    This complaint is regarding an Indane gas distributor : Sri Baba Vishwanath Indane Gas Service 2/130/1. SAHITYANAKA, RAMNAGAR, phone: [protected]/[protected], email : [protected]@gmail.com 1. Even after booking LPG gas cylinder through their office they never deliver on specified time. Also many times they give excuse that booking was not done and to book again. This causes lot of inconvinience when gay cylinder is over at home. 2. Also the amount of gas in cylinder is not appropriate even after normal consumption of LPG it gets over sooner than the cylinders taken from other distributors. 3. They never pick up the agency phone even in working hours which causes inconvinience to many consumers. 4. Main head of the agency is never available to listen to our complaints.       I am customer of Indace gas agency, H.B road, dipa toli, ranchi, 834000. Delivery of gas is not on time at gitil kocha, prem nagar, kokar. Even we call to the supplier .he always said that I would deliver gas on next day or same day.but he did not come and if we call next day he said same again and again.after 10 to 20 even 1 month of long waiting he come for gas delivery. I request to you sir.kindly take some strict action against this dealer.

        Dear Sir, My Consumer no is 25895 and my distributor is SIKHA, Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Kamrup, Assam.. I have done a booking on 27th Dec 2014 with ref no: 900007, Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence. Moreover, the distributor didnt answer the telephone also. On visiting the office, they told that they will deliver the same. I am still ignorant about the delay cause. But we are seeing the agents daily bringing cylinders and distributing to many persons.

          Dear Sir, We have booked our refill booking on 23.12.2014 vide order no.[protected] and received delivery massage report on my mobile number [protected] and online also shows status delivered on dt.24.12.2014 via cash memo no.[protected]. Always we have to go personally and collect our refill cylinder after many request and visits. Please help and arrange to deliver my cylinder immediately.

            Dear Sir, My Consumer no is CX13506685 and my distributor is BHOOSHAN INDANE, Address-Plot no-600, 104-4A Mundka, New Delhi. I have done a booking on 24th Dec with ref no: 258006. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 5th Jan 2015 that the cylinder has been delivered with CAsh memo no: [protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this LPG cylinders

            I booked gas on 2nd Sep 2020 with ref no:[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 3rd Sep 2020 that the cylinder has been delivered with CAsh memo no: [protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. I called the Gas agency number but they are not answering.

                        I complain against kalidan indan gas centure. After 8 month they did not give a new gas connection but they give new connection to others in extra black money. This gas agency give new connection to others who fill up their form after mine. I have a serial no but i did not get new connection. But many people get new gas connection with a serial no. They give extra money and get instant the gas connection. This complain prove when you incuiry that this agency have how much connection. My serial no.is 785. So, agency get connection from upper office + transfer costomer = total connection, which is under my serial no. because i did not get new connection. Please cheak it.                             Reference No. 27483 I had booked cylinder in the end of November 2015. They had delivered the cylinder. Today when I changed the cylinder, after opening the seal I found it empty. I called the dealer Rajmin Agency- Shahibaug Ahmedabad. He refused to give me a new cylinder and they did not attend to my call prorperly. Kindly look into this and expedite Regards Harish C Shastri

                                new gas cylinder was not working

                                I booked for a gas cylinder at Indane gas agency Atholi Indane Services, kozhikode, kerala. My consumer number is 12048 .The agency delivered a gas cylinder on 16/12/2014 and i paid an amount of Rs 490. But when cylinder was opened the gas was not coming from the cylinder instead only a beep sound and air coming from the cylinder no flame is seen. I complaint the matter at the atholi branch office but they said that keep on the gas till flame...

                                  I have complained on 19th December regarding the problem we are facing with our gas as the flame is too high when we light it or when we were cooking as well. Our distributor is Kitchen Queen (code 140429). But till date no action is taken by them. We are very scared that is why we are not using the gas from the same date because it might make a huge problem for us and even for the neighbors. Several time we have phoned them but they do not bother. For the past 1 week when we call them they receive the phone but do not answer.                                     My consumer number is 52493. Agency - Sri Vishnu Indane Gas Agencies, Kadugodi, Banglore - 67 I had booked for a refill on 18-Dec-2014 vide reference #351750 via IVRS no.[protected], but i have not got the cylinder till date. When i checked the status of my supply today, I was shocked to know that it has been cancelled. There was no notification/ SMS regarding the cancellation of the same. Also no reason was given regarding the cancellation.Now, we are suffering without ANY cylinder. I have made a fresh booking today (3-Jan-2014). I need the gas cylinder delivery to be expedited against the old booking. Appreciate, if we were intimated earlier regarding the cancellation, to spare the last minute inconvenience.

                                      Hi, I wanted to have new Indane Gas Connection and for that I had already purchased (online) a 3 burner Gas Stove. Now, when I have contacted Indane Gas Agency (Mitul Gas Agency - New CG Road - Chandkheda), they are forcing me to have new Gas Stove (which I already have), Non Stick Tava, Frying Pan, Apron, Fridge Freshner and other items which I really do not need. When I refused to have all these stuff, they are saying that it is not possible to have new Gas Connection without all these items. I do not understand when I simply need a new Gas Connection with two cylinders why they are forcing me to buy all other items which I do not need. Please do needful in this regard.
