    Sir,

    First of all I introduce myself, My name is M.SathikBatsha (+91 [protected]). I am living in Lalgudi, Trichy district, TamilNadu State. I have Indian Indian bank account from 2006 onwards, every month my salary was credited in this a/c no :[protected] only.

    Recently I have checked the Indian bank website for ATM withdrawal charges more than free transaction with other ATMs. The Indian bank official website document showing the charges amount of is Rs.20/-, But my bank statement is debit the amount of withdrawal charges is Rs.24/- (without fraction it was rounded).

    My query is Rs.20/- is the charges + GST 18% then Rs.3.6/- but the bank charged is Rs.24/-. Balance 40 paise where it is going.

            I had transfered Rs.10000/- from my Indian Bank Account to IDFC First Bank Account through Netbanking on 07.02.2021. Unexpectedly the amount was debited in Indian Bank Account but, not credited in IDFC First Bank Account. Please help me to recover my amount.

              My account has been deducted by rs.153 stating that not maintaining minimum balance. I have been already maintaining minimum level of balance in my account. In some un avoidable circumstances I took 200 from my account that too just 2 days before so my balance has been came below minimum balance that is 153 rupees. They have been debited the full amount from my account stating not maintaining the minimum balance. I found that for not maintaining minimum balance the penalty is 30rs or 50rs that too it should be more than 1 month. But my account has been debited full amount of rs.153 that too just 2 days or a week stating for not maintaining minimum balance. I need my refund amount.kindly provide my money back otherwise I'm going to close the account.

                    I ordered a product on Amazon on 4th January which I don't like and that's why I returned it to Amazon. As Amazon generated a reference number with the help of my bank (Allahabad Bank which is now merged in Indian Bank) within 10 business days the amount is transacted into account but yet a month has passed still I am not getting my amount in my account..I urge you to kindly instruct the Indian Bank to credit an amount to my account.. Here I provide you some screenshots of my purchasing details and reference number send by Amazon. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible..

                        This is to inform that I had returned a product to flipkart of which the refund is already been initiated by them...As per flipkart amount is already credited in my account by 4th February but when I checked continuously i haven’t received my refund Rs 509...
                        So I contacted flipkart customer Care on 4th feb and again today finally I took the refund reference number from them...As per their customer care it showing credited which is not been received in my payment account...Always there is a delay from the bank in crediting the refund

                            I have placed an order in first cry on 28.1.2021, amount got debited thru gpay but order got cancelled . When I approached first cry customer care, they stated that they didnt recieve the money, might've been stuck with gateway... so they ask me to lodge a complaint in consequent bank for the need .

                                      My imps transfer was rejected 2 times continously and bank did not inform me on the first attempt too and now 8500+8500 is deducted and I'm not able to contact bank and their website page is also not available due to server issues and they have not mentioned their mail I'd too disgusting
                                      People do online transactions due to emergency work and this happens, I had to pay for hospital and now I don't know what to do my transaction ID is[protected] and[protected]
