On 18th october 2019, i tried to transfer money from my indian bank to other account through indpay mobile banking app. That transaction failed but amount deducted from my account. I have important payment on 19th october.in this situation they did like this. Because this amount was my in hand money. I want my amount to be refunded soon from indian bank.

    Subject: Charge dispute "Refund never processed"

    Dear sir

    A refund of 2199 rupees was successfully processed on 12 Oct 2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but I have not received the refund till now.

    I have called the state bank of India customer service and also the state bank of India branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

    I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

    kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

      I was trying to withdrawal amount 10000 on date 15sep2018 in karur vyasa atm but the amount is not came from atm machine but the amount is debited in my account.

      I gave more request but i didn't get proper response from the indian bank branch moondram kattali. Kundrathur. Chennai.

      Latterly the branch taken the complaint. The number is k[protected]
      But they said it was rejected due to not clear details.

      Again bank staff sent mail to head office by february 2019 but still i didn't get any response from the bank

      I complained next day after this issue but i still waiting for money.

      Please take necessary step to solve this issue..

        Hi team,

        I had purchased shoes in amazon of rs 1, 749₹ and where i had cancelled the order successful on 13/10/2019 and amazon had initiated the amount of the same 1, 749₹ and it generally takes 3 to 5 working days and i had got an email from amazon.in saying that they have issued my refund and which is not yet credited in my bank account where i had paid through indian bank account (Amazon upi payment) and kindly also note the "refund reference #[protected]", please do the needful through this charge dispute by crediting the amount.

          I had recharged my mobile no. Of rs 49 on 9 oct 2019 on amazon. But due to technical issue my recharge is not completed. Amazon issued my refund on 9 oct 2019, but i can't get my refund.

            Respected sir/madam
            I have recently had three failed transactions while booking tickets in irctc. They have refunded my amount to the bank. I have contacted indian bank's customer care they told me to go to home branch for this issue.
            When i contacted the home branch they tossed me again to bank's customer care. I feel utterly disappointed for how much trouble i have went through.

            I have added some screenshot photos of the same. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

              On9th jully i was do the payment of rupess 490/- to irctc for booking a ticket, but ticket not booked, cause payment is failed, the payment process done by indian bank netbanking, then i contact my bank, raise a written complaint, but bank is not respond on my complain, in simple word i want to say indian bank services are worst ever i was watch in my life, soo please refund my payment, otherwise i wiill do something special, from not to my heart, but thanks indian bank...

                I made a imps transaction from my mother’s indian bank account to sbi bank yesterday the transaction shows successful in indian bank statement but not credited on beneficiary's account.

                So finally money got debited but not credited on beneficiary's account

                So, kindly requesting you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                i don't know how they sloved the issue without asking the details of the bank account. but the issue was sloved within oneday.i am not sure weather the issue was sloved by this consumer complaints or by default the money was credited back to account. but finally thank you so much for consumer complaints for responding back through email.

                  I made a two payments for an event ideathon with reference id : idtn076397 twice. Money got debited from my account on 10th september but they didn't receive the payment. When i contacted them, they said they didn't receive but might got stuck in the payment gateway, i will get refund in 7-14 days. I didn't get it. When i contacted again, they said contact the bank. Could you help as money got debited twice with the same reference number

                      Refund was made on 10 October and told to be credited till 16 October.

                        I returned a product bought from amazon and they declared it is issued refund. They gave me the refund reference : #0r8ud3tg0000k0oblkef.
                        I contacted customer care of indianbank. They asked me to go to my branch, they told me to lodge a complaint. Please please do needful to credit the amount in my account.
                        Note: they have processed through my debit card.

                          Hiii.. This is hema and i have ordered a product in amazon on oct 12 and i cancelled the same day but i have paid the amount for that product using my indian bank debit card. The amazon informed me that my refund will be provided within 5 days. But the money was not reflected to my account. So they gave me the reference number for the refund transaction what they made. And the reference number is # 243460. Please kindly do the appropriate actions to check my refund transaction using the reference number. Thank you.

                          During online transaction the amount was deducted twice from my account . At first when l entered OTP it showed duplicate transaction and when again i tried it showed up successful . But the amount was deducted twice .

                            I vanity holding ac in your bank needed change of 10s and 20s during festival season but always been said by cashier mr. Sanjay. Not available and been given to others.
                            This was also been conveyed to manager. But no action been taken.
                            I have 20 account in your bank and expect a better service from your side if this is what we get we r sorry but will have to think of other bank.

                              On july 14 2019 we try to withdraw an amonut of 10000 thousand in canara bank atm. We didn't received the amount its been decline. But it's been debited from our account. So we reached to our home branch and reported the issue they advised us with in 48 hours our money will credit to our account. Still now the problem is not be resolved. The indian bank is asking us to reach canara bank for the details, when we are contacting canara bank they are not providing any details and advising us to reach indian bank because we are maintaining the account in indian bank

                                I gave a letter to close the account of mr. G krishnamoorthy - account number[protected] — and transfer the proceeds to bank of india

                                Even after one full working day, this has not happened

                                When contacted, they say they have to trace the paper and let me know after one day

                                This is unacceptable and we need funds urgently to be deposited in designated bank

                                Please be customer sensitive to these aspects

                                    On 3rd October I returned item to Myntra, and the refund process was initiated by Myntra. The reference number for refund is[protected]. But till now (15th October) the amount has not yet been credited back. Ideally it should take 7-10 days for refund to be credited from the day of initiation.

                                      Sir, i had received the payment of rupees 501 on 27 september 2019 from amazon pay upi. At the time of transaction, it was showing that the transaction is pending from the senders amazon pay upi account, but the money was deducted.in the last 2-3 days when my friend checks in his account the transaction is showing successful in his amazon pay account. When i checked in my amazon pay account, the transaction is showing successful here with bank reference id[protected] but no money is transferred to my bank account. When i talk to the amazon pay customer service they are saying that if the transaction is showing successful then the the money was sent to the bank account but i have not received the money. Kindly help.

                                        As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day 03/10/2019 and the reference no is 0rzv1aaw0000k0p2oya5 but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.
