My Gas Connection bearing Con no CX 5695527 at Omkaram Gas Agency Oachira in Kollam District was disabled without even serving a notice to me for the ground of not taken cylinder during the last 12 months. regarding refilling

My consumer no is 5011150 and i booked the gas on dated 1/1/15 but i did not get the refilled cylinder till date that is 6/1/2015 and worst case is this when i contact to helpline they say your distributor has refilled the cylinder up to 26/11/14 booking consumersconsumers.
