Hi this siddartha mehta my bank account number is [protected] branch of nacharam hyderabad i have done the transaction in amazon i. E 6999rs on 30th sept, two transaction has been done one of the transaction for personal issue i had cancelled the product but from my account amount has been debited it has been not credited back to my bank account i have contacted to amazon there said that they had credit to bank account and given me the reference id (040160) so i want my money back it is in need so please check the details and credit my amount to my bank account

Past day i had order food in swiggy the amount is taken in my account but order is not placed...
The amount is taken in my account but the refund is not initiate ..

    Sir, i am ex staff, my sr no 25404 i am using all menu online and working fine but when i am using ib customer menu and go to option menu pension slip, fill account no and mobile no afterwards it will processing only. so i am unable to download pension slip, error msg came enter your registered mobile no.pl do the needful. i am having sb ac no[protected], rameshbhai c patel, valsad br V059

    Sir, regarding my complain for pension slip not download .from your side mention complain resolved but still it is not going on, now msg coming please check your account no or mobile no.my account no,[protected] valsad V059 branch and same mob no in my account. all menu working with same mobile no even same menu i am able to open cc .pl see the matter

    On 3rd October I returned item to Myntra, and the refund process was initiated by Myntra. The reference number for refund is[protected]. But till now (15th October) the amount has not yet been credited back. Ideally it should take 7-10 days for refund to be credited from the day of initiation.

      Sir, i had received the payment of rupees 501 on 27 september 2019 from amazon pay upi. At the time of transaction, it was showing that the transaction is pending from the senders amazon pay upi account, but the money was deducted.in the last 2-3 days when my friend checks in his account the transaction is showing successful in his amazon pay account. When i checked in my amazon pay account, the transaction is showing successful here with bank reference id[protected] but no money is transferred to my bank account. When i talk to the amazon pay customer service they are saying that if the transaction is showing successful then the the money was sent to the bank account but i have not received the money. Kindly help.

        As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day 03/10/2019 and the reference no is 0rzv1aaw0000k0p2oya5 but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

          I had made imps transfer to a beneficiary on 14th oct 2019, 11.29am
          After otp entered in imps screen, it shows the error as "try after some time."
          But amount debited from my account.
          Also commission charge for this imps also debited.

          Since now, 15th oct 2019 amount not credited.

          Need a response which should credit the amount in beneficiary or in my account...

              Hi, i ordered prestige chapathi maker in amazon on[protected], and i paid using my indian bank debit card, and after i ordered that product i din get any message from indian bank, so i cancelled my order regarding this payment message not received issue. But i didnt receive the refund amount till date from indian bank. Here i enclosed a amazon reference number: 710840. The refund amount:1768.

I wrote online query through indpay app eight days before itself. Its status is still pending. I reached the branch and wrote a complaint. Its status is still pending. I need the bank to refund the amount.

                  Still can't receive money 2000/- to my Indian bank account. But my friend's Account has been debited 2000/- and not credited to my account.

                    I had cancelled a product on flipkart and a message stating that the debited amount would be returned to my account by 10/10/19 but i have yet to receive the amount additionally if i contact the indian bank executive she asked me to contact flipkart but flipkart says to do the vice versa, so i am really confused with what to do please solve thia issue as soon as possible

                        I have been issued a refund of rupees 8490.0 on 30th september 2019 by amazon through refund reference no. 400730 and the amount supposed to come in my account by 6th october but still not reflected in my account. I have called customer service but they are not responding at all. So i have to file this complaint. I have faced these type of difficulties in getting refund by the same bank.

                              Upi and mobile banking facility always not responding and server busy showing word "try after some time" online response is very poor. So much time upi debit twice the amount and failed, it return after some days only. And some other time it debit and revert immediate but transaction failed.
                              Please improve your online facilities to be responsive and 24/7 service.
                              And i requested for atm card activation. Card received before 6 month. Still card not activated. My account number : [protected]
