Myself Sangeetaa Pal, I had bought a phone case from Amazon on 19th February, but I cancelled it later as I found it no longer for use. By the time, my amount was deducted, and I got a mail from Amazon stating I’ll get my refund in few days. On 24th February, I got mail from Amazon with refund reference ID stating, the refund is issues and will reflect in few business days. Today is 17th March, and till date I’ve not received my refund. After contacting India bank, they gave me their head office number, after that the lady asked me to file consumer complaint on their website. And it’s been a week still they haven’t refunded my amount. Today after calling Amazon, they suggested to file a complaint here. Hoping to received my refund now.
