I ordered in amazon and did online transaction on[protected] and cancelled the order the next day. But till today the amount is not refunded. If i call amazon they say its bank duty to do.. But if i call bank costumer care they say its its amazon duty to do. Now the question is whom should i ask. My refund amount is rs.678/- and the refund reference no is 090780. I hope atleast now the authority would be taken to refund.

I have ordered products from myntra in that some products has been returned back. For that I have not receive refund from past 40days. My bank reference number is 30003893489343094577778. I want to receive the amount of 1124.
Passbook printing is often not working in this branch. Branch officer is also not taking up or doing anything. We often come and go from home. Request you to correct both machine. Sometime they have to reset that they don't do immediately.

    I had paid on indadvantage using indian bank debit card
    It got failed and they said refund will be completed within 3 days and they had provided with reference number
    Rur[protected] but with this i can't get the proper answer
    I had purchased a egv in indadvantage using my reward points and money as i have entered the card details and i have entered the otp after that page gets closed and my amount gets debited i ask for refund but no response
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My account number [protected], Ponnagar Branch, Trichy. As I KVB fastag
    thorough net banking on 21st Jan-2020 at 11.15pm. I linked though fastag.
    Debited in my account but not credited in fastag. Rs.950.00.till now it is not
    credited in my account . So, Please credit that amount.
    I have made a transaction through IND PAY android application to a SBI CUSTOMER. That transaction made wrongly Of RS.200. transaction reference number[protected].
    Please concern my query and return the amount to my account.
    I have visited indian bank to open an account but it takes two days to complete it was not still complete worst bank in coimbatore tamilnadu (singanallur branch)
    Amazon processed my refund but Indian Bank is not reflecting that amount in my account. It has been 11 days, still nothing from Indian Bank side. So, I want to dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'
    I ordered products in swiggy and amount locked. Swiggy initiated amount but indian bank didn’t transfer my amount of rupees 1063. Please get that amount

          I have purchased couple of products from amazon by making payment of 599rs & 728rs receptively through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number of 717950 & 289360. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

            I have purchased a shoe from amazon on 06/01/2020 by making payment of rs.399/- through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the said item and amazon initiated refund on 06/01/2020 and they have shared transaction id 979150. I visited branch for solution but branch has no solution.
            Kindly resolve the issue and credit amount in my a/c. Please solve my problem.

                I had a refund pending (Rs.3999/-) from amazon and when i contacted them, they said that the amount is already credited and they have the reference number but till now the amount due is not showing in my bank account. The reference number is 75503720019037065485771 for the pending amount. Kindly look into this matter and let me know the possibilities.

                  My name is Shylaja Vasan and I had ordered two products in amazon of RS.Amount 1599 and RS. 50341 in Amazon on 06/01/2020 and after 10/01/2020 and 15/01/2020 I returned this order due to damaged product. And on 14/01/2020 and 20/01/2020, Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                  (880570) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    I have cancelled an order from amazon on 10/01/2020 and 15/01/2020, I received an email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by 15/01/2020 and 20/01/2020 respectively, but i still haven't received the money in my account. When i spoke to amazon costumer care, they told me to fill a charge dispute form because it could be a problem at my bank side.

                        I have purchased one material from amazon and order got cancelled. According to amazon, they have refunded the amount to my bank account. I inquired with the bank by reference number provided by the amazon. According to bank, they have not received any money from amazon of rs. 1098.

                                I mr a. Thiyagarajan and t. Sarawathi joint account having saving and current account for past 30 years. My account number is[protected] and current account number is[protected].
                                Today 21th jan 2020 my wife t. Saraswathi went to bank to change her phone number of my joint saving account, after filling application my wife gave it to prince kumar. He was arrogant, harsh, rude in his behaviour.
                                He behaves in the same way to each and every customer who approach him.
                                So kindly take an legal action against him, i dont want to loose my self respect against this type of irritating creatures. Or else i will close my all other accounts from your bank. (Nearly my all family members having 10-13 accounts in your branch).

                                    As i did not receive yet my refund from myntra of rs 934 myntra alos provide me with brn kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

                                    As i also visit to branch but no information is given by them according to them it may b due ti holidays of pogal in chennai.. Look in to the matter as i need my refund on urgent basis. Refund was initiated by myntra on 7 th jan but i did not recieved it till now as tha reflecting date was 17 jan.. It is too late now.

                                        I have prepaid two recharges from amazon on 3/1/2020 and 4/1/2020 and received an email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfuly and it would be reflected 3-5 business days, but still I have not received the money. When I spoke with an amazon associate he said I have to fill a "charge dispute form" because it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my bank customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting branch.
