Ko baba ramdev gas agency pe booking karwaya tha Muje apna cylinder aaj mila hai wo bhi uske misbehaving attitude ke sath Customers ke sath rudely behaviour karna unka roj roj ka natak hota ja raha hai Maine apni complaints kai baar customer service pe bhi karwa di thi Solutions ki bajay muje waha ke employees ke comments sehan karne pad rahe hai Cylinder ki refilling 20 days main ki jati hai Us se pehale agency pe jake puch bhi nahi sakte Refilling status ka Warna fir se taunting suru ho jati hai employees ki Plz do anything But strictly action lo Otherwise ye log apni marji se cylinder dete rehange Black main Yaha cylinder unhi ko juldi diya jata hai Jinki koi upar ki pahunch ho

    new gas cylinder was not working

    I booked for a gas cylinder at Indane gas agency Atholi Indane Services, kozhikode, kerala. My consumer number is 12048 .The agency delivered a gas cylinder on 16/12/2014 and i paid an amount of Rs 490. But when cylinder was opened the gas was not coming from the cylinder instead only a beep sound and air coming from the cylinder no flame is seen. I complaint the matter at the atholi branch office but they said that keep on the gas till flame...

    Hi, My customer id is 22318 and my distributor is KSB Enterprises, New Delhi. I have done a booking on 25th Dec with ref no: 371685. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 28th Dec that the cylinder has been delivered with CAsh memo no: [protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this LPG cylinders.

      I have complained on 19th December regarding the problem we are facing with our gas as the flame is too high when we light it or when we were cooking as well. Our distributor is Kitchen Queen (code 140429). But till date no action is taken by them. We are very scared that is why we are not using the gas from the same date because it might make a huge problem for us and even for the neighbors. Several time we have phoned them but they do not bother. For the past 1 week when we call them they receive the phone but do not answer.         My consumer number is 52493. Agency - Sri Vishnu Indane Gas Agencies, Kadugodi, Banglore - 67 I had booked for a refill on 18-Dec-2014 vide reference #351750 via IVRS no.[protected], but i have not got the cylinder till date. When i checked the status of my supply today, I was shocked to know that it has been cancelled. There was no notification/ SMS regarding the cancellation of the same. Also no reason was given regarding the cancellation.Now, we are suffering without ANY cylinder. I have made a fresh booking today (3-Jan-2014). I need the gas cylinder delivery to be expedited against the old booking. Appreciate, if we were intimated earlier regarding the cancellation, to spare the last minute inconvenience.

          Hi, I wanted to have new Indane Gas Connection and for that I had already purchased (online) a 3 burner Gas Stove. Now, when I have contacted Indane Gas Agency (Mitul Gas Agency - New CG Road - Chandkheda), they are forcing me to have new Gas Stove (which I already have), Non Stick Tava, Frying Pan, Apron, Fridge Freshner and other items which I really do not need. When I refused to have all these stuff, they are saying that it is not possible to have new Gas Connection without all these items. I do not understand when I simply need a new Gas Connection with two cylinders why they are forcing me to buy all other items which I do not need. Please do needful in this regard.

            Dear Sir, i am Sandeep patel (cunsumer no : 5916), i have a problem with your delivery service in sanwer area, your distributor : shreyance indane is not doing delivery on time at my home i have booked my gas cylinder many times but every time its shows booked and after some time it automatically cancelled. please find my booking detail as below 1st time: 14/12/14 booking no 212793 cancelled at 24/12/24 by your distributor 2nd time : 25/12/14 booking no 213878 no information cancellation and again i m booking my gas cylinder on 1/1/2015 booking no[protected] so i have booked my cylinder 3 times and still waiting for delivery. kindly take some action against your in sanwer area thanks & regards Sandeep Patel [protected]

              Sir, I am a consumer of Khekra Gas Service Khekra Distt- Baghpat U.P.My consumer No. K27569 . I booked my riffle Gas cyl on 23.12.14 with refrence no.253158. The cash memo No. [protected] generated on 24.12.14, but the cyl has not been delivered yet. I contact to consumer Help No. they registered my complaint on 30.12.14. the complaint No. 1721802. After that i contact again to consumer Help No. on .02.01.15 they registered my complaint No.1730502. but the riffle gas cly has not been delevered yet.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that I SRI PROBODH CHANDRA PAUL a LPG Consumer from the year of 2001 at your company vide Consumer no 09446 and my letter address is Vill:- MAMUDPUR, Post:- BHANDERDIHI, Dist:- BARDHAMAN (WB) our LPG distributor name is "State Govt Employees Consumer Co-operative Stores Ltd". Court Compound Dist Bardhaman (WB). and above name and home address has been mentioned on my blue book also, but when our distributor feeding my data in computer that time so many mistake was there as result I am unable to fill & submit my DBTL online to your website as well as manually (Form 3 & 4) to my distributor of "ST.GOVT.CON CO-OPT STORES LTD". Regarding this we are facing problem. I am giving my wrong data which distributor feeding in their computer.                     The service of Indane distributor OM VIOM INDANE in Kharghar (Navi Mumbai ditrict Raigad) is very poor. We dont get cylinders when booking is done online. No one at agency answer the calls. Large number of people of the area are suffering from this distributor.

                      Consumer No- 26780 Name - Radha Yadav Address- 194/1, Panchsheel colony- I, Faridabad, Haryana. Agency - Mohan & Mohan Dear sir/mam, This is to inform you that the cylinder which has been delivered on 3/01/015 is underweight by 300g.I refuse to take the cylinder first time when he came with underweight cylinder by 2KG then he came with 1.5KG underweight cylinder again I refused, but third time he came with 300g underweight cylinder then i had argument with him which is explained below. I had put a complaint regarding the same issue with concerned authority of my agency earlier as well but their response is null. They say that it is to be reported not to us, it is the fault of company itself, company does such forgery, only company sends underweight cylinders we do not cut the weight down. If we(delivery person) are to cut the weight down, we wont cut it down by 300g because thats to small for us, we cut the weights down in KGs not in grams. The delivery person says that "Chalta hai bhaiya Itna to chalta hai" and "1 ya 2 kg ki hum gaurantee hani le sakte". This is to understand that the end consumer pays full amount for what is written of delivery sleep not for underweight cylinders. Neither delivery person comes with weighing machine nor does he go by the instructions of INDANE oil corporation ltd. If no action been taken on such issues then authorities should not make such rules and regulations and out rightly all agency and each delivery person should be instructed to deliver empty cylinders only that shall serve the purpose of such person who act like delivery person.                         Dear Concern, I have submitted My Aadhar Card[protected]along with my post office account(With IFSC Code As They Asked Me for the same) details to my dealer M/s Hari Singh Gas Service, -RZ-914, Prem Nagar, Kirari Road, Nangloi, Delhi-110086.I didn't got my January 2014 subsidy. Now when I checked my linked aadhar Status in www.mylpg.in, it shows that a Central bank of India account is linked with it. I don't have any account in Central Bank Of India. In this regards when I went to my dealer M/s Hari Singh Gas Service they didn't even help me out. My Jan.2014 subsidy was already gone to the central Bank of India account.I have closed my Post Office account. Now I have my saving account in IDBI Bank Only (It is linked with Aadhar) Kindly Advise And do the needful.                           Dear Sir, your system had been failed by your gas agencies. I were booked my gas refill on 12.12.2014 but till date there is no supply of my gas booked on 12.12.14. When my wife went to your gas Agency Rana Gas Agency, Lalkurti Meerut, they told that your gas refill till date not received by us. As you had submitted your bank account and now you will get that cylinder for which subsidy will transferred into your account. Let me know what is the date of subsidy transferred into my account as per my information this was since 01.01.2015 and my refill booking date is 12.12.2014. What should I do. Also I seams that you are also involved with them because there is no link had been given for the complaint of particular gas booking reference. And your toll free no first of all always goes busy and secondly if ring goes to that no. than it gives a masage please wail. I have wail for 10-15 minutes but no one attand the call.                               The Indane distributor "Sri Ambiram indane gas distributor", Chennai sholinganallur is giving a very worst service at Pallikaranai region. Their Delivery person Silambarasan is acting rude with consumers and they were selling our cylinders in black market without delivering on time. Gas agency has promised for home delivery but after so many reminder to till date I have not got it. Pls resolve it. The details of the cylinders supplied to me until date is as follows : Booking Date Invoice Date Mentioned DSC () of QUOTA QTY [protected] DSC - 11 of Quota Qty : 11 (Completion of Last years quota) [protected] DSC - 02 of Quota Qty : 12 (This should be 01 of 12) First Cylinder of the year [protected] DSC - 03 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Second Cylinder of the year) [protected] DSC - 04 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Third Cylinder of the year) [protected] DSC - 05 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Fourth Cylinder of the year) [protected] DSC - 06 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Fifth Cylinder of the year) [protected] DSC - 07 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Sixth Cylinder of the year) [protected] DSC - 08 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Seventh Cylinder of the year) [protected] DSC - 09 of Quota Qty : 12 (Actually Eight Cylinder of the year) In the above rate, I will get only 11 cylinders against the quota of 12. What happened to my first cylinder ? Why must I compromise ? I had visited the gas agency - R R Enterprises, No. 87/1, Infant Jesus Church Main Road, Bangalore - 560047 and made a complaint about the fault in billing. I met the manager Mr Paramesh. He was very adamant stating that it is all computer generated billing and everything is correct. I have clearly stated the facts like above, but he refuses to understand and repeats that it is all there in his computer and everything is correct. How can it be correct ? I have the proof that only 8 cylinders have been delivered to me against the invoice stating 9/ 12. Can some authority please intervene and resolve this issue and ensure I get the allotted quota this year ?
