      I had purchased a few accessories online from Daniel Wellington and I had returned them those items and was told that the amount was refunded to my account on 03/02/2021 but the amount is not credited in my bank account yet. They also shared the transaction reference number with me and it has been 2 days but the amount hasn’t been reflected in my account. I tried talking to Indian Bank executives but they aren’t answering properly. Please help.

      The people from the merchant company are telling me to file a charge dispute form but Indian bank does not have any such policy. My account number is[protected].

          BANK -: Indian bank I have purchased smart watch w26+ from amazon and by making payment 355/- through Indian bank debit card ([protected]) on 11th feb 2021. I have returned the item and amazon. And amazon proceed for refund on 23rd feb2021.I have visited branch for solution but they can’t help me. when I contact amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with Indian bank customer care, but Indian bank care executive denying the existence of such form. kindly resolve the issue and refund my amount.

            I purchased an item from Amazon and then returned it. The refund of Rs 657 was initiated from Amazon's side on 25th Feb, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account.               Sir,
              I have ordered dog food on 19 Feb 2021. But I have cancelled the product.

              Amzon initiated my refund and expected date for credit was 25 Feb 2021.

              Amazon gives me reference id (30005410531050217304621) but the bank(Indian bank) still not credited my money.

              Please this is urgent . please help me as soon as possible.

                Whenever I open IndPay app, its just showing an error popup message. It's not allowing me to proceed further. No matter what I do, its still the same. This issue is there since a week. I can't take screenshot, but the error message is -
                "Unable to connect to server. Please try again."

                        Hi myself pratibha singh one of the customer of india bank with account number [protected] while filling the Neet pg form my money got debited 27 feb but it shows failed payement hence i had to make new payement kindly make my refund bake as the nbe. people are saying u newd to ask to ur bank regarding this and its been 7 day i dint get my payement... do look over it else i place an RTI..

                          My name is Yash Kumar Bawariya and I had ordered nivea soft moisturizer cream of RS. 225, Rs. 225, Rs.225 ( 3 quantity of the same product) in flipkart on 20 January 2021 and after
                          11 February 2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 26 February 2021
                          Flipkart initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number - 211d[protected],

                          211d[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. He sometimes tells 13 February, sometimes 19 February, sometimes 26 February, sometimes 2 March, and sometimes 12 March .And they don't even verify me the confirm date of the refund. So

                          I am mayank mahajan customer of indian bank from last 2 year .now i have issue with the transaction which is made of following date of rupees 23 march 2021 rs 5000 because of recharge an application whose name id "blackstone app".now the application is closed and i didn"t get the refund from that platform because i dont know the merchant .knw please help me to get the refund from them and the transaction slip is attached from reference i paid via goggle pay and already complained but they told that only the bank can help me to get my money back ...please help me to refund my money as soon as possible ... That is my hard work money

                            I got a refund of INR 300 from flipkart on novermber 3 2020 with reference number[protected] . Still after 4 months the same has not been reflected into my account. I registered complaint with Indian bank with complaint number IBE0320661, But didn't get any resolution there too. so, i seek for the refund as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered shoes from Amazon and due to some issue I had returned them and it's more than 20 days I had not received my refund back in my bank account. I had contacted Amazon and they have given me a RRN no. And asked me to file a dispute but Indian bank said that they don't have such facility. It's very annoying that Indian bank is not giving my money back I have provided all Information but still they have my money and had not returned it. It's a serious violation of consumer protection act. Plzz help my contact no. [protected]
