As i have ordered an item from amazon and successfully delivered to me but i cancelled it due to some issues in the product and requested for a refund amount of Rs.2120 on August 17, 2019 they was initiated the amount from their end on same day 17/08/2019 and the reference no is:285560 but amount has not been credited to my account till date and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per them contact branch for complain, they put an ip from there side whenever branch contact to the department they said today will credit it but still in pending no action is been taken. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious
It's been 7 months till date i didn't received the refund of the order..

      A refund of 9999 rupees was successfully processed on 23-january 2020 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my indian bank account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

      I have called the indian bank customer serviceand provided all the details many times including the refund reference number (#045290) but nobody has resolved the problem. No action is being taken

      I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

      Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

        Ref : notice u/s 13 (2) sarfaesi act, dt.03.12.2019 issued by the
        Authorised officer/chief manager, indian bank, thanjavur
        Junction branch, thanjavur.

        I am the co-borrower of the education loan number [protected] while my son n. Vikraman is the borrower and my wife m. Maheswari is the third party guarantor. On behalf of all o[censored]s, i make a complaint here under:

        1. We sent a letter 0n 22.01.2020 furnishing our objection and representations to the authorised officer/ chief manager, indian bank, thanjavur junction branch, thanjavur -613 001 against notice served under section 13 (2) sarfaesi act in respect of the above loan marking copy to zonal office and corporate office, but no reply till date.

        2. We suspect that the interest subsidy claimed for the said education loan might be misappropriated by the zonal office or thanjavur junction branch who has been maintaining the account. I also have no faith on branch office/zonal office, due to the past bitter experiences met with them. It is also presumed that they took sarfaesi act as a shelter to hide their lapses and mistakes.

        3. Before taking action to issue notice u/s 13 (4) sarfaesi act, please conduct a fair enquiry on the lapses of your officials. I also request that i may also be summoned while conducting enquiry.

        4. Once again i reiterate that i would pay the overdue in one payment and to continue the emi on receipt of repayment schedule. Otherwise i would resort to organize series of agitations like demonstration, fast, fast until death, etc.in front of junction branch, thanjavur seeking support from public, political parties, ngos. Etc to highlight the issues.

          I had tried to book a flight ticket by my indian bank debit card. At that time i can saw a message that transaction is unsuccessful because of the amount exceeds the risk limit of the card. So i can't book my ticket. After some time i noticed that amount of rs. 70368 deducted from my account. What are the further procedures i have to take for my money refund?

            I have paid Electricity bill from my Debit card (A/c No:[protected]) through Amazone pay on dated 29.02.20, but due to some reason it was shown transaction failed.After 2mints of my transaction, one massage i had gotten on my mobile no from Amazone that refund success full on Rupay card.But amount has not refund till now.I have called the Amazone and they have already done NEFT ref no[protected].Simultaneously I have contact with Indian bank Branch and Customer Care but they have always shown negligence in this matter.

                I have purchased mobile phone from amazon on by making payment of 7, 999 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on january 23rd 2020 they even shared transaction id on my request - 57su38s30000k54vifaw. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                    Sir my bank account with indian bank babudanga branch has deducted 1300 tommorow at 11:41:20 without my knowledge as i used it at 11:39 am only. I want to make it clear that i made transaction of 1300 at 11:39 and recieved sms regarding it but when today i checked my passbook i found that an another 1300 has been debited at 11:41:20 am. Kindly help and resolve the problem in my favour

                      I have made a txn through upi to irctc to book ticket on 29/01/2020 at 07:56 pm, amount got deducted but ticket wasn’t not generated.

                      As per upi team, amount has been successfully refunded from their end on 31st jan, 2020 02:44 pm. Banks take 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount to our account, but still its not credited in my account.

                            I purchased a new earphone x5 go noise and then returned it as it was not that good but then i contacted amazon for the refund status and they told me they have initiated the refund on 1st feb itself and today its almost 9th feb which is 8 days and they also gave me a refund reference number 823410. I conatced the bank and they told that nothing is there in the account and there is no such thing as refund reference number and told me to ask the amazon service for utr.                               I retured a product in amazon as per policy at january 15. The refund amount for that product is completed by amazon at january 15 at 10 am.                                 There are three fraud transaction of rs. 30, 000/- (Rs. 10000/- each on three times) withdrawn from my account bearing a/c no. [protected]. My account name is sangeeta das, kirti nagar branch, new delhi-110015. I have not shared any otp to anyone neither i have given my atm card to anyone. This came to my notice through sms received on my registered mobile number [protected]from indian bank, mentioned amount of rs. 10000.00 withdrawn at atm id:17036277 on 07/02/20 one time shown at 14:26, second at 14:27 and the third one at 14:28, whether the atm card was with me and even no any withdrawl attempted by me.
                                Requested to please look into this matter seriously and help me bring back this amount to my account.

                                        I had returned two product from amazon amout 723. The refund had been initiated and processed. But the amount has not been credited to my account. Please help me asap. I had cancelled the order on 24.01.2020. But still now not received the money back. The customer service or the branch are unable to help me out.

                                        Not yet received my credit. PLEASE help me out soon...
                                        It happens on 21 December still no response regarding the customer account, I big disappointment o on this view, this is the 4rth time
