I wanted to complain for not getting the booked LPG cylinder 8 days after booking also...the id number is 18456 and booking number is 716059.please kind do the favor as soon as possible as it is happening sencond time within 3 months dat I m not able to get my cylinder on time after booking n getting the cash memo number also...and the contact number which is registered for the gas agency is not working it seems n even the delivery guys didn't take any concern for the complains.

    option for LPG subsidy and the subsidy amount may be credited into my bank account henceforth.
    Sir please cancel my indane gas online give up subsidy. I want subsidy through post office please.
    I went to Sri venkateshwara petrol pump in yelahanka Bangalore iocl. They are charging 10 rs for air and when asked the attender told they charge money. When called to customer care they say its of LPG cc for petroleum we have to google.in this petrol pump even meter jumping is done and distraction is being done.

      Didn't receive my gas cylinder as it was booked on 10/11/2018, related to consumer id 18456 and cash memo number [protected] and booking number 716059. This is happening again within 2 months, agency contact number is not working and we consumer don't know where to complain about this matter as it happening again and again.. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

        Hi team,

        My consumer number is 40967. I get my lpg gas cylinder delivered through r. K. Agencies, hauz rani, new delhi. I have not been receiving the subsidy on continuous basis. For the last 7-8 cylinders delivered, have received it only twice.

        Kindly get this checked and credit the amount asap.

          I have booked my gas cylinder on 5.11.2018 against my gas connection number 13296 (Bhagwan dass) with the m/s dushyant gas agency pingli road karnal-132001 (Haryana) and received a message to deliver within 4-6 days. But till to day cylinder is not delivered. I want to contact to gas agency many times on telephone but no response. Therefore, you are requested to kindly arrange to deliver the cylinder immediately.

              I am an indian gas old costumer. First there was gas subsidy in my account, for some reason i sttoped this.
              Then i am updated several times aadhar in my all banks. But my bank account can not be associated with my lpg id.
              I have not got my last five times the gas subsidy yet.

                What is the cost of regulator. Is there any warranty on it. Other gas agency(Bharat Gas) replacing the regulator in free of cost where as Indane is charging Rs.90 with only 1 month warranty.

                  Dear sir,
                  My cust id is cx21344990.
                  My delivery person name is rajesh.
                  Every time he comes to my house to deliver the cylinder he charges rs 20 - rs 100 extra and if my old mother deny paying that amount tge then he threatens to stop delivering the lpg cylinders from the next time. My mother is a heart patient and remains at home alone during the day time. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and take strong action against the person.

                  On 26.10.2018 I filled some petrol in my car at Indian Oil pump located near Inchakkal, on Trivandrum by pass. They did not give me a bill. Instead they gave a slip of paper, which I am afraid should never be encouraged.

                    When i take indian gas from gas agency's ara bihar pakari chowk the cost of gas tank rs.1042 but diller demand rs 1045 to every people who want to take gas tank. This demand of extra money for long time. When i boycott for this demand then diller says you don't take gas tank and what you do you do. Diller bheviour is very loudly. I want to take action as soon as possible for extra money demand. I am very thankful to you

                      I am consumer of Gurukripa Gas Service agency of indian gas & my consumer no. is 15922 (V K Chowdhary) .i am facing lot of problem because of delivery man. we have asked him to bring the full gas cylinder but till now he does not bring.he delivers always short quantity of gas but nobody taking any action against him your booking staff are also support him.
                      so please take a necessary action against him i have already request to him please replace the cylinder but he did not.i hope you will take necessary action against him they are deliver short weight of gas always. As in my previous address weight delivered was perfect and average cylinder cycle is 40 days now its finish within 25 days. This problem is faced by most of the consumers residing in our society.

                        Worst ever petrol pump ever i visited

                        Must watch when you pay by credit card they will charge more then what you get petrol. Their supervisor is also involved in this. Looks they rip off customers everyday. And when you talk loudly infront of other cuatomee they will return money in cash.

                        Their free air felling guy dont work and if you go to office and ask their staff is so rude to answer.

                          Dear sir i have a gas connection with indane gas agency, m/s brindavan gas services, rc puram,. Consumer no: cx24635033 name k praveen. Recently 1st november 2018 i had booked my refill cylinder and also paid amount of rs 994 against ref id 289500 cash memo no [protected]. But till now (13.11.2018) they are not delivered my refill cylinder yet. When i make a call they answer me that your cylinder will delivered tomorrow but not delivered yet. Please take a necessary action against these types of problems.

                              I have not received lpg subsidy since 21.03.2017although my annual income is less than Rs.10 lac . I made a complaint to that effect today on12.11.2018. Somebody rang me from IOC mob.no. 91-[protected] today at 5.53 p.m.asking me bank details, balance as on date, and debit card no which I declined.Pl.look into the matter and ensure that no IOC officer ever do so and also release my gas subsidy unpaid after 21.03.2017.

                                I smt shefali das, vide consumer no 15905 booked a refill vide ref no -577302 on[protected] at m/s sarada gas agency (160803), karimganj dist, assam.
                                That sir, it had passed already more than one month but the booking refill is not delevered till today though i have tried to contact with the concerned gas agency but i couldn't any response from their side.
                                So, please take necessary action and delever my booking refill at your earliest and thus oblige.

                                  मै प्रार्थी जयराम प्रसाद जो तरंग गैस सर्विस का उपभोक्त हूॅं । जिसका उपभोक्त संख्य 13995 है । मेरा कनेक्शन पाइप लाइन मे प्रवर्तित हो गया । जिस कारण मुझे सब्सिडी प्राप्त नही हो पा रही है। अतः आप इसे घरेलू गैस सिलेंडर मे पुनः प्रवर्तित कर इस पर सब्सिडी प्राप्त कराये। मैने अपने सर्विस सेन्टर पर लिखित मे और गैस के सभी दस्तावेज दिये 1/01/2017और उन्होने मुझेे अप्रैल तक समय दिया और अब वह अपने हेड आफिस को और जब हेड आफिस पर बात कि तो उन्होने आपने के टेक्निकल डिपारटमेन्ट को कहा ।

                                        Very late service!
                                        The gas gets delivered 10 to 15 days after you make the booking. Also, the delivery guys are arrogant specimen for god knows what reason. Two minutes delay in opening the door and he took the cylinder back infront of my eyes despite all the apology and coaxing from your side.
                                        Disgusting management, every body is their own master here. Lack of coordination.
