I had ordered a few products from Daniel Wellington(Order ID- CT10039959IN) and had returned them to get a refund of INR 6, 458.30/-. They successfully initiated the refund and it was processed on[protected] but it hasn't been credited into my account by Indian Bank since then. I have written a mail to Indian Bank but they aren't replying to it. Also, Indian Bank's customer care executives are saying that the bank's branch near me will tell me the status of a refund, but when I go to the branch, they tell me to contact the customer service for the status. It has been so many days and no one from the Indian bank is telling me the status or why the refund hasn't been credited into my account yet.

My two attempts for train reservation through irctc by atm card on 27/02/2021 failed & amount of rs705.89 was debited twice.
I enquired from irctc and they confirmed by e-mail (copy enclosed), that the money was refunded vide bank refund txn [protected] & [protected]. But money is still not credited to my sb account [protected].

I made a complain in branch (4279-lake gardens) on 08/03/2021.(copy enclosed)

On Mar/10 a POS Txn of RS 5195/= with ATM Card [protected] failed but my a/c[protected] got debited.. Verify and reverse the debit

I ordered an Indo Primo shirt from amazon on 11 Feb 2021 which I later returned as I didn't like the quality. I was told my money would be refunded by 23Feb but it didn't happen. I checked with Amazon India but they say they have refunded the money. They even gave me a Refund Reference Number (RRN) which is 74332741050104985792573 . But the money has not reached my bank account. Amazon says it is a problem due to my Bank servers and there is no issue at their end. I checked at my local branch but they say no money has come and my Bank's Customer Care service is unreachable. My Account No. is [protected]. My bank was allahbad bank and has recently merged with Indian Bank. Amount is Rs. 699. I want my money back. Please help me get it resolved.

Hi i was amazon product ordered and cancel the ordered . I was pay cash . Amazon raise the refund amount into my bank account with rs : 929/. Until now my money not refund in my bank account so kindly i request complaint about my money not refund . So please check my raise my issue and solved my problem.

I was made refund of my payement for purchase of one of their online course later i cancelled their course so they refunded my amount from ineuron on 28Th feb but still that refund doesnot get reflected to my account its been 8 days .

I have ordered kingston ssd 480 gb of Rs 4850 as well as tecno I7 SCREENGUARD of Rs 248 but due to some problem i was made to cancel the order on March-4, 2021.The amount is still not reflected to my account.Amazon has made clear they have initiated the refund incase balance is not reflected to account pls contact the bank.

I have purchased a product from amazon on 26th FEB and cancelled on the same date the refund from amazon was initiated on 3 march. Amazon has also given me reference number #558600 i tried contacting bank did customer complaint but nothing is happening which is a serious matter . It has been 6 days. There is no dispute form in the bank to deal with this matter

I had placed an order on Amazon, which I later cancelled and Amazon has processed my refund but due to technical glitch it has not yet been reflected back in my account!

When I tried contacting the Customer Service, it was unavailable due which my issue is not yet resolved.

The refund has been processed on 2nd March, 2021 and I have received the reference number from Amazon, which I am attaching with this complaint.

I found this today in my mom's account of which I had no idea. I have not been receiving any messages from INB for my transactions lately. I checked this online and found that someone had the same issue with INB from same Terminal ID.
