HI All, I Booked My Cylinder 15 days before but till now i have not receive my cylinder And i called up to the agancy so many time and they always responding to me tomorrow it will come to you . I linked my Aadhaar No. with my SBI A/c.and LPG consumer No. But DBTL status shows LPG linked with Aadhaar and Bank A/c.not linked with Aadhaar .I contact with my lpg distributer he says to given 17digit LPG ID to the bank for proper Aadhaar linkage with bank A/c.Are he says write

My consumer no is 5011150 and i booked the gas on dated 1/1/15 but i did not get the refilled cylinder till date that is 6/1/2015 and worst case is this when i contact to helpline they say your distributor has refilled the cylinder up to 26/11/14 booking consumersconsumers. It means cinsumers are waiting from more than one month.it is quite disgusting.

I have booked a refill on 18th Dec 2014 with booking no 232808, but till date I have not received my refill. Few days back I have register a complaint against this on your helpline with complain no 1717727. Till date neither I have received any feedback of my complain nor my refill. My Consumer no. is 13774 and under Nutan enterprises in Mangalore. My LPG ID is[protected] and my Adhar no is[protected] and my Bank a/c no is SB01009535 with corporation bank Kuthethoor branch Mangalore. My Cell no [protected] I have given all the details to bank, and also to my Distributor. I have booked one refill last week which was suppose to come this week. I got a SMS telling that one time subsidy of Rs 568 is transferred to my A/c no xxxx0953. I quickly acted as this was not my A/c no and given complaint to Mangalore Indane Office. I checked my A/c also till now i have not received any amount . Kindly look into the same and sort out at the earliest as my refill is due and i have to take it with full payment, any my subsidy may go to some other account. matter Very urgent pls. look into before the refill is delivered.

Dear Sir I Satnam Singh R/O G-29 Vishnu Garden New Delhi-110018 having Indane Gas Connection 9675 from Vicky Agencies Tagore Garden New Delhi110027. I have made booking for Gas cylinder vide reference number 281084 (which I got through SMS) dated 05.12.2014. But when gas cylinder is not delivered, I personally visited to Vicky Agencies on 27.12.2014 and again they have generated new reference no. 112812 to confirm our booking. Its 06th Jan 2015 now, but till date gas cylinder is not delivered to us .Kindly take appropriate action against Vicky Agencies so that we can get cyliner on time .

Dear Sir I have complain, my complain is, when I went to Indra Nagar Gas Service D Block.Indira Nagar, Lucknow-16 for enroll my ADHAR NO then i got to know this that ADHAR NO has been already enroll(entered) into system but unfortunately wrong Adhar No has been enrolled into system. I am costomer of Pande Gas agency code no[protected] Jabalpur bearing subscriber no-10697 is not receiving refill cylinder in time.Since last few months bookings are being cancelled without showing any reason.After several persuation agency deliver the cylinder after rebooking. Now my Booking no-436363 is pending since 24.12.2014 and after several persuation still not delerved.and I am being harased. I have booked Indane gas by 30.12.2014. My consumer number is 43846 and ref No. Of booking is 262812 .Jiten Gas Service"(Kanpur, UP) doesn't bother to pick the phone even if you call 100 times so I decided to visit them on 5th Jan and did not get any satisfactory answer as they are saying to wait and wait... God knows how many more days I have to wait.please confirm when they r going to dilever the gas.

I had booked a refill for lpg on the 11 th of dec 2014. It's been almost a month and repeated complaints to our distributor has not been effective. I have been asked to wait for another 5days. Our Indane Gas Dealer, NR Gas Agencies, Padugupadu, Nellore Dt., A.P. are not at all responding the phone calls of the customers for any type of service status. If we visited the agency premises, there also experiencing the vague and bad response to the customers.For confirmation our complaint you may try for the phone nos.[protected]; 250720 & 250721 and experience the response for your satisfaction. Many times we requested the agent for the rectification. But not tolerated and continuing the same problem from months together. pl consider the request/ complaint to solve it immediatly. I have booked a gas cylinder on 16 december 2014.. my connection number is 12258.. but i have't received the cylinder till now dat is 06 janaury 2015.. I have booked Indane gas by IVR on 26.12.2014. My consumer number is CX9743586 and ref No. of booking is 621732 . I have already submitted Aadhaar Number and linked with Gas distributor and bank.Still they are not ready to deliver the gas and god knows how many days still I have to wait. I have online booking Indian gas on 26.11.2014 consumer number is 19039 Name Ambily T P, Registered with ref No. 237613 . I have all ready submitted Aadhaar Number link with Gas distributor and bank . The problem every time booking period of our agency i, e. Latha agence, Ambalapiuzha, Alappuzha (Dist), Kerala. This complaint is regarding an Indane gas distributor : Sri Baba Vishwanath Indane Gas Service 2/130/1. SAHITYANAKA, RAMNAGAR, phone: [protected]/[protected], email : [protected]@gmail.com 1. Even after booking LPG gas cylinder through their office they never deliver on specified time. Also many times they give excuse that booking was not done and to book again. This causes lot of inconvinience when gay cylinder is over at home. 2. Also the amount of gas in cylinder is not appropriate even after normal consumption of LPG it gets over sooner than the cylinders taken from other distributors. 3. They never pick up the agency phone even in working hours which causes inconvinience to many consumers. 4. Main head of the agency is never available to listen to our complaints.
