I purchased a new earphone x5 go noise and then returned it as it was not that good but then i contacted amazon for the refund status and they told me they have initiated the refund on 1st feb itself and today its almost 9th feb which is 8 days and they also gave me a refund reference number 823410. I conatced the bank and they told that nothing is there in the account and there is no such thing as refund reference number and told me to ask...

I retured a product in amazon as per policy at january 15. The refund amount for that product is completed by amazon at january 15 at 10 am. But the amount for that product is not yet credited in my bank account. The amazon stats that they done their process for this transcation. They provided this transcation id[protected] for that transfer of amount to my bank account. Please investigate and do the needfull.

I have ordered a top name dressberry in myntra online shopping for an amount of rs399.93,
