Hello sir i'm an indian bank customer holding an account number[protected].

On 19/03/2020 i did an e-com purchase through flipkart.com of amount 13100rs but unfortunately due to some issues my order got cancelled and the flipkart team did a refund of 13100rs on 20/03/2020 and they mentioned that my refund will be credited by 30/03/2020 but it's been more than 15 days and still there's no refund of 13100rs credited to my account!...

My name is (Dolisaddar) and i had ordered plextonegaming earphones, of rs.1099plextone gaming earphones, in amazon on (18 march 2020) and after (26 march 2020) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (30 march 2020)
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
(7bjxc7yk0000k78nnj60) and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have...

I ordered in amazon shopping and cancelled my order but the refund not credited to my indian bank account.I called to customer care they said amazon reversed the payment but the mistake is in bank side.It took one month but refund not credited.herewith i attached the screenshot of mail send by amazon shopping with reference number.pls resolve my problem as soon as possible....

I made a purchase with amazon from indian bank debit card. After that i returned the item that i purchase from amazon and subsequently the refund has been processed by with reference number# 7BJXC7YK0000K78NEVL1.
Till now refund amount 1164/- was not reflected to my bank account....

I am cancelled order from flipkart on 17/03/2020 and received an email from flipkart that refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by 27/03/2020 but still i have not received the money. I called flipkart customer and they gave me refund reference number -[protected]
Please check it and let me know when will receive my refund. My amount is 19999.

I have paid an amount of 1282.05/- for a institute (Indian statistical institute) examination fee but, transaction got failed and the money got debited from my indian bank account at 19.03.2020.
I am unable to get my refund and it's been more than 20 days, since i thought money would automatically get credited to my account but as it fails to happen, i am facing problems and hence came for the complainant, that's why i kindly request...

I have ordered phone from amazon and paid via debit card and i returned it. Then amazon initiate refund and expect to credit on 22.03.2020.. But still not credited. When i call amazon, they told that amount refunded to your bank with reference number #75503720078038973245248 for rs.4399only
#75503720078038977342421 for rs.100only
Please check transaction and make sure that amount credited soon....

I have made transaction in phonepe on April 12 2020 10:14 AM . I have transffered 2000 to Indian bank user Account No :[protected] and IFSC : IDIB000A026 . Transaction was successful from Phonepe end but money was not deposited to Indian bank User Account . Can you please fix the problem?...

I ordered in amazon and cancelled the order.They refunded my money but i didn't get my refund.herewith i had given the mail from Amazon witn reference number...

I pay the bill with paytm through debit card but it was cancled that time and amount was deducted from bank account.than i got msg from that paytm refuned amount to ur bank but it will depends on ur bank that how many days it will take.that date was 17 march and till now i didnt received my refund.....

This is not the first tym happening to me the same thing happened just a month ago amazons refund was not reflecting in my account even aftr 2-3 weeks had to contact the branch last tym too where there was no proper response from them either and again now the same problem is occuring as the amazons refund was initiated 15 days back and the amount in not credited to my account yet why is indian bank costomer service is so poor. My name is rishabh sharma and i had ordered metal geat solid 4 guns of the patriots of rs.670 from amazon on 22nd march 2020 and due to covid 19 the product was automatically cancelled.
On 28th march amazon processed the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

MMT has refunded my amount but amount is not credited in my account it took more than 15 days but not credited ......

I ordered a product in Amazon they refunded the amount but they the amount is not reflecting in bank account it has been 20days. I contacted the bank they're not able to help. And customer service is very bad for this bank.
