    For coupon no 102741, cylinder delivery was scheduled on 16 oct 18, as per message received in registered mobile, my old parents are living alone in home, delivery boy named shivam was saying " extra paise do toh jaldi se delivery kr duga ni toh aise hi aayegi, even my mother has given money 20 rupees for bringing cylinder in first floor but he said : muje aur paisa degi toh turant kar duga delivery ni toh aise preshan hogi next time. Tody is 31 oct cylinder is not delivered neither he nor service agencies are resolving such problems. Even phone is not being attended

    So please help us, and punish such miscreants those are defiling the name of gas agency

      Sir, i am indane customer having consumer no. Cx18881450, delhi. Against my booking ref. No. 406810, dated 10.10.2018, i want to say that the lpg was not delivered due to non availability at home address, and same was conveyed to the indane field staff. But still the subsidy was credited to my account. Second booking was also done and cylinder delivered thereafter and this time also genuine subsidy come in account.
      As my values doesn't allow me take any non genuine money in my account. Please arrange for reversal of subsidy against my booking reference 406810.

        Whereas the Correct Spelling is MOHAMMAD KHALID GHUFRAN, which is also registered in PAN/ AADHAAR/BANK ACCOUNT.

        As required by Indane I have submitted copies of Aadhaar/ Bank Account to the Distributor dated 15/10/2018 to release my withheld Gas-Subsidy from January 2018.
        Indane Customer Console still showing Incomplete informations.
        Please correct the Spelling of Name & release withheld LPG SUBSIDY.

          I am regularly visit to your gas agency for my subsidy but still problem is not have been solve.
          I give my valuable time to visit along with my complain but to one listing to me, they always made lame promise to me, as i am doing private job so you can understand how much is it tough to pic the time on busy schedule.
          Kindly look into the matter urgently otherwise i don't have any option and i have to go for consumer court.

          Dear Sir Today( i.e.24/10/2018) i visit a pump at olpad Jin for filling a petrol But the price of fuel is 79.66 Rs.at pump. I asked for the price and the manager told that the price is set for fifteen day.
          I wet to your neyyattinkara town petrol pump today night and asked for petrol for Rs 500/- without my knowledge they filled the premium quality petrol without my knowledge. I asked them about this no one answered please ask the workers to ask before filling the fuel about the type of fuel to be filled

            Its been more than a month i am waiting for refile. When i contacted them, they kept pushing the date saying next week - next week.

            After 4 weeks they said your address is incorrect. I have been getting cylinder at same address from past three years.
            Then, they said somebody came for verification and you were not there.
            I have to go again to submit the proof and other docs still i am waiting for cylinder as they are again giving me excuses, deliver boy is on leave today, yesterday they said stock is over.

              We are lorry operators. We facing many probelms due to diesel theft in our lorries in the area ponnusangapatti near kannanur pirivu, towards musiri from thuraiyur. And nh lorry parking area in kottampatti from trichy to madurai highway. They took diesel for 50rs and reselling it for 70 rs. This is happening in multiple vehicles in cement industries.

              Complined four to five times regarding non delivery of gas cylinder booked on 21.8.18 booking. no.901139. Every time I am getting message that necessary action has been taken and my service request stand cancelled. Unfortunately I did not receive the cylinder so far. Due to this I cannot book the second cylinder. Please do needful.
              My consumer I'd is sit 04191.I am not getting gas subsidy from 2016.Gas company forcefully saying that ur annual income is above 1000000.but it's not true.I have submitted the proof.whats the process of getting the due subsidy

                Indane supplying expired cylinders to customers, i have received refilled cylinder last sept'2018, with labeled c18, as per my knowledge c18 is the expired date of cylinder which shouldn't not be used after sep'2018, but they are distributing such cylinders in end of september, now that cylinder watcher has gone, and couldn't use., when we called himu, they came and replaced.
                We have good opinion about insane, but such issues makes us deviate from,

                Refilling persons has to check validity of cylinders and fill.

                      Meri gas subsidy jiss bank account main aati thi. Kisi karan se maine account closed kara diya tha jiss karan se subsidy bund ho gaye. Maine fhir new account open karaya aur ussmain aadhar link karaya huye 1 month ho gaya tha but bank detail npci mapper main update nahi hui customer care ki jankari ke anusar maine fhir npci foam ke saath aadhar link karaya jissko 20 din ho gaye. But account detail abhitak npci mapper main update nahi hui hai. Meri 17 digits lpg id[protected]. My bank name is punjab and sind bank, account no. [protected], ifsc code psib0000393. Please my problem solved imidetly. Thanks.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have filled Diesel for my car on 17th Oct at Sri Ragavendra Filling station, Thathan kupppam, Villivakkam, Chennai-600049.
                              This was not my regular filling station, since i was on that route i filled there.
                              I have filled tank full of diesel for Rs 2921.46 ( 36.50 liter).
                              Yesterday on 25th Oct, when i was travelling in byepass road near tambaram my vehicle got switched off suddenly.
                              I tried to switch on several times but I couldnt.
                              So I Called Maruti On Road Service on 25th Oct Morning around 9.50am and they came by 11am. Checked the battery and all parameters and they couldnt able to start.
                              So they asked us to send the vehicle to Maruti service station.
                              I called the Tow vehicle and send my vehicle to Maruti Authorised service station Popular Maruti in Keelkatalai, chennai- 600117.
                              After reaching the popular service station, they checked the vehicle and confirmed that the high pressure fuel pump is the problem.
                              I have got my vehicle serviced in same service station on 16th Oct only.So i asked them the reason for failure of High pressure fuel pump and they say the diesel I filled is mixed with kerosene.
                              They asked me to smell the same and only kerosene smell is coming.
                              i got the sample of the same.
                              Now they asked me to change the high pressure fuel pump which is costing Rs 30, 000 since the vehicle is not in warranty.
                              How come I can pay this since it is not my mistake.
                              So the petrol bunk should be penalised for the same and i should be compensated.
                              Please do the needful.

                                    I am registered user of Indane gas Bal gas agency at tarn Taran. We have provided all the required documents including aadhar card but we didn't receive any subsidy from 2017. We talk to the gas agency and they ask us to submit a aadhar linking form at our bank branch for subsidy. Bank refuse to accept the form and they said that your aadhar card is already registered with your bank account number.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and please provide us a solution.

                                      Hi, yesterday i was in the process of transferring my gas connection from gurgaon to noida. I have deposited two no of cylinders but unable to deposit regulator. Security money that was deposited for regulator was 150 rs. But distributor charge (Gurukrapa indane) 295 rs for the same and other than that 88. 5 rs. Charges for administration. How can they overcharged me? Please help me into this matter.
