I am a card holder of xtrarewards card. And i m using card from 1-2years ago.
. But now i lost my secret pin no.
. That's why i can't get free fuel from indian oil.
So, please sent pin no. On my mobile or my email id.

We have not been receiving the subsidy on the gas amount paid for the past 10 months. They have been making us run to the gas agency and the bank. We have done that 3 times each. But nobody is providing us a responsible answer

      Security gaurd of the following society is using illegal connection of gas.

      The kameng heights, opp. Guwahati refinery main gate, noonmati, guwahati, assam-781020

      Illegal connection is at the parking location of the society in the ground floor where a temporary room is made by him.
      Kindly take a strong action against him as the connection is near the stair case which not safety if some accident happens.

        Dear sir i booked for refill indane gas cylinder on 19/11/2018 with the distibutor ranie enterprises located at chennai madipakkam being the sole distributor for us. Booked thro ivrs system and booking no719547.

        I came to know that cash memo no[protected] was also issued. But not yet deeliverd. The delivry boy gave a wrong information that the house was locked and sold it to commercials at higherprice. Iam now suffering for want of refill cylinder. Pl take action. J. Radhakrishnan[ consumer]

              Dear sir i have a gas connection since 2014 with indane, gas agency m/s sai sewa enterprises (Contact no [protected],[protected], vasant kunj new delhi110070 with cust no: cx 8501650 name rajnish dimri. I am not getting subsidy last few cylinder booking and i want to reason for that so i am calling agency since last month but no one picking call. Today i make a call again around 9:30 am but no one picking the call bell was ringing i continue repeat call, after long time around 10:30 an employee pick the phone but his answer was not satisfactory.

              Kindly instruct the agency to provide good customer care service to customers.

                Today that is on 23rd november 2018 at around 5:30 p. M. I was denied payment of rupees 3137 by my credit card at suvidha petrol pump distributor of indian oil company at mahatma gandhi road indore.
                In the present era when our respected prime minister is insisting and encouraging cashless india this act is traumatic to a consumer what if i were not having that much cash in my pocket at that given time...???!!!

                  The maximum ripoffs are happening at indian oil pumps, specially where they have the old machines. I have been ripped twice with the same trick in noida. I could catch it easily the second time. I had given an order for rs 1600. The filling started, but the machine was slow. At a reading of 762, an attendant covered my view, and asked me something.in a flash, an attendant from behind came, stopped filling and reentered rs 1600. They took out the nozzle. The machine was flashing 1600, (As it was to be a new sale). But they said filling for rs 1600 is over. I complained of flashing, but they said, it is normal. I asked for a slip to be printed, but they said they can only give a handwritten receipt. The incident happened on 30th oct 2018. The only thing was that though they though they had hid the view, i was seeing what was happening very clearly. This incident also clarified why the meter was showing preset on a previous instance. Please be very wary at indian oil pumps as the company does not seem to be having adequate supervision at all. Pls ask to fill 15 liters or 20 liters etc. And pay by cash/ card even though it may be an odd amount.

                    Myself purvi hitesh shah holding a log connection of indian oil corporation under service no.[protected].
                    Since long term l was receiving the declared subsidy from government in my bank account. Previously my account was with bank of india. Navrangpura branch. Ahmedabad. Named purvi hitesh shah. My uid[protected] was linked with the same account.
                    I have opened an account with another bank named kalupur commercial co-op bank. Navrangpura branch. And closed previous a/c with bank of india.
                    I had submitted all necessary kya documents for transfer of subsidy in my new a/c.
                    At the time when aadhar imposed, my bank of india a/c was named purvi hitesh shah, and my ioc log connection was also in the same name. But my aadhar card bears purviben hiteshbhai shah.
                    My new a/c opened with kalupur bank named purviben hiteshbhai shah. (As per aadhar card).
                    Since opening of new a/c, i never got any subsidy amount in it. Not in anybody's a/c.
                    Pls help me. And guide me since it's almost one year passed and it's been hazardous for me to complain the local bank or has company office.

                      My distributer is agnidhwaj indian services chinthamet. I hav booked cylender. The cylender not delevered till now but got message like your cyl is delivered with cash memo no.[protected]. You may also book and pay for future refills online, through our web portal www.indane.co.in. we got like this problem not once.

Bank says that my aadhar card is mapping in npci but npci mapping not show. Npci mapping show the inactive. I have an sbi account but this account close so give the aadhar card in canara bank for npci mapping. Bank says that my aadhar card done for npci mapping but npci website show the not mapping aadhar card

                          3 months ago bought a gas stove from Indane Gas Agency with cylinder. The stove's nobe came in hand while trying to operate. When contacted gas agency, they said they will send person but we will have to pay service charges. The Gas stove is still under warranty. Gas Agency did not even bother to resolve our complaint and spoke inappropriately.

The delivery guy has not come to my doorsteps. Without coming to my door steps he is registering 'door closed message to the distributor.                                 While i went dumdum gas supply agency, i have paid rs2945/= on their demand for getting a new connection without oven & refill of indane on 14/12/18 but it seems to be excess as understood from the customer care and they advised me to lodge a complain as i have been directed by the agency to pay rs.886/= than that of mandatory amount as per extant circular of indane oil. Kindly look into the matter by taking needful action.

                                    The staff working at sawant petrol pump in vishrantwadi, pune is cheating customers by fooling and distracting attention while filling the fuel. All the staff is actively participated in cheating the customer and are also arrogant. These fraud people should not be kept at this petrol pump as they will keep looting the money of the customer. Also can find similar kind of reviews when searched on google. Make sure to take some action againsts these people.

                                      I am living in a village khusropur, jalandhar cantt. Punjab
                                      There is hardev gas godown (Indian oil, indane gas godown) in our area in our vicinity.
                                      When the godown opened far back in late 70s this was not a residential place but today it is thickly surrounded by residential houses and so many commercial shops.
                                      It creates such a problem that we cannot live peacefully here. The people working there shout like anything
                                      The safety rules are grossly violated such as : smoking in open, parking loaded trucks in residential colonies, loading and unloading done in residential area out of godowns premises, refilling of cylinders in the delivery vans openly and illegally.
                                      The behaviour of staff and labour there is rude and they are not listening to any one living nearby.
                                      The staff is without uniform dress so so many suspecious persons stand and work for the godown.
                                      The drivers of gas delivery vehicles are so young that we feel they are without even driving licenses.
                                      The park their vehicles every here and there creating so much chaos and disturbances with a very big concern of safety.

                                        This is complaint regarding subsidy is not coming in attached bank account since 2016, my consumer no. Is cx15689893 we have visited local center also to complaint on the subject matter but there is no progress.
                                        Last few years lpg cylinder prices has gone up and govt. Is not taking action on it to control the price rather than trying to cut our subsidy which is our legal right to claim it. My register mobile no. Is [protected].
                                        Please note, release subsidy on earliest basis on attached bank account and confirm back your plan of action with reply mail.
