      Sir,
      I have done a payment on swiggy on11 oct 2019 of rupees 119. Due to adequate food he refunds 75 rupees (6 amazon pay + 69 debit card) 6 rupees added immediately but 69 rupees not done my account till today.
      Kindly provide me resolution regarding this.
      I talk regarding customer care he sends very wrong mail and with the wrong transaction number and reference number. He sends many times different massage regarding reference number and money deducting kindly see this and take action against customer care and provide me a resolution regarding my complaint.

        I have done a recharge through amazon pay through a debit card Rs. 199, but my payment deducted in my Indian bank account and recharge was unsuccessful, amazon provides me a refund reference number but my payment was not credited till today.
        my refund reference number is 549680.
        please provide me a resolution regarding this and tell me further procedure can I get my money back.

            On 27dec2019 the refund has been initiated of rs.1099 from flipkart to my indian bank debit card and they gave me a reference no.[protected]. Still now i haven’t received the money in my bank account. Flipkart has completed the transaction but bank has not credited the money in my account. I visited my branch and also contact customer care but they are not gave proper response to me. It has more than 20 days i don’t know what is going on. I need my money.

              I ordered an redmi phone from amazon on 8th january of 11999 but still today i didn't get my refun,

                        Hi! This is pooja shalini. I have ordered food from swiggy. The amount rs 304. For the swiggy order no.[protected] was paid through online transaction. The transaction was started but it failed. The amount of rs.304 was deducted from my indian bank account. I have raised a query regarding this issue with the swiggy customer service. They have told that they have refunded but the bank didn't reflect the money in my account. It's been nearly a week kindly help me with this issue.

                                I tried to pay rs.560 at amman vegetarian restaurant, kamarajar salai, teppakulam, madurai - 9, on 15.01.2020 / 20.01 pm, using my debit card [protected]. The amount was debited to my subject sb account (Txn[protected], whereas it was informed by the pos that it was not authorized / approved and hence i was forced to pay in cash. He informed that the debited amount of rs.560 would be recredited.

                                But till now the re-credit of rs.560 has not been effected in my account.

                                Please look into it and arrange for the re-credit of rs.560 to my sb account.

                                  I purchased a Xioami Mobile Accessories of Rs 4797 from AMAR COMMUNICATION CHENNAI (Xioami Center) through indian bank rupay debit card ending with 9081 on 21/11/2021 at 17:24 pm Amount 0f RS: 4797 while the transection has canceled due to bank server issue but the amount has been debited in my account. So that i initiated my refund of RS 4797 on 24/11/2021 but my money still not credited in my account till date. The shop of Amar communication has gave me a revised card slip that is has been atteched below. So that i contacted with reference number many times to bank customer care but they does not solve my problem. As this time i'm very disappointed to contact many times to bank i'm failing to solve my problem. At this time this is very serious problem to me. Please do something as soon as possible.
