I had tried to withdraw an amount of ₹ 2500 from my SB account No.[protected] using my Debit Card on 09th March 2021 at an Axis Bank ATM (ID:[protected] located in Gandhi Maanagar -Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. ATM displayed an error message stating that unable to process the withdrawal request, but the intended amount got debited from my account. Then immediately approached Indian Bank telephone banking reported about the issue. They have replied me to wait for 5 days to get the money credited back into my account. But even after that nothing happened.
So, again I approached Bank directly and they have asked to raise the compliant thru online banking. So, I request you to resolve this long pending issue and credit back my money immediately into my account without further delay as its bigger amount for me.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
