Refund initiated by amazon on 19.12.2019 and i got refund reference number:[protected] from flipkart. But till now refund amount not reflect my bank account. Kindly do the needful.

    Email received from [email protected] ( shows for share contact number ) I also replied . But no one contacted me and also refund amount not credited. Some one called my number from 044-25210338 And asking for my repay debit card number, month .expiry date and cvv number for refund my money but iAm not given. Indian bank customer care told don’t tell debit card number . And another phone call coming from 9643772708 that person name telling for Raghul Tripti . My problem is not resolved.

      Reference my saving bank account no.[protected] indian bank paper mills road, perambur and my e. Ppo no.[protected].
      A letter dated 31 oct 19 was issued to cppc rajaji sali, chennai regarding difference of dr credited to my above mentioned account. Since no replay or difference is not credited a reminder dated 29th nov 19 was also issued to them and a copy enclosed to customer service cell. So far i am not in receipt any reply from them.
      Will please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.

      Pleasee acknowledge receipt.

        money transferred not reached the receiver

        Account numb [protected] my money transfer of rupees 1750 was deducted in an transaction through paytm but by which the receiver was not credited and so i please to initiate the formalities to credit it to the receiver or to please refund the amount of one thousand and seven hundred to my indian bank account in itself as soon as possible... Awaiting for the update from bank...

        But the payment was failed
        Amazon executive said that your amount will be refund within 4 to 5 days
        I got mail from amazon on dec12, 2019
        Your refund for amount 4750 has been successfully processed on dec7, and the amount should reflect in your bank now

        After that i continuously called amazon customer care they instructed me to file a complaint in charge dispute

          Amazon executive said that your amount will be credited to your bank account within 4 to 5 days

            On dec. 6th i transferred ₹1500from. My indianbank account[protected]madambakkam branch, (Ref. No.[protected] to lakshmi ammal engineering college (Ref. No.[protected] as exam fees.
            Money debited immediately and got stuck and not credited or reverted to my account.
            We gave complaint in the branch about this on 11th in the madambakkam branch.
            But till today we didn't receive our amount.
            Pls chk and do. The needful.

                Hi sir/madam,

                I have completed my 12th standard on May 2019. I attended the engineering council conducted by Anna university - TamilNadu. I got selected in one of the engineering college affiliated by Anna university. And my college is categorized under NAC. I have applied loan in Indian bank via vidyalakhmi portal. I have submitted the request on 30 Oct 2019. Its more than 50 days, there is no improvement in my load request. All documents asked by bank manager has been submitted. She is asking for unwanted documents which is not asked by same bank in different branches. Still we provided the same.

                My studies depends on this loan. Please help us to get my educational loan.

                  I have cancelled an order from amazon on 2/10/2019 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 16/10/2019 ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

                              I am a retired officer from a nationalised bank. I went for a updation at indian bank pollachi main branch last week. I felt suspicious about a person in the branch so i would like to share the information.The person was named rajendran and was a sbi life insurance guy available there. The person was moving to all sections freely and sharing all information about the bank then the zonal officer movements to various branches with timings. He was having access to cash counter deposit counters .Abm.Cm cabin.Wash room in way to locker room.He was left freely to move all over. He was even given permission to do life certificate work in a network accessed computer as said by the abm. When enquired about how you are letting a outsider to do all secured things to abm. His reply was cm has permitted him to do all things. Coming to security point of view an outsider cannot access a network connected computer. Cannot access to strong room.Cannot access inside the premises counter where only staff are permitted. I was also told that he goes and sits near the wash room and starts speaking in mobile and all female staffs going to washroom feel uncomfortable due to his presence always near wash room.I cant say an officer to not allow such things so i have written in this site. A person outside of the bank staff should be restricted at customer lounge and should not be permitted inside the staff restricted area including the wash room area where from access to strong room and locker is easy. We have seen so many frauds in the past and thistype of activity should be stopped. Its my request that a enquiry may be done by the security section and the police report about the person mentioned may be collected before allowing this type of guys inside the bank.I would like to advice the cm that cross selling may be done but no compromise with the security of the bank.Please initiate action for my complaint.

                                Sir my name is beulah vithyakumari a customer of indian bank arakkonam. I availed pmegp loan from indian bankin the year 2018. Recently for the past three months i couldn't pay my monthly emi due to poor market price of my product in the market. Today four people including mr prabu from zonal office and the local branch manager came to my house. I submit below what mr prabhu spoke to me. He said since i didn't pay my dues he will block my son's passport. My son is studying in philippines and when mr prabu spoke to me i told him that since i had to pay my son's fee i was not able to payemi. Mr prabhu threatened me saying that he will make my son discontinue his studies by blocking his passport and visa. Secondly he threatened that he will go to my husband's school (My husband is a teacher in a government aided school) and take action and see to that that my husband loses his job. He used words like that i am a fraud and i do not run business i simply got a loan. Then i took them to my factory and proved that i am having a factory and all machines. He spoke to me in such a bad manner like a local rowdy. I was so down and he threw me to the extent of so much shame i even decided to commit suicide. But the branch manager and others were so kind enough to explain me. I am going to pay my dues for sure because my house property is pledged and i am aware of all consequences. This person's attitude is so very bad and he would have even beaten me up with so much of anger. What rights he has got to stop my son's education? What rights does he have to chase my husband out from his job? I reiuest the bank authority to take this complaint and request you to permit me to meet the bank's higher authorities to submit my written complaint. All the other three bank officers including the manager are witnesses for what he had spoken.

                                    I have purchased shoes from flipkart on by making payment of 989 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and flipkart initiated refund on with refund reference number of rur[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                      Debit card no. [protected] Name: Abhinav Bharathwaj having savings account in Indian Bank, Bibikulam branch. Madurai.
                                      On Nov 28th, 2019, tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from SBI ATM ID 1276400 in Madurai P&T Nagar. The amount was not dispensed. But debited from account.
                                      Withdrawal sequence no:[protected]
                                      Subsequently withdrawal of Rs1900 from the same ATM was successful.
