I went to kakadas restaurant in kilpauk, chennai on 15/12/2018 and paid rs.2218 for the bill. The transaction was failed but the money was deducted from my account. It was not reversed till date. Herewith attached the copy of the transaction receipt. Kindly check the same and do the needful.

    I am holding indian bank savings account number:[protected] at uthangarai branch, krishnagiri dist. On 20.12.2018 in agra at oriental bank of commerce atm, trying to withdraw rs. 8000, for some reason the money didn't came out, but i received slip saying that transection declined. Within span of 5 mints received sms stating that you have withdrawn above amount.in this connection i called the branch manager told me that you should come to the branch fill the form and it will be revert back to you.
    Due to outstation i can able to visit the branch only after 10th jan 2019.
    Please do the needful asap.

      I have order an item from amazon.in and returned, they has initiated the refund on 18 dec 2018, and reference number is[protected] but i have not recieved the amount yet it is 28 dec 2018. Kindly solve my issue it has already too late. The amount was 1860rupees. I have called the bank they say it is not there problem, i called amazon they say it is not there problem. I couldnot find actual what is happening. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible, it has already taken lot of time.

        I have ordered in amazon and cancelled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 17th dec 2018 at 4:51pm and the refund reference no. :[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care and my branch manager for this but not getting a proper reply for this. As per them as lodged complain on spgrs andref no: ibcwe[protected] still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

          On 27 december 2018, i paid income tax via indian bank portal through debit card.

          I received an acknowledgment copy after making payment, but i didn't see challan serial no and bsr code on acknowledgment form. I need those details to file itr.

          I am having account (Acc no[protected] with madras university campus branch chennai.

            and i cancel my order instantly became i enter wrong address.after cancellation Amazon give me REFUND REFERENCE NO[protected] ;
            After that i complaint many times to indian bank costomer care, complaint reference number -IBCWE6509394, and also complaint in home branch but there is no response,
            today is 27/12/2018, my refund amount of ₹707 not credited to my bank account

              Hi respective consumer complaints forum

              1) i am not happy with indian bank service, i waited two daysover in that bank and also not resolved my issue. My bank account number is[protected] issue is just internet banking activation why because i need not every time dont want to go for bank approch cash withdraform this is risk involved so i disided to activate internet banking.

              2) i give inter net banking activation form letter october 2018 they are not activated and i asked three times they are telling come tomorrow we will see what happend your issue telling like this and very negligently and irresponsibility in that bank staff no one will give proper answar

              3) i want to do fixed deposit 150000 amount they are not taken in this issue also come tomorrow do the deposit. Everthing not responsible for that bank
              If i call to that number bank staff only lift and disconnet the call this is the issue plese resolve issue

              4) not maintaild any token system one by one customer very headache in that bank some peoples fighting also there is bank management is not good. Kindly my request resolve this tipe of problem in indian bank.

              I asked to a4 size paper for writing complain whaterver I am having problem but those things also not provided INDIAN BANK they are saying go for The Xerox center buy the paper then write give complain this things said by Jewelry taking care of person I never seen in my life this kind of peoples.

I am trying to generate the new pin for the new card for past few days and unfortunately i cant. Getting transaction declined and response error code.                           My sb a/c no.[protected] indian bank, fairland bh salem on 28.3.18 i made three atm withdrawal for5000 each at salem sbi atm machine. Only i got one withdrawal of rs5000/ received, one withdrawal amount of rs.5000 immeditaly returned to my account. But the remaining one withdrawal of rs.5000 so for not credited to my account.in this connection i have submitted complian letter to the above branch peronally on 4.4.18. After that i met the clerk and asst. Manaager serveral time personally in this regard.. Then i made compliant regional manager salem on 9.10.18. And 22.10.18 they said it will be credited to soon. But so far the amount not credited in my account. Hence i request you sir please take early actiion for crediting the amount early to my account.

I was use net banking for dtcp approvals for eight plots on 16/11/2018, but two nos of transaction is not working the net, but the amount deducted i can not get the money back. I complaint the matter to customer care, they told you go to your branch, i gone there they infirm me to complaint to grievance.
                            Please do the need full asap.

                                  “ rs 1400.00 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 13/12/18 at 11.49 am at mobikwk mumbai from ac xxx847310. Bal: 403.23 cr – indian bank”

                                  I again informed to indian bank but no response, i have asked so many times the detail of bank account which get credit of this amount. But no response in this regards,

                                  I again asking the detail of bank account which credit transfer. Because i have to complaint to the police. I think some body bank staff is involved in such type fraud so such information is not providing the bank.

                                    Amount has been debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary.

                                      On 11.12.2018, around by afternoon i swiped my card two times at a hotel as 300 and 300.. It came as transaction pending and now my account is been deducted with 600... It has become 48 hours and still yet my money isn't been refunded. Make sure that my money is refunded as earlier as possible..

                                        Respected sir/madam, i mahesh rawal resident of gomtinagar lucknow. Having bank account in indian bank of gomtinagar branch lucknow. 03/11/2018 around 10:30 pm i withdraw 1200 from atm machine of canara bank of india located at gowari chauraha gomtinagar lucknow. But atm dispensed only 800 money to me, at the time my account of indian bank has debited by amount 1200 (Twelve hundreds only).
