My consumer no is CX5110997. I am a customer of Gemini gas enterprises( THALASSERY, KERALA-670104). After booking through phone I got confirmation number with reference number 208658.     Dear sir This is v.narayana swamy aged about 70 years recently i shiffted from vanasthalipuram hyderabad to palakole located in west godavari district which is my native place to lead my rest of life peacefully i was transffered my HP gas connection no:611333 to my daughter in law's name v.annapoorna for their domestic use but i am unable to book my indane gas connection 14791 in palakole due to in active connection i request you to kindly do needful justice to me as i am old aged person.       I usually fill up petrol for 200/-. And even after telling loudly Multiple times I want of 200/-, the guys pretending of not listening to it and filled up of 50 Rs first and then he filled it up again for 150/- Rs(Without resetting the meter).I got to know from my friend that they do it like this and in first 50Rs filling no petrol fills up. They first fill for 50RS and then they engage customers by talking some rubbish and then they pretend as if the meter is reset and fill only for 150 rs. So i always experience loss of 50RS, This happened to me multiple times at the Indian oil petrol pump.           I have booked over online gas booking system on 29 Sep 2014 vide booking No 530853. Massage for generation of cash memo against refill booking vide memo No [protected] generated on 29 Sep 2014. Swadhinta Gas Service delivered the gas cylinder on 30.09.2014. My consumer no. is 17354. Delivery man has misbehaved regarding change of money i. e. asking more money on 30.09.2014 against bill payment. Delivery man said that he will not deliver the gas cyclider if you will not pay more money. Ultimately he has delivered the gas cyclinder with misbehaved. In view of above, it is advised to stop such delivery man for delivery of gas and warned him for future.

            I have booked over online gas booking system on 03 Sep 2014 vide booking No 694224. Massage for generation of cash memo against refill booking vide memo No [protected] generated on 14 Sep 2014. Sonarpur Gas Service does not delivered the gas cylinder till date. However, I went to the gas agency on 27 Sep 2014 for early delivery the same. They replied me that your cylinder will be delivered by 29 Sep 2014. Inspite of repeated request to the delivery man as well as agency they has not been deliver till date. Request look into the matter sympathetically.

            Indane - Non delivery of domestic gas cylinder


            I have booked over online gas booking system on 20 Aug 2014 with consumer No. 16425 vide booking No 216536. Message for generation of cash memo against refill booking vide memo No.[protected] generated on 01 Sep 2014. Flames, Kollengode, Palakkad, Kerala, India does not delivered the gas cylinder till date (01.10.14). I tried infinite number of times to contact the distributor through my mobile and landline and they are not responding to my calls and making the calls busy always. Request look into the matter sympathetically and kindly take necessary action and do the needful from your good office.

              Dear sir, Most respectfully, I want to say that I had booked my gas cylinder on 08/09/2014 .I have all the delivery messages of that gas cylinder but i didn't get it till now .the gas agency name is shanti indane .they are continously lying to me that they are just sending the gas cylinder .threre is a delay in my gas delivery .here i am giving a neccessary detail of gas cylinder.                   Sirs, I am indane gas consumer since more than30 years with the consumer number 4888. I bringto your kind notice that I booked through i.v.call for a rifill and a cash memo was also prepared and 3 days back I received a message that my cash memo was cancelled. On my enquiry at my at my Eluru Gas distributor, Sri Viswanadha Gas Agencies the delivery boy has stated that he is not aware of my address so that he has endorsed to his employer that address was not traced and the employees of gas agencies has replied and advised me it is better to go for complaint. So in the unavoidable circumstances i have been approaching you through this complaint.                             I bought gas connection from third party who is associated with Indane Gas Agency in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. The person named Thakur is proprieter of Renuka Home Appliances, Main Road, Nr. Manmohan Sweets, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai from where i bought gas at least 5.5 months back (i got chulha and cylinder only but not passbook and bill). I followed with him continuously for 4.5 months, but don't get the bill and passbook. Now he closed his shop and missing since last 1 month. I contacted Indane Gas Customer Care, but they dont given any solution rather said i should forget the 6000 rs, i paid to that thief Thakur. Please guide me to get my gas passbook and bill and take strong action against such fraudstars. [protected]@gmail.com.

                              I have not recently booked for a LPG refill after 14/07/2014, I got an SMS stating that against my reference No.704859, IOCL Booking No. is [protected] generated, . I get a feeling that somebody is misusing my LPG connection and taking a refill. For your information, my last refill was supplied against cash memo NO.[protected] dated.14.07.2014. Kindly look into the matter and avoid misuse in my name & connection. Through net I have checked that : through mobile no [protected] booked my cylinder & used. by latest he is again booked it on date 27/09/2014 but cash memo not generated by now... my Consumer no. is : 41698 Distributor: K-2 International My Contact No. is : [protected] Plz resolve this problem as early as possible before cash memo generated.

                                When I have not recently booked for a LPG refill, I got an SMS stating that against my refill booking No.436507, cash memo [protected] generated, & cylinder shall be delivered shortly. I get a feeling that somebody is misusing my LPG connection and taking a refill. For your information, my last refill was supplied against cash memo NO.[protected] dated.08.08.2014.                                   I have booked a refill cylinder-Booking no.218065 on 20 Aug.2014 with M/s Marymatha Agencies, Ponkunnam, Kottayam Dt., Till today, the cylinder is not delivered.I have sent two complaints in this regard.Docket nos.1544708&709 both dated 31 Aug.2014.But, no action has been taken by Indane gas authorities.I tried to sent emails(address given in the customer care section of Indane).But, all mails bounced.The above agency does not deliver cylinders at home.Customer has to carry the empty cylinder to the main road, collect refill & take it home at his own expense/risk.So, cylinders are not connected to the stove&tested for leaks.The agency charges Rs.480/-per refill.They do not issue bills.I want my cylinders to be delivered at home, connect to the stove&test for leak.I also want a proper bill for each refill cylinder.Now, if Indane is unable to take action to deliver my refill cylinder even after 40 days, I will be forced to approach higher authorities in New Delhi.I made a telephonic complaint to your Kochi office last week, but nothing happened.

                                    Dear Sir, This is in regard of my experience with a petrol pump at COCO-JRO Plot No-41Udhyog Vihar Greater Noida, its Indian Oil Petrol Pump. My complain is as below in detail, I approached this pump at 07:15PM dated on 27/09/2014 and asked for Petrol of Rs. 150 and says please give me a computer copy but he is not taking my request and given to petrol another person. I asked for slip than he says (AB COMPUTER KI SLIP NAHI MILEGI MANUAL SLIP HI MILEGI), After than asked for manager he called one another person and says he is Shifting Head. I told that MR... but he is not accept any fault from his side and also says (MAI THAKUR HU MUJHE AISA VAISA HI MAT SAMAJHNA JAHA TUM RAHTE HO VAHA MERA BHI GHAR HAI) Note : Cheating with me at Same Petrol Pump of 3rd time. Manual Slip attached with this mail Kindly consider our complain on a serious note as we have seen other vehicle owners also at the pump arguing on the same issue at the pump.                                       Indane Team i have ordered the Lpg Gas cylinder on 16 August 2014 with Order no [protected] and i have just connected the Cylinder on 28 September 2014 and the gas is leaking from its point and it is very risky to use cylinder and even harmful as gas is flowing very fast in continued manner. so please send your executive to check this and change this cylinder asap .
