I have not received the refund amount of rs 590 from amazon india which was processed from amazon on the 10 th mar 20,
And the payment reference # [protected] has not been credited into the account #[protected]. I have contacted the amazon regarding this issue but their accounting department says they have already processed the payment and that from their end they have sent the money to the account but when we checked the statement there is no deposit made. Amazon says only when the bank accepts the money that they get a reference number generated. This is banks fault that they have not credited the amount in the account, so kindly do the needful and investigate into the pending transaction.
Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have purchased online pampers by Amazon on 03/03/2020, due to some reason I was cancelled order at the same time but refund amount yet not proceed in my account.

    Sir i have cancelled order of asus vivobook 14 m409da-ek146t from amazon. I had done a online payment by rupay atm card ending with *8876 of rs 32, 990. The amazon company had initiated refund process but the amount is not yet to be credited in my account. My refund reference number is 376310. I had got a msg of refund from amazon on 8th march 2020 on which order had placed.

    My netbanking through card was not processed...but my amount has been deducted...they say it will take 5days to refund..it's happening every single time...is this the way u respond????...i think ur bank dont want to bein netbanking...such a waste of it..

      Hi.. I have recently ordered 3 products from myntra which i returned on 8th march and the refund has been processed on 08 march by the website and according to their terms it will take 7-10 days to reflect in the source account.

      But still i have not got my refund back in my account. Below is the discription:

      Amount - rs. - 899.00- bank reference number is - 30001000690064099521467

      Amount - rs. - 769.00- bank reference number is - 30001000690064099521467

      Amount - rs. - 3276.00- bank reference number is - 30001000690064099521467

      The first 6 digit of the card number are 608023. Debit card is indian bank.

      Kindly do the needful asap.

      I got a refund of 227 from swiggy through amazon pay on 10th March with reference number:[protected]. From their side payment has been processed successfully but I did not get the money in my bank account. I have a issue from bank side only.

      I have cancelled an order from swiggy through amazon pay as payment option on 10/3/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully and it would be reflected by 17/3/2020 ie between 5-7 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.

              I have deposited cash into cash deposited machine on 14.03.2020 of Rs 10500.It is credited in my account and sms came.After that i have made two transaction Rs 5500 and Rs 1300 to others.The deposited amount was not credited while i am checking balance through net banking.Now my account was shown Dr RS 6757.37 instead of 3742.63 Cr.Kindly look into the matter and rectify that mistake /network problem held at that time of transaction.cash deposited into cash deposit machine at karuppaiurani branch center.

                I transfer amount regularly by our indian bank net banking.
                Last few days i have lot of trouble..
                Yesterday before i transferd two amounts to the customer account one is 16700& nex 653..
                Both amount has been debited in my side but the benifcery and the benifcery bank is telling me that the amount has not been credited to my account.. Kindly help me any way and pls credit to my account as soon as possible..

                  As i have done a transaction from amazon and sucess but i canceled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on same day 01/03/2020 and the reference no is #6y2hhvs30000k6v55b5h but 1799 rs amount has not been credited in my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious. Please take legal action

                    I have purchased kurta from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 425 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                      This is ritul tyagi, customer of your indian bank, hapur branch, dist hapur.
                      I have purchased two products from myntra app few months before but i retuned those products but i can't get my refund back till now

                      Myntra person said that refund was made and they gave me one reference no and they asked me to check with your bank.
                      So please solve my problem as soon as possible

                              I had applied for internet banking through indian bank branch itself and password also generated in bank. After few month i got message about ' come to receive your password' like that. I went to bank with passbook softcopy and asked my password but they denied to give password because of not taking passbook. Only account number and account holder is enough for receiving internet banking password. But that office staff denied to do work so that telling small reason for providing password. And the branch name is indian bank, sendamangalam branch, namakkal.

                                Sir, with due respect I want to say that Today when I go to indian bank branch (Mashobra) I have some bank related work when, I have submitted my form to the cashier and newly married lady (employee of indian bank). They both started laughing at me and without rectifying and telling the issue they just make my form filling a issue of joke. My thinking about indian bank immediately gone down because before in any indian bank and branch this issue not happened. Sir, I want you to kindly take some strict action and if possible please replace them.

                                      I have cancelled my order on amazon online and received refund reference no. from amazon on 29.02.20, order reference no. is 6UI6DR1N0000K6RKXFNY
                                      Till Now no payment received, My order was Order No.:[protected] dtd 24.02.20 but order was cancelled on 27.02.20 and i got refund main as i mentioned above.
                                      After 10-12 days passing i called indian bank customer care to take some look in this refund matter and i given him refund reference no. as i received from amazon., but he replied that refund reference number is not valid for look in to this matter, and demanded for UTR and ARN no. from amazon, and then contacted to the amazon customer care and they provide me this guide line .

                                      The above matter is for your kind attention please look in to the matter immediately.
