    With due respect, i would like to bring it to your notice that i had visited your prestigious bank inorder to update my pass book.
    But with utter disappointment i wish to inform you that unfortunately till date i could not update my pass book due to printer not working or either the employee is not interested to take a print.
    And apart from this, the behaviour of the bank employees is so uncanny, rude and harsh that one could easily get frustrated with it. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason. They are always busy in their personal gossips. They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything.
    I always fails to get any satisfactory answer by introducing my problems to them. Thus i want to request you to kindly look into this matter and help me by sorting out this issue.

    I will be highly grateful if any early action is taken from your side as these kind of irresponsible behaviour and negligence needs to be sort out quickly.

      I have purchased a pair of sparx shoes from amazon on 29/09/2019 by making payment of rs 620 via indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated the refund on 3/10/2019 with refund reference no. Mentioned above. But i don't receive the amount in my account. And when i visited the branch for the same, they said, "amount is not credited by amazon, contact them.. We can't help u with this". It's the 3rd time i am facing this issue.

            Dear sir

            A refund of 2199 rupees was successfully processed on 12 Oct 2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but I have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of India customer service and also the state bank of India branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

            kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

              I was trying to withdrawal amount 10000 on date 15sep2018 in karur vyasa atm but the amount is not came from atm machine but the amount is debited in my account.

              I gave more request but i didn't get proper response from the indian bank branch moondram kattali. Kundrathur. Chennai.

              Latterly the branch taken the complaint. The number is k[protected]
              But they said it was rejected due to not clear details.

              Again bank staff sent mail to head office by february 2019 but still i didn't get any response from the bank

              I complained next day after this issue but i still waiting for money.

              Please take necessary step to solve this issue..

                Hi team,

                I had purchased shoes in amazon of rs 1, 749₹ and where i had cancelled the order successful on 13/10/2019 and amazon had initiated the amount of the same 1, 749₹ and it generally takes 3 to 5 working days and i had got an email from amazon.in saying that they have issued my refund and which is not yet credited in my bank account where i had paid through indian bank account (Amazon upi payment) and kindly also note the "refund reference #[protected]", please do the needful through this charge dispute by crediting the amount.

                    Respected sir/madam
                    I have recently had three failed transactions while booking tickets in irctc. They have refunded my amount to the bank. I have contacted indian bank's customer care they told me to go to home branch for this issue.
                    When i contacted the home branch they tossed me again to bank's customer care. I feel utterly disappointed for how much trouble i have went through.

                    I have added some screenshot photos of the same. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                  Hiii.. This is hema and i have ordered a product in amazon on oct 12 and i cancelled the same day but i have paid the amount for that product using my indian bank debit card. The amazon informed me that my refund will be provided within 5 days. But the money was not reflected to my account. So they gave me the reference number for the refund transaction what they made. And the reference number is # 243460. Please kindly do the appropriate actions to check my refund transaction using the reference number. Thank you.

                                    I vanity holding ac in your bank needed change of 10s and 20s during festival season but always been said by cashier mr. Sanjay. Not available and been given to others.
                                    This was also been conveyed to manager. But no action been taken.

                                      On july 14 2019 we try to withdraw an amonut of 10000 thousand in canara bank atm. We didn't received the amount its been decline. But it's been debited from our account. So we reached to our home branch and reported the issue they advised us with in 48 hours our money will credit to our account. Still now the problem is not be resolved. The indian bank is asking us to reach canara bank for the details, when we are contacting canara bank they are not providing any details and advising us to reach indian bank because we are maintaining the account in indian bank

                                        Even after one full working day, this has not happened

                                        When contacted, they say they have to trace the paper and let me know after one day

                                        This is unacceptable and we need funds urgently to be deposited in designated bank
