I have made transaction in phonepe on April 12 2020 10:14 AM . I have transffered 2000 to Indian bank user Account No :[protected] and IFSC : IDIB000A026 . Transaction was successful from Phonepe end but money was not deposited to Indian bank User Account . Can you please fix the problem?

      I pay the bill with paytm through debit card but it was cancled that time and amount was deducted from bank account.than i got msg from that paytm refuned amount to ur bank but it will depends on ur bank that how many days it will take.that date was 17 march and till now i didnt received my refund..

        This is not the first tym happening to me the same thing happened just a month ago amazons refund was not reflecting in my account even aftr 2-3 weeks had to contact the branch last tym too where there was no proper response from them either and again now the same problem is occuring as the amazons refund was initiated 15 days back and the amount in not credited to my account yet why is indian bank costomer service is so poor. How do they expect us to trust with much larger amounts?

          Dear sir/madam
          My name is rishabh sharma and i had ordered metal geat solid 4 guns of the patriots of rs.670 from amazon on 22nd march 2020 and due to covid 19 the product was automatically cancelled.
          On 28th march amazon processed the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

          And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy.
          Nobody is helping me at a time like this my family is in need of money.
          So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                    I had done a transaction for cable TV in SCV website of 2000rs on March 13-2020 via Phonepe UPI link.It was got successful but the amount not shown as paid in SCV website.The UTR number for that transaction is[protected].Please make refund of my amount .

                      I was order mobile in paytm app on 17/03/2020 using my atm card. After that i was cancelled that order. They are processed my refund money to my account back. But still i was not receive. I was raise complaint about this and asking, they are already processed with bank. But still not credited to my account. Please check my account.                         I have taken gold loan on last year due to govt lock down i can't pay amount on time. I went indian bank rajapalayam branch on 8th april they charged me double the amount interest rate. During government lock down period how i can pay it by time.
