electricity bill payment not credited in tneb account

I have paid eb bill payment of rs. 5259/- (Five thousands two hundred and fifty nine only) on 27th june 2019 at 08.20 am through my indian bank account. Transaction id is b6fff39e07984e32371c. On the same day i have received the information form the bank that the transaction was successful. But eb connection was disconnected on 17th july 2019 due to the not paid the eb bill. Hi,

I have applied death claim for my father account in indian bank. I have given all documents correctly. It got rejected due to improper guindance by your staff. Now they are asking why you are apply very late. Mistake is in your customer service and you are putting bleme on customers. I have visited branch more than 25 times still no proper guidance and response. Kindly tell whether you will give our money or not. Worst customer service in government bank.

We have already paid our education loan through reliance as it is insisted from the indian bank. we have received no due from reliance. but still from the bank side they are asking us to pay the money

    Recently i have ordered food in zomato from hyderabad, i paid through indian bank debit card. The order was cancelled and they refunded the money from their side. But the amount was not credited back in my account. It is more than 5 days. Please do the needful, thank you.

        I have purchased amazon tshirt and jbl earphone from amazon on september 30 2019by making payment of 533.29 through upi. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number of.[protected]. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

          I ordered two items in amazon. I made a payment (820 rs/-) for that through debit card. After some time i got a msg that my orders are cancelled n refund will be initiated shortly... And then they initiated the amount to my account. But it doesn't reflect in my account.. How much time it takes to add the refund amount in my account.? Hope u resolve my issue...

            Flipkart on 21/09/2019 and i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on same day 21/09/2019
            Flipkart initiated the amount to my debit card but still i didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number pzt[protected]ujhth04 and this bank transaction i'd [protected]
            And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
            Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              First i send money of rs.12000 to my beneficiary hdfc bank account by indpay imps on 3rd oct 2019 it is debited but not credited to my beneficiary and i also send rs.11500 & rs.500 by google pay on 3rd oct 2019 to the same hdfc account but it is credited to my beneficiary, till now no amount has been credited to the beneficiary account for the first amount debited from my account.

                I’ve been complaining, writing, visiting branch and talking to their customer care from past two months but nothing have been done as yet. I’ve done it all but no rescue.in today’s world of digitalisation they assume people to visit their home branch for any refund or any problem.
                I was initiated a refund of 1499/- from amazon on 28th july but i’ve yet not received any amount as yet.

Myntra says they initiated the refund on 11th august itself and the bank reference number is 75503729224032178202918. I made the payment through indian bank debit card. I request the banker to take the necessary action to receive my money back at the earliest.

                          Purchased through debit card at the time getting transactions failed after some time got message that is amount is debited from your account. 26th i have transaction through debit card. Still am not getting the refundable amount. Kindly take action for the same. How many days am waiting for this. Already 1 week gone. Still am not getting amount.                             I have purchased a shoes form flipkart on 13th september 2019, by making payment of 474 rs through indian bank debit card. Due to some reason i cancelled the order on the same date i. E 13th september and flipkart initiated refund on 13th sept only but amount is not created to my account, and according to flipkart it should reflect in my account by 23rd september but still money didn't came. After asking flipkart executive, they gave me reference no (8521522925693624330660) told me to ask from bank and when i spoke to bank executive they r saying they can not help me with this no. They asked me for utr no. Which flipkart executive is not giving or having.

                                  I had ordered 3 products from amazon but had to return one of my products. The refund according to amazon was processed on 24-09-19 but i still have not received my refund. They have also provided a Refund Reference # 0TIPENQ20000K0QLBNM2, which they told was generated by the INDIAN BANK when they received the refund. When i visited the bank branch they couldnt help me at all saying they have not received the refund. I am also attaching the screenshot of the email by amazon saying they have processed the refund and it should by reflected in my bank account by now. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                                    In indpay app, my interest for accrued till[protected] had been displayed and on[protected] i it has become 0 and i haven't received my interest yet. Mpassbook shows no interest for the said period.
                                    When the interest is accrued, it is bank's responsibility to credit on due date. I haven't received my interest amount and interest accrued has nullified.

                                    Kindly credit it to my account asap.

                                    I have done online Recharge on 13.09.2019 for the amount of Rs.199 ATM ID 78000109. But the Recharge was Unsuccessful. Merchant refunded the amount on same day. That amount not reflected in my account.

                                      I have account with indian bank toral rajkot. S/b account[protected]. I went to atm which is next door to branch. It was not working so i asked officer to start atm. Officer tried for 20 minutes and then he asked me to withdraw money.in 1st transaction money did not come so i tried another withdrawl and money came successfully. Here transaction receipt is not coming in this atm but balance was visible on atm screen. I found that they have debited two times withdrawl amounting to rs 20000. Complained to bank manager he took the claim and credit of rs 10000 will be given after 3 days. Why atm is not taken care by bank management? Manager is not bothered about working of atm as transaction slip is not coming. Rbi must take action against bank.
