I cancelled an online order from apple.com and the refund should have been initiated by 20 jan 2021 but the amount of 14900 has still not been credited in my account. I also contacted apple customer service but they told me that the refund has been initiated from their side and that i should contact indian bank. My cancelled order was of airpods from apple.com worth 14900 INR and i cancelled it on 15th jan 2021....

today we try to withdraw a cash from atm, but money not dispense, amount is deducted from my account.i using a indian bank atm from my branch.attached statement for your verify.

Refund balance returned by myntra. But yet not reflected in my account. So please consider my complaint as resolve this as soon as possible....

Amazon order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated on 20th January successfully with ref No 3005110201020183091390 protected and still the amount no credited in our bank account. We made many calls to Amazon customer care and Indian bank customer care, they asked to raise the dispute.

Amazon customer care are 100% sure that the amount has been refunded for 769 rs in the same bank account by quoting the above reference...

I transfer amount 1000/- from Indian Bank to Andhra Bank...
Amount deducted from Indian bank account but not credited to Andhra bank account
Pls resolve this kind of issues immediately...
It's an emergency purpose...

I've booked a ticket on RedBus through my Indian Bank Debit Card. But the booking got cancelled for some issue and my Payemnt debited. The RedBus informed that they'll refund my amount in 1 hour and as they said they've refunded my amount. But, Indian Bank still didn't reflect refunded amount in my bank account as it crossed 10 days. I've enclosed the screenshots below.

On 20th January i ordered mobile phone from Amazon, then on same day the order is cancelled from myself.
Amazon says that your refund is successful from our end, please call bank for further information.
And the indian bank is not giving complete information regards this transaction.
Plzz solve my problem......

I had done an online transaction from Indian Bank app (indoasis) on[protected] to SBI, taloja branch amount of Transaction Rs. 11, 000/-, while the transaction is being processed suddenly it was showing that the transaction is failed, after some time I received a message from Bank saying that Rs.11, 000/- has been debited from your account. I called customer care, they were not accepting calls / busy / call was disconnecting automatically,...

I paid 10, 000 using my debit card and the amount got debited from the account but was not credited to the vendor.
Please look into this...

I have transfered amount ₹14000 using Indpay mobile app to third party account ([protected]) with reference no[protected] . Amount have been debit but not credit in account. So please refund my amount...
