Rs 6391/-only at lpc of rs.1600/- & da of rs.2048/- only vide ppo no 08/14/a/0225/1998 amended vide 08/14/a/0039/2011.

Sir, i may draw your kind attention to afcao letter no cao/10203/17955/ops/ne-1 dated 08 mar 2013, vide which an amendment to my lpc under subject ammendment to provisional/final lpc:ne officers was issued to your office in which my final lpc was amended from rs.11600/- plus da rs.2048/- to rs.12250/- plus da rs.2152/-.

Taking the above amendment into consideration amended ppo was required to be issued for revised pension from may 1998 and the arrears to be paid to me with interest @ 6%. For the said fresh amended ppo, i had forwarded an application to your hqs in april 2013. The amendment to my ppo and payment of arrears are awaited from your office.
I request your kind self sir, to please look into this matter and take neccesary action please. I shall be highly obliged for your kind favour sir.

Incorrect fixation of ex serviceman pension of pre 2006 retirees & issue of corrigendum ppo of jwo

Dear sir,

This has reference of registered letter forwarded jcda air force subroto park, pcda allahabad on[protected] and letter chairman sbi and agm sbi cppc branch chandni chowk delhi with reminders to them on daily basis. Now the pension disbursing branch is making excuse as they do not have corrigendum ppo of jwo rank (Group x). How it is possible as i was regular getting pension of jwo rank up to[protected] with a basic pay of rs 7100. Then why the agency fixed my pension to rs 7760 instead of rs 8720 from[protected] onwards. How the cppc branch was disbursing pension without any validity of ppo till[protected] accurately.

Is there no accountability on bank and concerned staff of the branch who commit such a blunder for 6 to 7 years. Is there no audit conducted at the branch? If the audit was conducted then why such a lapse could not be noticed till now? Now some one must be made responsible for this recurring and consistent mistake. Whereas the pension was to be fixed at rs. 8720 from[protected] onwards as per pcda circular no 430 (Table 116 at page no 137).

The original ppo no. Is 08/14/b/8049/2003 and now i have provided corrigendum ppo no 08/14/b/corr/12808/2003 dated[protected] issued by dy cda subroto park new delhi -10. The jcda also not responding despite of many correspondence through consumer desk and registered letter. However the corrigendum ppo is not fairly readable still the same has been forwarded in jpeg, pdf and word format. The second issue is unless the the pension is corrected from 01-7 2009, orop (One rank one pension) can not be accurately revised from[protected]Date of orop implementation).

It appears the bank is harassing ex serviceman to the some or or the pretext with a good intention. I just wanted to be aware that to whom should i approach for correction of advertent blunder committed by one of biggest psu bank. I have served indian air force from 15.06.1983 to[protected] for 20 years 16 days in x group.

So that the new orop can also be fixed at rs 10480 for paying arrears w. E. F. 01 jul 2014 to till date at the earliest after adjusting already paid less arrear. It would be appreciated if a revised ppo is issued at the earliest as available corrigendum ppo is not readable.

Dear sir/madam,
I am kp lakshmy, mother of wg. Cdr gopinathan raman, with utmost grief i wish to state that my son is no more and he expired on 21st march 2016. My daughter in law alamelu is also no more and expired 9 years back, on 1st march 2007. Gopinathan raman left behind two sons who are independently earning. I am 88 years old and i was wholly dependent on him and i was living with him at bangalore. I have no income and i was depending on my son for my living.

My son gopinathan took vrs from iaf wef 31st aug 1998 and he was drawing pension through sbi indiranagar branch, bangalore.

I understand that in the event of my son's death, i am eligible for family pension since my daughter in law is no more and my son has not remarried after spouse's expiry, and his sons are 30+ years of age and are independently earning. As i was wholly dependent on him i am not having any income. I wish to avail of this pension benefit for my financial security, during rest of my life as i am too old. I therefore seek your guidance in this regard.

I wish to state here that i am not aware whether my son has declared me as dependent any where except that he has been issued esm card (Health card) where my name is mentioned as dependent.

Kindly let me know the formalities, how and who to approach and essential documents i need to submit in order to claim the family pension.

Dear Sir,

I got retirement from IAF on 1st Nov 2000 on completion of 20 years of service. I was granted full pension from 1st Nov 2000 as my medical certificate was not enclosed along with my documents sent to Dy CDA (AF) since I was on PRC (Pre Release Course) at that time. So, my commutation was granted later on when my medical certificate was forwarded by my unit 25 ED AF.

As per my knowledge my commutation period is already over. So, I should start getting my full pension now. However, my bank is unable to pay me full pension as they don’t find my revised PPO in which my commutation was granted.

So, please send a copy of my revised PPO in which my date of commutation is mentioned so that my bank can start paying me full pension without undue delay. Also, if it is possible to incorporate my latest pension in the PPO as per the 7th CPC. My personal particulars are as follows:

Sir, I have been retired on superannuation as MWO (645798F VISHWANATHAN GANESH) on 30 Jun 12. I was not granted the increment due on 01 Jul 12. It's not at all usable and economy for service and repair

I 634192K Ex-LAC, have retired from Indian Air Force on 31st December 1990, and drawing my regular pension from SBI Borivali East Branch(Mumbai) till date, Due to home problem I have to transferred my Pension account at SBI Thane, Court Naka, branch (Maharashtra). What is the procedure to transferred pension A/C from one place to another place of same state.
