i didn't get refund from amazon... but i have reference number

activating a new debit card

I have replaced the old magnetic stripe debit card from new chip based debit card on last saturday (15th dec'18). I am trying to generate the new pin for the new card for past few days and unfortunately i cant. Getting transaction declined and response error code. I have tried to contact the branch via telephone[protected] but no response from them....

about my train ticket transactions refund

Sir i booked ticket on 8 dec 2018, from howrah to villupuram and this booking is failed and amount is deducted from my account but not yet refunded. I contacted to paytm customer care, they told they already refunded but your bank will take time. Then i asked refund transaction id and are mentioned below.

atm withdrawal failed cash not credited reg

My sb a/c no.[protected] indian bank, fairland bh salem on 28.3.18 i made three atm withdrawal for5000 each at salem sbi atm machine. Only i got one withdrawal of rs5000/ received, one withdrawal amount of rs.5000 immeditaly returned to my account. But the remaining one withdrawal of rs.5000 so for not credited to my account.in this connection i have submitted complian letter to the above branch peronally on 4.4.18. I am the one of your customer o[censored]rapakkam branch, my account no is[protected]. I was use net banking for dtcp approvals for eight plots on 16/11/2018, but two nos of transaction is not working the net, but the amount deducted i can not get the money back. I complaint the matter to customer care, they told you go to your branch, i gone there they infirm me to complaint to grievance.
Please do the need full asap.

imps: account debited but not credited to beneficiary

Hello,

I made an imps transaction of rs.40000/- through my indian bank account on december 18th 2018 towards beneficiary's bank of india account.
Amount has been debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary.

On 11.12.2018, around by afternoon i swiped my card two times at a hotel as 300 and 300.. It came as transaction pending and now my account is been deducted with 600... It has become 48 hours and still yet my money isn't been refunded. Make sure that my money is refunded as earlier as possible..

I am complaining about atm dispense

Respected sir/madam, i mahesh rawal resident of gomtinagar lucknow. replacement of old atm card to new chip atm card

I have account with indian bank, sriperumbudur branch. They are not will to provide with chip atm card as per rbi rules. They asked for request letter only. When i gave the request letter asked for passbook, atm card, aadhaar card etc. They are not helping the public. transaction failed during online transaction

I have booked a hotel on november 21 2018. I made a online transaction. Money is debited from my account but transaction got failed. Rs.1799 spent on nov 21 2018 using ib debit card at redbus. Still i havent received any refund so please kindly have a look into this issue. The transaction time was 2.15 am i got a message at that time itself and also i got another message at 6.17 am. Usually the amount will be refunded in 15 days. But now...

I tried to book a train ticket on irctc website. After the gateway process, the amount got deducted from my account, but, didn't get the ticket booked. I contacted/mailed irctc care, attaching all the necessary documents and proofs. They told that they didn't receive any amount so, i have to contact the bank regarding the same.
