Myself Sangeetaa Pal, I had bought a phone case from Amazon on 19th February, but I cancelled it later as I found it no longer for use. By the time, my amount was deducted, and I got a mail from Amazon stating I’ll get my refund in few days. On 24th February, I got mail from Amazon with refund reference ID stating, the refund is issues and will reflect in few business days. Today is 17th March, and till date I’ve not received my refund. After contacting India bank, they gave me their head office number, after that the lady asked me to file consumer complaint on their website. And it’s been a week still they haven’t refunded my amount. Today after calling Amazon, they suggested to file a complaint here. Hoping to received my refund now.

My name is Manish and I had ordered a product of RS.1999 OnePlus bullet earphone in Amazon on 1st of March 2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 7 March 2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (#30005110601060148074897) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [[protected]]. Please help me to get my money in my Indian Bank account with name - Poonam Devi .

This is to inform that there are refunds which are yet to be credited to my account from Amazon The refund amount is been initiated thst companie but it’s not yet credited by the bank..
It has happened many a times that it gets delayed for the refund amount to get credited...It’s a request to expedite the process of crediting the refund amount to my bank account.
I hv three refund money amount from Amazon my same account but both are not created in my account

I had purchased Asus Zephyrus M14 From amazon On 20th Feb 2021
Amount 98, 990/- Rupees. The first laptop was defective So we had to send It back and got the replacement. I received my replacement on 23rd Feb 2021 And it had some battery issues so this time I had an option for a refund. So I again send back my laptop for a refund this time so due to some reason my order was picked on the 28th of February and they got the product on the 3rd of march by and my refund was initiated by 8 march and my refund processed on 13th of march and I got an email with amazon saying "This is to confirm that refund for amount 98990.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

But yet my amount wasn't reflected in my bank account. I went to the manager and explained the issue but he said that they don't deal with any kind of this stuff. So this is my situation I am helpless and the amount is also big plus I have my board exam in may please help me in this situation Ill provide you the mail which amazon sent me

Dear sir/mam one of my refund amount 500 Which send to my account on 13th February 2021 from www.irctc.co.in they send to my account they also provide refund reference no. 30001010451036160518919 and i have waiting almost 1 month above but the amount didn't reflect in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

Amazon had refunded money of rs 3250 but Reference no 30005410571041094870132 on 25 . 2.21 . But indian Bank is not credited in my ac no [protected].

Withdraw but I my money didn't received...

I only received my withdrawal message... (Rs 500)...only...but money not received.

After the merge I'm not getting any credited money in my account I have not got the refund of the product I purchased and then refunded. I also contacted the company they have completed the refund process or saying to contact bank and when I contacted customer care doens't answer properly. I am also not getting my salary even after it has been done by the office and they are saying me that they will not send money again as it shows sucessful.
