Booked on 29th septmbr 2018 n recieved msg on 9th oct but still waiting at home for 4days with all pending outdoor work. Becomes very difficult for nuclear member to wait at home whole day wasted. Atleast delivery man's contact nbr should be given to contact. Even though they r paid by government for the job., they always demand extra delivery charges.

    Iam completing you that your employes are cheating common people if i asked them they are embrashing me and i am son of si so i inform you take further action the complent is that if i ask them to put 100 rupees petrol to tank they put 50 rupees petrol to tank by giving false indication they are making false filling and i ask them what is it they say we are filled it correctly and they show some people and say they are also visiting us and filling the petrol to bike they never complement us and they said it must be false​ with your bike for this iam answering that my bike is new and well in condition it gives more than 60 km milage but now it gave me the up to 36.7km iam getting cheated by them by 2 time first time i let ti hem go off but this time i will not i inform you take further action

      I govt. Servant from my village far away in delhi and my elderly parents live in the village. But every time the gas cylinder is booked, the gas cylinder does not reach the village from time to time and whichever gas cylinder goes to distribute in the village, it takes money from the cash memo separately from the villagers, which is against the indian government rules. Legal action should be taken against distributors of such gas cylinders.

        I have already updated aadhar to my new bank account number to receive lpg subsidy for my indane gas connection (Consumer # [protected]) as instructed by indial oil customer service, they told me it will take 14 working days to update the new bank account. It has been more than 1 month and still the new account number is not yet updated. The last subsidy got transferred to my old salary account which i do not use any more. Please please advise as i am sick and tired of indian oil's customer service's unprofessionalism, they are so rude on call, not ready to listen and they disconnect. Please help...

            I had booked cylinder on 20th of aug and bill was issued on 6th of sep. Without delivering the refill, the bill was cancelled after ten days. I had again booked refill on 24th of sept. But no cylinder is delivered so far. I had contacted them over phone many times, on all occasions they promise to deliver the very same day, but so far they have not complied. I very urgently need the refill.

              Yesterday i filled a diesel of rs.500 at rishi fuel services hyderabad. The reading position of my tank is reserve and i filled a diesel of rs.500 and the reading showing half tank and i shocked, when i ride for 55kms and it is came to reserve.                   This is to inform you that in our locality at bidhannagar petrol pump of your franchise in durgapur, west bengal the pump operators misbehaving with the customers along with me on the reason that they are not willing to serve the petrol as already many pump are present. Only one pump is being operated. Other staffs are simply gossiping and no work has been done.
                  Therefore, since only one pump is being operated that is why the pump becomes very crowded and always in rush. If said to other staffs to run the other pump they used to misbehave with us and say only one pump will be operated.
                  So this is for your information and necessary action may taken please for the hassle free service.

                        On 8.10.2018 at afternoon i went to pushpak-indian oil petrol pump & cng address: jogeshwari - vikhroli link rd, jogeshwari east, mumbai, maharashtra 400060

                        To filling cng gas i was in queue around ½ hour without any reason i. E. There is no any car on front of my car hence i just ask their person why so late please fill my car and he shouted me and telling that you “don’t see reading is going on” i just calm and see every around petrol pump pipe that all auto are coming without any queue and filling cng and wise versa.
                        Then i ask 1or 2, 3 person why you are coming without any queue he answer that he paid rs 10 extra it and every auto there same review that they coming without queue by paying extra amount hence the queue of private vehicles getting late.
                        Please do me fever to solve this issue and escalate them it everywhere in mumbai specially indian oil petrol pump.

                        I can share video if require.

                        Incorrect fulling at Sushanti petrol pump . Current price in Delhi for 04th Oct 18 is RS.83.85 but display is RS. 84 . I was charged RS. 150 for 1.15 ltrs. Hence quantity and price is incorrect. I would request if necessary action can be taken so that people who fuel their vehicles at this pump should not be over charged

If I enquire at computer it shows my cylinder was delivered on 28.09.18. I have asked about this matter to distributing person. But they denied to give my cylinder.                           My consumer number is 61764 from air force gas agency naliya, kutch district, gujarat. I have been transferred to hyderabad from naliya with transfer voucher.

                          Now i have taken a new connection from bharat gas at suvidha air force gas agency at secunderabad. After few months bpcl has blocked my consumer number stating that consumer has a duplicate gas connection.

                          It is only possible that my adhaar number is not delinking from ioc at naliya, so it showing duplicate gas connection.

                            Everytime we book the cylinder its always got d3livered after 20 to 30 days and that so after we regularly go n check our status to the agency and the delivery boys always demand 30 to 50 rupees extra for delivering cylinder at home it was so harrassing each month and the people at agency was so careless about doing their work. They didn't even bring weight doing machine for checking refill weight and bring half empty cylinders.
