I have returned the item before a 2 week
And amazon refunded that amount (Provided reference number and also confirmed by the calls) and indian bank is asking the utr number and amazon is not able to provide the utr number and i am stuck between them.
Amount is not at all updated from last 5 days,
And they are telling that it will be refunded and reflect in 3 to 5 business days, but today is the more then 8 days and...

On 18th october 2019, i tried to transfer money from my indian bank to other account through indpay mobile banking app. That transaction failed but amount deducted from my account. I have recently had three failed transactions while booking tickets in irctc. They have refunded my amount to the bank. I have contacted indian bank's customer care they told me to go to home branch for this issue.
When i contacted the home branch they tossed me again to bank's customer care. I feel utterly disappointed for how much trouble i have went through.
