Sir I buy they prodund in Amazon so that I make trasaction through indian bunk, after transaction I made cancel the product so Amazon team make an claim of refund process on mach 3 but till amount is not add in my account my reference num of indian bank is([protected])

    I have made a transaction with amazon via upi and it was successful. After that i had to cancel that order and amazon has refunded me rs.1179 via upi to my indian bank account on 5 th march 2020 and i am not receiving it still in my account. As i contacted amazon they gave me the refund reference number[protected].
    I need to know the details of this transaction and indian bank is not crediting such amounts to the concerned account.

      I have cancelled an order from amazon on[protected] and received an mail from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by[protected] ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not received the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" because it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but the say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

        This is to inform that there are 2 orders which were returned back to amazon...
        And there were two refunds which were suppose to get credited to my account...
        One was of rs 255 and the other was of rs 599...
        Many a times it happens that the refund is not credited on time, i don’t understand why does it take so much of time for the refund to get credited in the a/c when it’s been initiated from the other side...in this part, it’s already been initiated by amazon and i have got the reference number for both refunds from their end... I want you to look into this & expedite my refund concern... Looking forward for my refund to get credited...

          I have not received the refund amount of rs 590 from amazon india which was processed from amazon on the 10 th mar 20,
          And the payment reference # [protected] has not been credited into the account #[protected]. I have contacted the amazon regarding this issue but their accounting department says they have already processed the payment and that from their end they have sent the money to the account but when we checked the statement there is no deposit made. Amazon says only when the bank accepts the money that they get a reference number generated. This is banks fault that they have not credited the amount in the account, so kindly do the needful and investigate into the pending transaction.

          I have purchased online pampers by Amazon on 03/03/2020, due to some reason I was cancelled order at the same time but refund amount yet not proceed in my account.

            Sir i have cancelled order of asus vivobook 14 m409da-ek146t from amazon. I had done a online payment by rupay atm card ending with *8876 of rs 32, 990.               Hi.. I have recently ordered 3 products from myntra which i returned on 8th march and the refund has been processed on 08 march by the website and according to their terms it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account.

              But still i have not got my refund back in my account. Below is the discription:

              I have cancelled an order from swiggy through amazon pay as payment option on 10/3/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 17/3/2020 ie between 5-7 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious. Please take legal action

                            I have purchased kurta from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 425 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                              This is ritul tyagi, customer of your indian bank, hapur branch, dist hapur.
                              I have purchased two products from myntra app few months before but i retuned those products but i can't get my refund back till now

                              Myntra person said that refund was made and they gave me one reference no and they asked me to check with your bank.
                              So please solve my problem as soon as possible

                                      I had applied for internet banking through indian bank branch itself and password also generated in bank. After few month i got message about ' come to receive your password' like that. I went to bank with passbook softcopy and asked my password but they denied to give password because of not taking passbook. Only account number and account holder is enough for receiving internet banking password. But that office staff denied to do work so that telling small reason for providing password. And the branch name is indian bank, sendamangalam branch, namakkal.

                                        Sir, with due respect I want to say that Today when I go to indian bank branch (Mashobra) I have some bank related work when, I have submitted my form to the cashier and newly married lady (employee of indian bank). They both started laughing at me and without rectifying and telling the issue they just make my form filling a issue of joke. My thinking about indian bank immediately gone down because before in any indian bank and branch this issue not happened. Sir, I want you to kindly take some strict action and if possible please replace them.
