I have transacted a sum of amount 1000/- using indian bank debit card to add money in my paytm account, the transaction had been failed, i complained to my partner bank, they informed me that the transaction has been cancelled and the money has been refunded to the indian bank account, but still the amount has not been added back to that indian bank beneficiary account, so kindly pls do the needful as soon as possible
