    Indian bank charge dispute form for refund

    Subject: Refund amount is not reflected in my account

    I was suppose to get the refund amount of RS 1849 from Amazon
    They have processed on 18 jan 2021, but still it has not reflected in my account.

    They have provided me the reference number which is as follows:

    Kindly look into the matter.

    I have tried to pay for car insurance via UPI transaction of my Indian bank acc:[protected] in the policybazaar website (https://payment.policybazaar.com/pay/payment/secure;jsessionid=0503FCC31CAB9277... on 26.01.2021 at 9.18 PM. While I was trying, the payment is done successfully and debited from my Indian bank account, and the status also clear, but your end said Txn failure. But, my money not yet refunded rather I would not get policy document yet. On the other hand, They replied and money got failed to credit them (Scrrenshot attached).

    Herewith I have attached a UPI Txn history, Bank statement for your reference. Kindly, do the needful.

        I had ordered syska CPF6800 Hair dryer and Hair straightner Female combo pack (Teal/pink) costs Rs.1440/- on 15-oct-2020 from Amazon, which is a prepaid order .As they couldn't reach my address the product has been returned and they informed me that I'll receive my refund soon. Amazon refunded on 20-oct-2020 but still I didn't receive my money back to my account .It's very urgent please help me to get my money back.

I made NEFT transfer of Rs. 21000/- towards the beneficiary account No.[protected] IFC code Sury 0000025) suryoday small finance bank limited T.Nagar, chennai, Tamil nadu on 31.01.2020 ( 20.47.59 hours). my UTR NO. IDIBH [protected].
          In my net banking account it shows still is process. so kindly make payment to the beneficiary account. But kindly note the amount of Rs. 21000 transfered has been debited from my above account. kindly process the above defect and make payment early.

                  My FD[protected] with Shyambazar br, Kolkata matured on 31/1/21, and today I went to my branch to redeem the same. But the ABM said high value FDs cannot be redeemed right now, as there was some technical issues. The FD can only be redeemed after the end of this financial year, i.e. After 31/3/21.

                  Request you to look into this matter at the earliest as I need these funds immediately

                    My account...everytime there is a delay for the refund to get credited ...Once it’s been initiated by Amazon it should be processed by the bank too instead of so much delay...

                          I cancelled an online order from apple.com and the refund should have been initiated by 20 jan 2021 but the amount of 14900 has still not been credited in my account. I also contacted apple customer service but they told me that the refund has been initiated from their side and that i should contact indian bank. My cancelled order was of airpods from apple.com worth 14900 INR and i cancelled it on 15th jan 2021.

                                  Amazon order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated on 20th January successfully with ref No 3005110201020183091390 protected and still the amount no credited in our bank account. We made many calls to Amazon customer care and Indian bank customer care, they asked to raise the dispute.

                                  Amazon customer care are 100% sure that the amount has been refunded for 769 rs in the same bank account by quoting the above reference number.

                                  Request you to check and revert the refund status.

                                      I've booked a ticket on RedBus through my Indian Bank Debit Card. But the booking got cancelled for some issue and my Payemnt debited. The RedBus informed that they'll refund my amount in 1 hour and as they said they've refunded my amount.
