1575 and the Amount Commuted is Rs.708 (45% of pension) w.e.f 10-Jan-2003.

Please let me know the commutation period and the date the commutation deduction will end. Also please provide a proof document so that the same can be submitted at my SBI bank.

I happened to got discharged from Indian Air Force last 31'st Dec 2010 from 4 wing Air Force Station AGRA. initially i was verbally told i would be getting my gratuity, travel allowances & leave encashments, but in vain i have not received anything of that sort till now. its past almost six months from the date i've been sent out of my job, i was told by my medical authorities that i'd be getting pension for my medical problem, as i was diagnosed with Schizophrenia A4G3(P) & UNILATREAL SNHL A4G3(P) as 40% recommended. now they are quoting old rule of 1961, where we rae not even taught in our training period.
i was enrolled on 19 Dec 1995, my Service no was 772943-S LAC ken wilfred peter.
since 23 Sep 2000 i've been on medications & now i'm in dire need of financial help whereas my parents are senior citizens, & they're depend on my earnings.
My Force has not given me any kind of canteen facility or medical facility.

Sub:NON RECEIPT OF PENSION AS PER VI CPC
(DIPLOMA HOLDER- X GROUP SEARGENT)
Respected Sir,
I may have the honor to state that the pension set as per VIth pay commission for X group Sergeant ( Diploma Holder) is not being paid to me.
In this regard I wrote several letters to PDA (State Bank of India Gautampura, Bhopal) simultaneously the copies of these letters I forwarded to AFRO but no positive action has been taken till date. In the process of correspondences with bank I intimated the said matter to Banking Ombudsman RBI Bhopal too.
In this regard I received one letter of dated 28 April 2011 from PDA which I forwarded to AFRO on 29 April 2011. Another letter I received on dated10 May 2011 wide letter no.CPPC/BPL/65 which I forwarded on 16 May 2011.Two letters I received from Banking Ombudsman’s Office of dated 22 Mar 2011 &19 May 2011 respectively. The conclusion which could be brought out from these letters is that, in the PPO of mine it is no where mentioned that I am from X group (Diploma Holder). Hence a copy of PPO bearing the said details is required to be submitted to PDA in order to amend the pension and pay it as per the revised pension scale of the group. The said conclusion and the copies of these letters I mailed to AOC AFRO on dated 16 May 2011 but no progress is intimated to me till date.
The above said letters i,e. PDA and Banking Ombudsman’s office letter I am unable to attach in this format for your necessary & rapid action If required I will send it by post. I request you to initiate in this matter and get my problem solved and bring me out of hardships I am suffering from.If required I will send it by post
If any other findings you need I will send all those letters which I wrote to PDA, Banking Ombudsman & AOC AFRO.

I am Ex-Sgt Hemant Jeet Singh Saini S. No. 725578-T, Eqpt. Asst. retired on 31 July 2007. My junior was drawing more pay the me. I had taken up this case through 7 Wing,AF Account Section. I was brought at par with my junior by giving one incriment, but at the time of discharge this was again reverted and all past amount paid to me was also deducted. I have taken up this case with oic NEAS, AFCAO on 25 May 2009 and they have intimated me on 10 June 2009 to take up this case after implementation of 6th CPC. After that I have again requested to remove this anomally on 16 Dec 2010 and 14 March 2011. I have submitted all required documents of myself and my junior, but no action has been taken up till date.This anomally was created in year 2003. Therefore, this anomally may be removed and I may be paid all arrears of Pay, Pension and Retirement Benifits(Gratuity, Encashment of Leave etc.) with intrest.

initial terms of engagement after completing 20 years and 21 days of

posted strength of 62 SU, AF (Accounting Unit- 62 SU, EAC) from 08 May
06 to 31 Aug 2009. My PPO NO:08/14/B/12438/2010 , date of dispatch on
01 Apr 2010.

(b) Vide your office letter no. CAO/10103/Misc-07/NEAS dated 01 Oct 10
and also reply forwarded via e-mail from your office intimated that
the payment has been held up for wants of Non Payment Certificate.
(c) Whereas, my last Unit i.e 62 SU intimated that Non Payment
Certificate as required by your office has been forwarded to your
office vide 62SU/217/01/NE/Accts dated 08 Oct 2010.
(d) However, a scan file of vacation certificate and No Demand
Certificate issued by 62 SU,Salua and also No Demand Certificate
issued by AF Stn Kalaikunda(5 Wing) as the SMQ under control of that
Station is hereby enclosed for your perusal and necessary action.
2. My request that necessary action may please be taken for payment
of balance amount for said subject as I am facing financial hardship.

Dear Sir,
I was discharged from Air Force on 30-Jun-20007.And got NE arrears immediately but for arrears of VIth Pay Commission still I am waiting.
My PPO-08/14/B/corr/67601/2010 dtd 20-Aug-2010

My Corrigendum PPO was received in 28-Aug-2010 in State Bank Main Branch and the same was forwarded to my pension Branch (SBI Chandar Nagar Alambagh Code-6056) on 08-Sep-2010 from there a letter was forwarded to SBI CPPC Branch Allahabad on 18-Sep-2010 for crediting the arrears.But two months are going to be over no arrears has been credited to my SB Account.In this regards i tried to contact Allahabad Branch but no one picked up the call.This is the worst face of services by SBI.

I am urgently in need of money for settlement commitments

Hence i request to Intervene immediately for crediting my arrears in SB account.

I was retired from Indian Air force in June 2006. till date I have not got my revised PPO in respect to 6th CPC. I am living in very critical conditions. I am getting old pension only till date. I have enquired from Air force authorities many times and spend a lot on telephone calls but my every attempt has gone in vain. My service particulars are 702572-k Sgt Rajan Kumar Kamra Clk/EA Service joined on 10 Jun 1986 and left the service after completing initial engagement of terms of 20 years on 30.06 2006. sir i received corrigendum ppo 08/14/b/corr/2461/2008 dtd 05 jan 2009 and 08/14/b/corr/52322/2009 dtd 05/nov 2009.as per main branch Dhanbad they sent these letter to sindri code 0185 in jan 2010 itself. Even it was despatched to cppc patna for further payment of arrear and revised pension. due to delay i confirmed from cppc patna regarding it. they told it was depatched to parent branch for some rectification on 02 apr 2010. but till date it is not known to me why it is delaying. sir i am loosing interest as well as faith. as i am the old customer of sbi please save my faith. my original ppo is 0008/14/b/13837/2006 , corrigendum 08/14/b/cor/24611/2008 and new corrigendum ppo is 08/14/b/corr/52322/2009.thanking you.

I retired from IAF with effect from[protected]. My PPO No 08/14/A/0240 dated 10.04.1992 and PPO/08/14/A/Rev/2266 of 1992. My pension account at SBI Suboroto Park, New Delhi. Sir/Madam,
I am Ex-JWO Mangat Ram (684269) retired on[protected] vide PPO No. 08/14/B/13679 dated 26.11.2009. First of all I received my PPO in Dec 2009 after 6 months of retirement and now one year has alread completed after my retirement but I have been not paid my commutation of leave arears of 6th pay commission and conveyance allowance admissible on discharge from air force.Wheneve I enquire from Non Effective Airmen Section of AFCAO, they simply say that your case is under finalisation and it will take another 2-3 months. I do not know when these 2-3 months will come.
Air Force is spending lot of money for arranging final clearance formalities for its personnel who are due for retire and send them for final clearance before 10 months of their retirement. What is the use of that if it is not paying the pensionary benefits even after one year of retirement. In Indian Army personnel are getting all their benefits by hand on the day retire. why so much delay in Air Force only. Kindly help me.
