Respected sir,
I have the honour to inform you that i booked a refill vide ref no -335597 on[protected] at m/s das gas concern[protected] karimganj district;assam but the booking gas cylinder does not delever at my home till today i. E. 30/10/2018 inspite of my reminder to the concerned agency.
So, please take necessary action and delever my booking refill at an early date and thus oblige.
Indian Oil Corporation [IOC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Delay of Delivery - Indane Gas - The Mother Agencies, Sirkali.

I booked Indane gas ago 26 days, still not delivered from the Indane Gas Agency, Sirkali.

The generated booking no. is 699869.

Kindly ensure and deliver quickly as soon as possible.

Acording to my all documents my name in syed minjul ali. But wrongly my name is entered minjul ali. Therefore lpg subsidy is not crediting in my bank ac. Con. No CX25885210. I have submited all documents to lpg agency name sonaram ges agency. But not resolving the problamme

    It is to intimate that my wife namely kalaivani. S and she is consumer of sree jeyam gas agency, teynampet (Consumer no :[protected]). She was booked indane gas refill through ivrs on 10.10.18 and paid an amount of rs. 897.67 on 11.10.2018, as per the link sent by indian oil corporation ltd, through my sbi net banking. But, on 13.10.2018 delivery boy is refill delivered and collected by cash an amount of rs.897.67 from me. He said, above online transaction amount is not received office so, refill amount collected.

    2. Hence, i was complaint to sbi regarding missing of online transaction money. After checking transactions, the officials of sbi (Besant nagar branch) intimated that the aforesaid payment paid through online has been received by concerned merchant i. E. Ioc ltd and asked me to approach ioc or gas agency authorities for refund. On line transaction made on 11.10.2018 at about 06.37 hrs and the reference no. Is igaenvgiq1. Then, i went to above indane gas agency submit submit a written complaint on 24.11.18 but, no use/response till date.

    3. It is requested that the amount rs.897.67 paid through net banking on 11.10.2018 for booking of indane gas refill may kindly be returned/reversed back to my account number as stated above at the earliest please. Last couple of months, very harassing mentally/physically above problem.

        My LPG ID is 3 [protected] and Consumer No is CX22689006
        My Distributor Code is 155970 and Distributor Name is RAJSHRI GAS SERVICE. This gas agency has not paid subsidy amount against the 07 deliveries of gas cylinders. I was getting my subsidy amount regularly without any hindrance till 25-01-18 but all of they stopped and did not paid the subsidy amount for the next 07 consecutive deliveries they made. Nevertheless, after many complaints lodged against them, they started paying again from 19-11-18. But still they are reluctant to pay the subsidy amount which they did not pay between 25-01-18 and 19-11-18.

          They don’t have minimum common sense to these telephone operators also. Waste and worst gas company in the world. They will send gas after 15 days when we book the cylinder. And also the delivery boy won’t go until we give 40-50 rupees they r screwing people. Please remove that agency and give it to others who can handle nicely
          They won’t respond properly and they use to say don’t call again if we ask for the gas.
          And they are very rude with customers if we say we will complaint they will say that do what ever you want n no one will care they will say.
          They are like irresponsible for everything we ask

          Most of the time the cylinder delivered to our home has less weight as compared to weight mention on cylinder.

                Dear sir

                I am resident of rudrapur (Uttarakhand) holding a gas connection in my name details of which are listed below.
                Since i have registered for the services i am facing continuous issues in schedule delivery of gas cylinder due to which we are facing lot of troubles.

                Our distributor in rudrapur is rudrapur gas services employees of which are of very casual approach.
                This is the third time my gas refill booking was cancelled and every time i had re-booked and lifted it by hand as no home delivery service they have given till now.

                Their "thekedars' were asking extra money or bribe for delivery.

                I request you to take required/immediate action as soon as possible.

                  My lpg id no.[protected]Consumer no.552361) would like bring to your kind attention that, since the lpg price is increasing enormously, & it has become difficult to pay huge price for the same. Now, i want take back the subsidy given up in the year 2016. My annual income also gone below 10lacs. Request you to cancel the same & allow me to avail the subsidy from next month onwards.

                      Sir my ioc consumer number cx12839765 and log id[protected].
                      Received my refill cylinder on 08 nov 18 and paid normal rate.
                      466 rs of subcidy suppose to be credited my bank account already seeded to adhar card.
                      But till 27 nov 18 no subsidy credited. I am attaching here lpg refill payment slip and my bank statement for this time

                        This is in refernce with the complaint i made with IOC on 16-November ref number -SR No- 1-[protected]. I want to bring to the notice of consumer forum that I got my crefilled with petrol on 16 Nov 2018, but the IOC refuel person did not close my car oil tank cover. and as i was travelling i went to Gurdaspur from chandigarh withour realizing that the oil tank is open.
                        when i came to know about it i made an online email compaint to the IOC Department and requested them to compensate me the amount needed for getting my oil tank checked for any dust particals or any other particles as it was open due to the IOC people fault.
                        They made the enquiry by checking CCTV Camera and agreed that it was their fault. But still they are not compansating me for the same. In case if some technical issue comes in my car who is responsible for that.
                        this is not acceptable to me. i need an answer from IOC.

                            After transfer my gas connection from sri shanmukha gas agency suryalanka road bapatla consumer no[protected] to vijayawada not de-link my adhara no[protected] due to this reason blocked my new cons no 91114342 bharat gas agency. Now i can not book my gas and unable to received my gas subsidy i have many time request both gas agency for resolve my problem. Many time complain to customer service center by phone and on line complain but till date not rectify my problem. So please help me and resolve my problem as soon possible. My mob no. [protected]

                                  Security gaurd of the following society is using illegal connection of gas.

                                  The kameng heights, opp. Guwahati refinery main gate, noonmati, guwahati, assam-781020

                                  Illegal connection is at the parking location of the society in the ground floor where a temporary room is made by him.
                                  Kindly take a strong action against him as the connection is near the stair case which not safety if some accident happens.
