        On[protected] went to indian bank to neft money rupees 35, 000 but they have send 55, 000 from my account...They didn't respond for wrong transformation I went and Ask again and again they not responded properly...After 2 weeks 4 days I got the money from my customer...Please take a severe action immediately because it's a village bank they are not working properly for the customers...They are all working for the salary not for the people...

                This is the second time in this week I’m writing a complaint as I mentioned earlier there are two companies whose refunds have been initiated by them and its been a long time now...But I’m still waiting for my bank to credit it to my account...

                Earlier also I have written this complaint on this portal...why is it taking so long for the amount to get credited...One of the refund is from Swiggy and other is from Nykaa...Everytime there is delay for the refund amount to get credited...
                As checked with these companies they have already initiated their refunds and I have got the reference numbers for both of them...
                Kindly look into it and do the needful...

                  My name Archana v and I had ordered book of Rs. 655 Civil Engineering GATE 2021 in Amazon on 23-jan-2021 and after 2-feb-2021, I returned this order due to personal reason and on 2-feb-2021 refund initiated, reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank does not have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent

                            Hello,
                            I had tried to withdraw an amount of ₹ 2500 from my SB account No.[protected] using my Debit Card on 09th March 2021 at an Axis Bank ATM (ID:[protected] located in Gandhi Maanagar -Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. ATM displayed an error message stating that unable to process the withdrawal request, but the intended amount got debited from my account. Then immediately approached Indian Bank telephone banking reported about the issue. They have replied me to wait for 5 days to get the money credited back into my account. But even after that nothing happened.
                            So, again I approached Bank directly and they have asked to raise the compliant thru online banking. So, I request you to resolve this long pending issue and credit back my money immediately into my account without further delay as its bigger amount for me.

                                  Myself Sangeetaa Pal, I had bought a phone case from Amazon on 19th February, but I cancelled it later as I found it no longer for use. By the time, my amount was deducted, and I got a mail from Amazon stating I’ll get my refund in few days. On 24th February, I got mail from Amazon with refund reference ID stating, the refund is issues and will reflect in few business days. Today is 17th March, and till date I’ve not received my refund. After contacting India bank, they gave me their head office number, after that the lady asked me to file consumer complaint on their website. And it’s been a week still they haven’t refunded my amount. Today after calling Amazon, they suggested to file a complaint here. Hoping to received my refund now.

                                        Respected Sir/ Madam
                                        I had purchased Asus Zephyrus M14 From amazon On 20th Feb 2021
                                        Amount 98, 990/- Rupees. The first laptop was defective So we had to send It back and got the replacement. I received my replacement on 23rd Feb 2021 And it had some battery issues so this time I had an option for a refund. So I again send back my laptop for a refund this time so due to some reason my order was picked on the 28th of February and they got the product on the 3rd of march by and my refund was initiated by 8 march and my refund processed on 13th of march and I got an email with amazon saying "This is to confirm that refund for amount 98990.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

I went to the manager and explained the issue but he said that they don't deal with any kind of this stuff.
