    Refund is initiated by bank but i did not recieved yet. I am account holder of central bank of india. Amazon tell me that they initiated refund on 30/09/2019 on 7:48 pm. With refund reference # 0rzv1aaw0000k0p2koyg. I placed order on

    But bank told me that they could not track this.
    Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My money has not refund . through Amazon .my order return has 15-30 days please give me a money Rs-499.through Amazon..in my account please..I am sold the shoes in 30 days ago..Amoco men's shoes.
    I made a request for a remittance of Rs. 30, 000/- by debit to my SB account No.[protected] on 3.10.2019 to the credit of account No. [protected] maintained at SBI. The amount has been debited along with commission. The amount has neither been credited to the account nor reversed. Kindly reconcile and advise me the action taken. .

      I went to open an account in indian bank challapalli branch and the rules in the branch are way different than any other branch in the entire india.
      Finger print is not valid but the sign is mandatory and we are being threatened if we ask any small question what kind of bank people would threaten customer and even being a farmer she cried there and asked multiple questions and she was threatened again saying that we will open the account and we will make sure it will not run smoothly, what the # man i don't understand why india is going back in many ways...

      Today i have made a IMPS transcation from indpay to my beneficary account for rs 3000 but money got debited not creedit in my beneficary account .

      I have attached the image of the transcation details . Please have a look and do the needful .

          I have paid eb bill payment of rs. 5259/- (Five thousands two hundred and fifty nine only) on 27th june 2019 at 08.20 am through my indian bank account. Transaction id is b6fff39e07984e32371c. On the same day i have received the information form the bank that the transaction was successful. But eb connection was disconnected on 17th july 2019 due to the not paid the eb bill. Then the bill was paid directly in the eb office. Then i went to the indian bank to register a complaint on 19th july 2019 not credited the eb bill to the tneb and the amount deducted from my account to be re-credited to my account. Even though 78 days completed after my complaints registered in the indian bank i didn't receive any reply from indian bank authorities so far. Kindly consider my request and take necessary action to solve the problem and credited the amount to my account as early as possible.

          My amount 590 ra was debeted because i have used to pay mpokket loan amount 590 rs using indian bank ATM rupay card but amount was debeted but no payment was succesfull it will happend on monday 4pm but still nw iam not refund my amount so plse respond immediatly and refund my money 590 rs
          I have applied a mini statement on 30.9.2019 for my savings account [protected]. Your bank officer say they will sent a statement through my mail.. since they're send it.. so get an immediate response for my complaint
          Your branch at Sonia Vihar is not working properly Everytime I go there to get my passbook update they started giving excuses like no internet connection, printer is not working, etc
          Please take some action against cause these are just excuses they make.

            Hi,

            I have applied death claim for my father account in indian bank. I have given all documents correctly. It got rejected due to improper guindance by your staff. Now they are asking why you are apply very late. Mistake is in your customer service and you are putting bleme on customers. I have visited branch more than 25 times still no proper guidance and response. Kindly tell whether you will give our money or not. Worst customer service in government bank.

            We have already paid our education loan through reliance as it is insisted from the indian bank. we have received no due from reliance. but still from the bank side they are asking us to pay the money

                  I have purchased amazon tshirt and jbl earphone from amazon on september 30 2019by making payment of 533.29 through upi. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number of.[protected]. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                    I ordered two items in amazon. I made a payment (820 rs/-) for that through debit card. After some time i got a msg that my orders are cancelled n refund will be initiated shortly... And then they initiated the amount to my account. But it doesn't reflect in my account.. How much time it takes to add the refund amount in my account.? Hope u resolve my issue...

                        First i send money of rs.12000 to my beneficiary hdfc bank account by indpay imps on 3rd oct 2019 it is debited but not credited to my beneficiary and i also send rs.11500 & rs.500 by google pay on 3rd oct 2019 to the same hdfc account but it is credited to my beneficiary, till now no amount has been credited to the beneficiary account for the first amount debited from my account.

                          I’ve been complaining, writing, visiting branch and talking to their customer care from past two months but nothing have been done as yet. I’ve done it all but no rescue.in today’s world of digitalisation they assume people to visit their home branch for any refund or any problem.
                          I was initiated a refund of 1499/- from amazon on 28th july but i’ve yet not received any amount as yet.

                                      I have purchased a shoes form flipkart on 13th september 2019, by making payment of 474 rs through indian bank debit card. Due to some reason i cancelled the order on the same date i. E 13th september and flipkart initiated refund on 13th sept only but amount is not created to my account, and according to flipkart it should reflect in my account by 23rd september but still money didn't came. After asking flipkart executive, they gave me reference no (8521522925693624330660) told me to ask from bank and when i spoke to bank executive they r saying they can not help me with this no. They asked me for utr no. Which flipkart executive is not giving or having.
