I ordered an Indo Primo shirt from amazon on 11 Feb 2021 which I later returned as I didn't like the quality. I was told my money would be refunded by 23Feb but it didn't happen. I have purchased a product from amazon on 26th FEB and cancelled on the same date the refund from amazon was initiated on 3 march. Amazon has also given me reference number #558600 i tried contacting bank did customer complaint but nothing is happening which is a serious matter . It has been 6 days. There is no dispute form in the bank to deal with this matter...
