I have placed an order in first cry on 28.1.2021, amount got debited thru gpay but order got cancelled . When I approached first cry customer care, they stated that they didnt recieve the money, might've been stuck with gateway... so they ask me to lodge a complaint in consequent bank for the need ....

I asked refund for a product (travel water jug )at amazon. They initatied the amount of 1100Rs on 16th January 2021. But still my amount not get credited. I request you to check and credit my amount. Thank you....

I have transferred rs 1000/- to Mr Murugan on 23/01/2021 through IMPS. It is debited from my account but not credited to the other end.

My imps transfer was rejected 2 times continously and bank did not inform me on the first attempt too and now 8500+8500 is deducted and I'm not able to contact bank and their website page is also not available due to server issues and they have not mentioned their mail I'd too disgusting
People do online transactions due to emergency work and this happens, I had to pay for hospital and now I don't know what to do my transaction ID...

I had ordered syska CPF6800 Hair dryer and Hair straightner Female combo pack (Teal/pink) costs Rs.1440/- on 15-oct-2020 from Amazon, which is a prepaid order .As they couldn't reach my address the product has been returned and they informed me that I'll receive my refund soon. My FD[protected] with Shyambazar br, Kolkata matured on 31/1/21, and today I went to my branch to redeem the same. But the ABM said high value FDs cannot be redeemed right now, as there was some technical issues. The FD can only be redeemed after the end of this financial year, i.e. After 31/3/21.

Request you to look into this matter at the earliest as I need these funds immediately...

My account...everytime there is a delay for the refund to get credited ...Once it’s been initiated by Amazon it should be processed by the bank too instead of so much delay...
