I order boat earphones in amazon on 16 february but the order was rejected by me on 18 february and the price of that earphones was 499 rupees and the same amount was paid by me through debit card that was refunded by amazon but not credited to my account yet and the transaction id was 678dtdx90000k64b5ho0 please this amount credit to my account as soon as possible

    This is to inform that i had returned one of my order back from amazon due to quality issues...
    As per the amazon app i was suppose to get the refund amount of rs 499 by 22nd february... When contacted amazon customer care i was being told to wait till 25th february till yesterday i haven’t received my refund yet in my account...
    After asking for the bank reference number several times i have got it today from the amazon customer care...
    So there is a amount of rs 499 to be credited...
    Kindly look into it... I’m looking forward for the amount to be credited in my account asap...

      The indian bank was holded my account without any reason.
      They are saying that in my accnt some fraud transaction was hpnd lyk
      But the manager also knw tht ther is no fraud transaction with proof
      Bt also they r nt unholding my accnt
      Main branch manager not evn responding to it
      Dont thy knw abt ther customer
      Without checking the transactions hw they holded my accnt
      What d idiotic plan they did
      They said that they hold upto rs2500 in my accnt
      Hw dare they r
      What they r thnkng i dont know
      Without checking my accnt details how they holded my accnt i dont know
      Such a bad facilities are there in indian bank

        Dear sir
        I am saving account holder in your bank account no[protected]. I was using atm sbi mehsole chowk sitamarhi dumra at around 04:00 pm to withdraw rs 5000 from my account. But i could not receive any money, but i received a message on my mobile that rs 5000 has been withdrawn. Atm id sinb[protected]. I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account balance also. It is showing a debit of rs 5000. When call to india bank costumer helping no he say your money returned in 5 working days but time is over
        Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

            I have purchased a product from amazon by making payment of 599rs through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund with refund reference number of 717950. I didnt receive any refund for that in my account.

            So, i visited branch for solution and they have no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But even indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. Such waste customer service they have.

            It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank and i see many customers are suffered due to this, in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

            Kindly please resolve the issue and return my money back, its been 5months, i didnt receive any refund, please respond, facing very worst experience.

              I bought a flat for rent which was sold for 26 lakhs, but no water, no eb, no carparking provided, later came to know both the bank gm & the builder had cheated us. The new gm said this property will not even worth for 15lakhs, hence i stopped paying the emi, now my family in a critical situation, i received the auction notice yesterday, it is registered under npa, paper publication also done. How bank person can cheat me. Now as a customer am only suffering. The new gm is torturing me.

                I have the refund reference number # 66t0qccy0000k63vz5hm, which was successfully processed from the amazon on 12/02/2020. I have contacted the local bank concern they says that we can help you then again i have contacted the indian bank customer care, even then they also couldn't find the solution. I have frequently in touch with amazon customer care they says from there end process has been successfully completed. I hope from this charge dispute will hope for the best resolution.

                  On 12/01/20, i was use my debit card on an atm, but i can't get money, the money was not came out from the atm but the amount of money was deducted from my bank account. I am submitting one message which was provided to me at that time, that was-

                    I have ordered an item in snapdeal and made payment with indian bank debit card for an amount of rs.350. The ordered item was cancelled immediately before shipping. Snapdeal has initiated for reversal of amount and has shared the reference number[protected]. But the account statement shows non credit of the said amount. The same may please be considered and the amount may be reverted to my account at the earliest.

                        Hello my name is : SEERAMDAS NOOKARAJU .

                        The issue is Amazon initiated the refund amount of ₹ 1349/- on[protected] and till now it didn't credited in my account as I have done online payment.
                        I have talked with Amazon customer care and I have suggested me to wait till[protected] as it was the maximum time limit but it was not helped me.

                            Iam cancelled an orders from amazon on 22/01/2020 and recieved an email from amazon that the refund has been processed succesfully.. Our giving ref. No#372560.! And it would be reflected by 20/02/2019. Ie between 3-5 business days, but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side..28 dayes ago can't recvise my amount.. Amazon side clearly.. Answers.! But indian bank.. Side worst.. Total amount paying, 8316 rupes.. Rufund plz quickly..

                                Actually i have ordered an items in amazon on feb 7... But i cancelled the ordered on the same days of feb 7... But i still cant get my refund amount if rupees 2000... Its took long days to return... As per the rbi guidelines... Refund should be done within four days of cancellation... So please kindly take over my complaint... And take neccessary action as soon as possible

                                  As i have ordered an item from amazon and successfully delivered to me but i cancelled it due to some issues in the product and requested for a refund amount of Rs.2120 on August 17, 2019 they was initiated the amount from their end on same day 17/08/2019 and the reference no is:285560 but amount has not been credited to my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious

                                      A refund of 9999 rupees was successfully processed on 23-january 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my indian bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                      I have called the indian bank customer serviceand provided all the details many times including the refund reference number (#045290) but nobody has resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                        Authorised officer/chief manager, indian bank, thanjavur
                                        Junction branch, thanjavur.

                                        I am the co-borrower of the education loan number [protected] while my son n. Vikraman is the borrower and my wife m. Maheswari is the third party guarantor. On behalf of all o[censored]s, i make a complaint here under:

                                        1. We sent a letter 0n 22.01.2020 furnishing our objection and representations to the authorised officer/ chief manager, indian bank, thanjavur junction branch, thanjavur -613 001 against notice served under section 13 (2) sarfaesi act in respect of the above loan marking copy to zonal office and corporate office, but no reply till date.

                                        2. We suspect that the interest subsidy claimed for the said education loan might be misappropriated by the zonal office or thanjavur junction branch who has been maintaining the account. I also have no faith on branch office/zonal office, due to the past bitter experiences met with them. It is also presumed that they took sarfaesi act as a shelter to hide their lapses and mistakes.

                                        3. Before taking action to issue notice u/s 13 (4) sarfaesi act, please conduct a fair enquiry on the lapses of your officials. I also request that i may also be summoned while conducting enquiry.

                                        4. Once again i reiterate that i would pay the overdue in one payment and to continue the emi on receipt of repayment schedule. Otherwise i would resort to organize series of agitations like demonstration, fast, fast until death, etc.in front of junction branch, thanjavur seeking support from public, political parties, ngos. Etc to highlight the issues.
