I ordered some groceries from amazon india on 18th march 2020, but due to some reasons i had to cancel the order, i paid rs 1582 from indian bank debit card and the same was the mode for a refund of the amount. Till now i. E. 16th march 2020 my bank account is not showing the same, the refund id shared by me from the amazon is refund reference #[protected].
Please look into the matter fervently

As i login into my indpay app for transaction it shows unable to connect to server for the past 14days and i cannot able to process any transaction through google pay. Kindly i request you to solve the issue as earlier as possible bcoz during this covid-19 it is difficult to do transaction with my family and also any other online ticket booking for flight or train after 3rd may...

I have done a transaction in phone pe but it was failed due to a reason technical issue. My money was debited from my account and the transaction has failed but the refund is not done. Please verify this once

I paid electricity bill through amazon and transaction got failed but the refund of 620 rs not credited to my indian bank account. I called to customer care they said amazon reversed the payment but the mistake is in bank side. It took one month but refund not credited. My name is shivani verma. I had ordered noise colorfit pro 2 smart watch on 11 march, 2020. I didn't received my order and at last it was shown in track history that my order may be lost. So i cancelled my order on 24 march me 2020. I got a sms that my money will be refunded in 2-4 days. But i still didn't got my refund. Hello sir i'm an indian bank customer holding an account number[protected].

On 19/03/2020 i did an e-com purchase through flipkart.com of amount 13100rs but unfortunately due to some issues my order got cancelled and the flipkart team did a refund of 13100rs on 20/03/2020 and they mentioned that my refund will be credited by 30/03/2020 but it's been more than 15 days and still there's no refund of 13100rs credited to my account! I tried contacting them and for that they told me they have already issued a refund of my total amount and they have even provided me refrence number or payment transaction number which i'll mention below so now this is the issue which should be handled by the indian bank. So kindly take a look into my issue and resolve my issue as soon as possible as i'm in urgent need of money because as we all know the current situation of covid-19 this money will be helpful to me.

I am cancelled order from flipkart on 17/03/2020 and received an email from flipkart that refund has been processed successfully and it would be reflected by 27/03/2020 but still i have not received the money. I called flipkart customer and they gave me refund reference number -[protected]

I have paid an amount of 1282.05/- for a institute (Indian statistical institute) examination fee but, transaction got failed and the money got debited from my indian bank account at 19.03.2020.
I am unable to get my refund and it's been more than 20 days, since i thought money would automatically get credited to my account but as it fails to happen, i am facing problems and hence came for the complainant, that's why i kindly request you to see this matter and resolve it quickly

I have ordered phone from amazon and paid via debit card and i returned it. Then amazon initiate refund and expect to credit on 22.03.2020.. But still not credited. When i call amazon, they told that amount refunded to your bank with reference number #75503720078038973245248 for rs.4399only
#75503720078038977342421 for rs.100only
Please check transaction and make sure that amount credited soon.
