My name is rishabh sharma and i had ordered metal geat solid 4 guns of the patriots of rs.670 from amazon on 22nd march 2020 and due to covid 19 outbreak i cancelled my product.
On 28th march amazon processed the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such...

I was withdrawing rs 10, 000 from AEPS. It showed transaction failed but my account had been deducted. Please help me....

I have a refund to be received from zomato which was initiated on 23rd march 2020. It has been more than 7 days yet i haven't received the money! I've checked my transactions via net banking.
With my rrn i wanted to track the status but the india bank customer care number asked me to wait as there were many calls to attend and i waited for literally 37 minutes but still no agent answered.

Myntra said that the refund was successful on 13.03.2020 and also they provided me utr numbers stating that the refund transaction is successful.
