My customer ID is[protected]. I have transferred my gas connection from Mamun Cantt (Punjab) to Secunderabad (Smruti Gas Agency) during Nov 2017. After purchase of cylinder on full payment, subsidies amount which is due for me that not to credited my bank account. After several request made by me from the last one yr, till my subsidies amount has not yet been credited. Even if the dealer has not take any interest to resolve this issue. Hence I am requesting to solve this issue at the earliest without further delay.

Delivery man cylinder dete time extra charge magta hai cylinder ata hai 810 ka tu magta hai 900 rupee, bolta hai ki 900 hi lunga nahi tu cylinder nahi dunga slip bhi nahi deta bolta hai slip nahi mili agency se maine uski pahle bhi complaint kari hai agency me but agency vale kuch nahi karte is liye me ap ko compalint kar raha ho

I am having connection from sharma gas company uttam nagar.

I am always complaining the the person who is supplying the gas. But always the measurements is proper but filled with water. Usualy my cylinder runs for 40-46 days. Since i have shifted here. It is running only for 17-18 days. Please look into this matter seriously.

I have filled petrol of Rs 1000 from Indian oil petrol pump, in front of govt college, jodhpur road, Barmer-344001. Due to the negligence of employee of this petrol pump I escaped from a major accident as he did not close the fuel tank of my car.

There is a puncture scam at your prashant vihar petrol pump. Yesterday, after filling fuel i went for air top up. The guy filling air informed that there are puncture in 2 tyres. Then 3-4 people if his team started removing tyres. When one of the guy was pretending to remove stones (Actually he was creating punctures), others distracted me. They declared that both tyres had 6 punctures and both tyres had valves damaged. As i had driven 90 km without any issues that day. They created punctures while distracting me and fleeced me of rs 950.

We have been contacting the Gas agency office and no one picks the phone.
After a day when someone picks, never give concrete details like when they are coming to deliver the cylinder.
Always they trouble my parent who are senior citizen.

Indian oil pump sector 29, faridabad is doing cheating in a very big way. Today as on 14th october, 2018 i went to this petrol pump and their metre showed me 72litres of diesel was filled my car but the fact that my car audi a-6 has a fuel tank of 65 litres. Already their was 3-4 litres of diesel in my car. So a maximum of 62 litres could be filled in my car, they did a scam of 10litres. No employee was accepting this. I want indian oil to take strict action against this petrol pumo or i am going to police to file a complaint. I am attaching the bill and the photo of the metre.

Indian gas agency Barman Flames, 37A, Madan mohan talla street, KOL-700005, Cust No: [protected], Name Akash Rathi, at the time of delivering they asking for extra Rs 50 when i complain at office they said we are also giving Rs 50 extra i just socked by his reply. Please take a hard step against these types of system created by the distributors.

I received my cylinder on 26/09/2018 from sri giridhar gas agency bearing the consumer number cx21444026. When i opened the top to fix it i found that it was delivered without the rubber washer. I had to use the old cylinders washer inorder to use the new one. I opened it on 12/10/2018. It is a clear symbol of negligence from the indane gas corporation.

Booked on 29th septmbr 2018 n recieved msg on 9th oct but still waiting at home for 4days with all pending outdoor work. Becomes very difficult for nuclear member to wait at home whole day wasted. Atleast delivery man's contact nbr should be given to contact. Even though they r paid by government for the job., they always demand extra delivery charges.

Iam completing you that your employes are cheating common people if i asked them they are embrashing me and i am son of si so i inform you take further action the complent is that if i ask them to put 100 rupees petrol to tank they put 50 rupees petrol to tank by giving false indication they are making false filling and i ask them what is it they say we are filled it correctly and they show some people and say they are also visiting us and filling the petrol to bike they never complement us and they said it must be false with your bike for this iam answering that my bike is new and well in condition it gives more than 60 km milage but now it gave me the up to 36.7km iam getting cheated by them by 2 time first time i let ti hem go off but this time i will not i inform you take further action

I govt. Servant from my village far away in delhi and my elderly parents live in the village. But every time the gas cylinder is booked, the gas cylinder does not reach the village from time to time and whichever gas cylinder goes to distribute in the village, it takes money from the cash memo separately from the villagers, which is against the indian government rules. Legal action should be taken against distributors of such gas cylinders.

I have already updated aadhar to my new bank account number to receive lpg subsidy for my indane gas connection (Consumer # [protected]) as instructed by indial oil customer service, they told me it will take 14 working days to update the new bank account. It has been more than 1 month and still the new account number is not yet updated. The last subsidy got transferred to my old salary account which i do not use any more. Please please advise as i am sick and tired of indian oil's customer service's unprofessionalism, they are so rude on call, not ready to listen and they disconnect. Please help...

I had booked cylinder on 20th of aug and bill was issued on 6th of sep. Without delivering the refill, the bill was cancelled after ten days. I had again booked refill on 24th of sept. But no cylinder is delivered so far. I had contacted them over phone many times, on all occasions they promise to deliver the very same day, but so far they have not complied. I very urgently need the refill.

Yesterday i filled a diesel of rs.500 at rishi fuel services hyderabad. The reading position of my tank is reserve and i filled a diesel of rs.500 and the reading showing half tank and i shocked, when i ride for 55kms and it is came to reserve. This is to inform you that in our locality at bidhannagar petrol pump of your franchise in durgapur, west bengal the pump operators misbehaving with the customers along with me on the reason that they are not willing to serve the petrol as already many pump are present. Only one pump is being operated. Other staffs are simply gossiping and no work has been done.
Therefore, since only one pump is being operated that is why the pump becomes very crowded and always in rush. If said to other staffs to run the other pump they used to misbehave with us and say only one pump will be operated.
So this is for your information and necessary action may taken please for the hassle free service.
