I have taken the delivery on 23 december and i have return on 25 december and my product was pick up on 26 december but till now i have not received my money on my account please take the action on myntra and indian bank.     I had purchased a mobile phone from flipkart on 23/12/2019, paid for it through indian bank debit card and cancelled the order on the same day. The maximum date for the refund to be processed in the account was 30/12/2019. I contacted the bank and gave them the refund reference number but they are not providing me the required information.
    I asked them for charge back form, but they are denying it by saying that there is no such form.
    What do i do please help.

      Due to connectivity issue indian bank madras university branch itself not working.

      Take action immediately.

      All dd transactions are affected. Huge loss and time waste.

      Not able to pay the fees, transcript dd.

      Late to office and loss of pay for one day will be deducted.

      Loosing trust on indian bank..
      In future i will not recommended to anyone.

      The amount which was debited on 12.09.2019 till date not refunded into my account for my mobile recharge on Inditab. Inditab replies that your amount is credited back into the account. But till date no amount is credited on my account.

        Sir,
        I had canceled my 2 train tickets from irctc on 22nd december 2019 and according to irctc, the amount has been refunded in my indian bank account. But till now i haven't still received the amount in my account. Irctc has refunded the amount from their side but it is not showing in my account. The total refunded amount is ₹5240.

        The refund reference numbers as provided by irctc are as follows-

        Refund reference no. For ticket 1 is[protected]
        Refund reference no. For ticket 2 is[protected]

        My bank details are as follows -

        Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible. I shall be highly obliged.

          I used my atm debit card at a shop in mumbai and they said the transaction did not go through the first time. However, i received a text message that the amount of 1315 rupees got deducted. But they wanted me to try again so i did. The second time, the transaction went through but another 1315 rupees was deducted. The amount was deducted twice. The shopkeeper informed me that it would be refunded within 24 hours but it has not. Kindly help me refund that amount.

            Sir/madam ...my name is E.udhaya suriya I booked tha OYO room at the day 09/12/2019 ue to some issue tha booking was cancelled but I already did my payment through online ... On OYO side the provided me the Refund I'd and my refund amount is 579 ...it's more than 20 days but still I didn't get my refund amount ... And also I went to my bank and I showed my refund I'd ...               Sir... Iam madhav an account holder in your bank of paidimadugu branch. Sir iam very upset and uncomfortable of the behaviour of especially manager and staff with the customers when we don't know anything and wanna know from them they reply not in a good way and they are behaving like a monarch sir... I request that this should not continue in our bank and because banks should provide friendly nature in the for the customers instead so look after it sir

                A refund of RS 3325 was initiated by myntra.com on 16th December 2019 and it should be reflecting in my account by 26th December 2019 but it is not reflecting till now.

                Please someone look into this matter, as I'm trying to call my branch but it was not helpful and they are not taking my query seriously.

                      There has been a refund of ₹490 from the amazon side. According to the amazon customer service, the amount has already been refunded to my account; but actually the amount is not reflected back in my account till now. It has been 15 days since the amount has been refunded.

                        I bought an amazon product worth rs.17998, through indian bank debit card from my savings account on 18thdecember 2019 and cancelled the order on the same day within few hours. Amazon has successfully refunded the money through a transaction id: 1111b xkwf9fircinomosfhjuh and refund referance #008700. But it’s been 12 days and the money has not been refunded to my indian bank saving account number[protected] at tirunelveli junction brench.                           Hi team,

                          This is to inform you that refund for amount rs 866.00 has not been credited to my account no:[protected] and purchased iron box in amazon of rs 866₹ and where i had cancelled the order successful on 12/13/2019 and amazon had initiated the amount of the same 866₹ on 12/14/2019 and it generally takes 3 to 5 working days and i had got an email from amazon.in saying that they have issued my refund and which is not yet credited in my bank account where i had paid through indian bank account (No:[protected]) and kindly also note the "refund reference #30005493499347073948079, please do the needful through this charge dispute by crediting the amount. It has been more than 2 weeks of time.

                            I have purchased from myntra online shopping center rs of 702/-. But do not like the product. So i have requested to refund the amount in my accpount indian bank. They initiated the amount on 17 dec which suppose to reflect in my account on 27 dec 2019. But it is not reflected yet i havent recieved. Than i have spoken in myntra they told me trhey already transfer the amount with the reference id :[protected]. They asked me to contact customer support of indian bank i have tried calling to customer support but m not able to conact the cutomer support agent. I callede to branch also but they are not able to help me out in this.

                            Kindly look into the matter & do trhe needful.

                              This is rekha n, one of the existing customer of indian bank nangainallur branch with account number: [protected]. I had ordered a product from flipkart with my indian bank debit card on 13/12/2019 but i had returned my product for my personal reason. Flipkart had processed my request and they refunded rupees 639 as on december 25 2019 with the reference number:[protected]. But still no refund had been credited to my account.
                              I had contacted the branch for many times but no response from their side.
                              So, kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. I am hereby attaching my bank statement from 22/12/19 to 29/12/19 and also proof that flipkart had refunded.

                                It was an online shopping issue. I was informed that my money would be refunded by myntra within 7 to 10 days and also they mentioned that from their end refund is initiated. The above product refund was initiated on december 17th and it is already 31st but the money didn't reflect in my account so far. So, please help me.

                                  I have opened account in Indian bank, Anakaputhur branch 6 years back but currently i am getting messages for some other account number. it stating CIF number linked and de-linked. please investigate and do strict action for these.

                                  Also i am getting messages like 5 lakhs transferred to the account like that.
                                  i dont know what going on ?

Iam lot of time called in amazon, they was told me again and again contact through branch and ask charge dispute form and applied this issues, oct 21 2019 iam purchased manthriga book 3496 and 4ruppee amazon pay, transaction succefull in debited account, and iam asked amazon side, they told me we are already sent u that refund successfully, iam checked my bank account 1 ruppe only credit, so didnt receive money in this bank, i want money 3, 496, incase u un resolved this issue means i cant continue transaction indian bank,... And iam definetly close my account.
