Its regarding the refund amount from bank.

I have purchased 2 products from amazon on 24.11.2019 and paid the amount of rs.596 using debit card and later i have cancelled that order. Amazon has initiated the refund but bank doesn't initiate the payment even after 5 business days. Reference no. # 324360. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible..

    I have flight ticket cancelled from expedia travel website, the costumer support replied me check with the end of your bank provider, that they have already sent a request for refund. I have flight booked on and cancelled on date dec 1 2019.

    The travel itinerary # [protected] number, from pbm-curacao (On dec 5). Hope it will be resolved soon.

    I purchase one item in Amazon. That item is not my choice so I returned that item. But my money is not refund in my account
    I placed two orders on mantra online shopping app. But both the orders were cancelled later. The expected refund is not yet credited into my account. When we enquired with myntra we got to know that the amount is been already refunded but it's held by the bank. So I Kindle request the bank authorities to respond to this issue.

    I have lodged complaint regarding refund of amount rs 279 debitted in august month. I used ATM card for purchase of food in SWIGGY .279rs deducted twice once only bill generated. Money was refunded immediately by BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES SWIGGY BANGALORE on 3.8.19. But i haven't received rs 279 even today 4 months passed in lodging complaint.

      I recharged my bsnl number with rupees 88 on 20th november 2019 from amazon and recharge not done due to some technical glitches so amazon i got a sms that refund has been credit in my account.. I called amazon and they said amount has been refunded for sure vide tracking no. 973380. But still the amount is not reflected in my account.. Please refund my amount...

        I was purchased a one product in amazon services using rupay card. But the order were cancelled and the amount refund can be initiated on 23/11/2019 at 3pm with reference number (Refund reference # 2sfpi4do0000k2pibj41). But still the amount cannot reflect back in above account number. Kindly take necessary steps for the above refund reference number.

          This is the second complaint i’m raising related to my refund... First was related to myntra for which i have already raised a complaint...
          This is related to one of my order for which my refund is already credited from the online portal end but from the bank side my amount is not yet credited...

          Rs 544 is still not credited...

            This is to inform that even after complaining my amount of rs 590 which is been refunded by myntra has not yet been credited to my account...

            I had put a complaint last time also but it’s still not followed... Always i have to write for my refund... Why is it directly not credited instead of again & again writing to you...

              As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated on 24/11/2019 and the reference no is: 36r79rez0000k33ttbgw but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                  This is to inform that i had cancelled an order on myntra on 20th november for which the amount was reversed on the same day... But still it’s not credited to my account...
                  The amount of rs 590 is yet to get credited in the account...
                  I had to speak to the myntra customer care for the same from their side it’s already been reversed...
                  Then why most of the time for getting my refund i have to raise the complaint...

                        I have transacted a sum of amount 1000/- using indian bank debit card to add money in my paytm account, the transaction had been failed, i complained to my partner bank, they informed me that the transaction has been cancelled and the money has been refunded to the indian bank account, but still the amount has not been added back to that indian bank beneficiary account, so kindly pls do the needful as soon as possible

                          I had done a transaction on zomato on 20 nov and later the amount was credited back by zomato on the same day due to unavailability of the item. It’s been more than 7 days i’ve still not got my refund. The reference number for refund provided my zomato is 30004693259324150923297. Whenever i call the customer call for my issue they say go to home branch. How can i visit my home branch when i’m not in town. Kindly resolve my issue.

                          It’s been more than a month and I’ve still not received my amount...I need compensation for the same... when we don’t maintain balance in the account they deduct non mantainace charge... same way I need compensation from bank for not crediting the amount on time
                          I’ve still not received my amount nor I’m getting proper response from my bank... worst bank and customer support...will never open my bank account in this bank and will never recommend to others

                            I have returned a product on myntra with the amount 1563.52
                            The amount should be reflected on my account on or before 27th november.
                            It's not reflecting yet.
                            And from myntra end the amount has been processed successfully!
                            They have also provided me the bank reference number.
                            It's the bank who is doing problem
                            Because from their end the amount has been initiated and proceed

                              On 18/11/2019, i have ordered redmi 7 pro mobile on amazon later i have cancelled it. They messaged me that refund will initiate in 5 days. But i didn't get the money. I have called amazon customer care. Amazon service gave me one reference number-949320 regarding this. I have already approached indian bank branch office they told me to file complaint here. Plz kindly look into this.

                                    I'm sugantha kumar i have an account in indian bank from 2012. actually I'm working on a MNC company my company have job sites in mutiple countrys and my company will sent me different countrys for a job. So i have some problems to exchange my money to the other countries currency so i decided to change my savings account Domestic debit card to international debit card.
                                    I honestly requested to my branch they said u have a savings account so no possible to change ur card just move on like that. (But i already enquired about this request in customer care they said no problem u have to contact ur branch)
                                    "i said what sir i already enquired in customer care they said contact you." But the office person didn't response me (I'm don't like to say his name). And his voice is like a slum area person and the all of bank employees are very neglecting and busy with their own words they always treats people like workers with his arrogant abusive behaviour
                                    What can i do now i have no idea to for next step that's why i complaint in this host.

                                      Please refer my earlier complaint no. Ibewe[protected] dated 05/11/2019. Till date no developments and present status of the complaint not known. Please look into this matter at the earliest. Amount of complaint is rs.12780/- pending from 14/07/2018. The transaction details are as follows.
                                      On 14/07/2018 made tax e payment of rs.12780/- but my account got debited twice. Same day i reported in compliant box. But no reply after few months over phone informed me to get /claim refund from income tax department. While claiming refund, the income tax dept says, the amount is reflecting in my form 26as. Hence, no refund., asked me to contact the bank for verification form24g

                                        Cin 99402 bsr 0261632 and cin 99415 bsr 0261632. Income tax department says the amount is not reflecting in my form 26as. Asked me report the bank for verification in form 24g. Excess amount not refunded.
