Hi i am rakesh n, i did transaction to makemytrip through amazon pay by debit card on 5th dec 2019 and 13th december 2019 i. E both was 1900rs and i did cancellation on 17th december 2019 & the very same day makemytrip has refunded amount to amazon pay then amazon has refunded to indian bank but that amount has not been credited to my account. So the refund amount is remaining with bank or amazon i don't know. Amazon was saying it has to be processed from bank side and bank customer service was saying it has to be done from amazon end. So as a customer whom i need to ask. Please resolve this issue. Amazon people said to charge a file dispute from.

    My name is ravanth and i had ordered top bird metal inner and outer ring for bike for rs.899 in amazon on 16 the dec 2019 and after on 17 dec 2019 i returned it for personal reason. After that refund was issued on 22 dec 2019 but still i didn't get the money. Amazon sent the reference number #451t3ve00000k424jnnk and told me to file charge dispute but indian bank doesn't have that policy. So, please kindly respond to the complaint.

          I had also complaint regarding refund of my money to my savings account but no one responded about the refund. Every month 500/- rupees has been deducted from my account without OTP & without informing me. According to the scanned copy of deduction details which was from[protected] to[protected]X500=13000) 26th transactions done in between this time. Total 13000/- Rs has been debited from my account for this issue. I dont know who had done transaction on behalf of me.After visiting bank I came to know about the debit & that person who is transacting.Some other person (Anil Kumar) using my A/c [protected] for this transaction.But I don't understand how is it possible?
          My name is Amit kumar & my account no is [protected].Instead of Amit Kumar How Anil Kumar is using my account for this transaction.
          So, I reqest you to kindly look after this issue & request you to kindly return my money which has been debited from last 2 years.And I request you to kindly communicate on mail as I am far away from my hometown as I am working in a construction company at Gujarat.So, it is not possible for me to go to branch daily or weekly or monthly.

                The refund amount of rs.6999 from amazon hadbeen done from there side. Kindly check the refund from your end fromthe unproceesd refund, and revet me back as soon as posssible. I have cancelled an order from amazon on 19/12/2019 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 23/12/2019 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

                  On 27th december that is today, i visited indian bank, perungalattur branch to open an account for my savings. I have carried pan card, aadhar card, voter id, rental agreement & gas bill for - local address proof. The branch manager has told you will not be able to open an account with the proofs you have. Aadhar card should have the local address so that the account can be opened else we cannot open an account here. I have been told to change my aadhar address to open an account. And i have asked how other banks and all opening the with these proofs why not indian bank, the branch manager is telling me that we have norms so that we cannot do it and told me to open an account in your native but not here. I told her that i could not travel now due to health issues so i only am opening here. Very bad experience from a government bank. I remember i have studied in history during my school, saying that the government is for the people & by the people. These sayings are totally wrong, indian bank has changed the norms as they wanted to have. Badly experienced with the response from the branch manager. Very worst bank (Indian bank)

Amazon has successfully refunded the money and sent me a urt number #30005493509349001647631. But it’s been 12 days and the money has not been refunded to my indian bank account.                               I had purchased iron box in amazon of rs 871₹ (Indian bank debit card 866₹ and 5₹ amazon pay money used) and where i had cancelled the order successful on 14/12/2019 and amazon had initiated the amount of the same of 866₹ and it generally takes 3 to 5 working days and i had got an email from amazon.in saying that they have issued my refund and which is not yet credited in my bank account where i had paid through indian bank debit card and kindly also note the "refund reference #30005493499347073948079, please do the needful through this charge dispute by crediting the amount.

                                      A letter dated 31 oct 19 was issued to cppc rajaji sali, chennai regarding difference of dr credited to my above mentioned account. Since no replay or difference is not credited a reminder dated 29th nov 19 was also issued to them and a copy enclosed to customer service cell. So far i am not in receipt any reply from them.
