I am costomer of Pande Gas agency code no[protected] Jabalpur bearing subscriber no-10697 is not receiving refill cylinder in time.Since last few months bookings are being cancelled without showing any reason.After several persuation agency deliver the cylinder after rebooking. Now my Booking no-436363 is pending since 24.12.2014 and after several persuation still not delerved.and I am being harased. Your goodselfer is requested to take suitable action on this matter that, repeatation of the occourance will not be there. Thanks You P.K.Roy.     I have booked Indane gas by 30.12.2014. My consumer number is 43846 and ref No. Of booking is 262812 .Jiten Gas Service"(Kanpur, UP) doesn't bother to pick the phone even if you call 100 times so I decided to visit them on 5th Jan and did not get any satisfactory answer as they are saying to wait and wait... God knows how many more days I have to wait.please confirm when they r going to dilever the gas.

      Hi, I have booked my cylinder and cash memo was generated on 28th Feb but till now delivery has not been done. Agent is very irresponsible behaviour and not able to contact(All Phone number are always busy or no one picks the call).

        I had booked a refill for lpg on the 11 th of dec 2014. It's been almost a month and repeated complaints to our distributor has not been effective.           Our Indane Gas Dealer, NR Gas Agencies, Padugupadu, Nellore Dt., A.P. are not at all responding the phone calls of the customers for any type of service status. If we visited the agency premises, there also experiencing the vague and bad response to the customers.For confirmation our complaint you may try for the phone nos.[protected]; 250720 & 250721 and experience the response for your satisfaction. Many times we requested the agent for the rectification. But not tolerated and continuing the same problem from months together. pl consider the request/ complaint to solve it immediatly. The request number given to me at the time of booking the indane gas cylinder was 576178... Kindly reslove my problem as soon as possible.. my connection is from kaptan gas agency vijay nagar pratap vihar ghaziabad-201009..

                Dear Sir, My Name satyanarain. I live Ateli mandi, Distt. Mohinder Garh, Haryana. My LPG Conection is 16069 at Shahid Birender Singh Gas Service. I booking my refill on 27.01.2014. But till today I not got my Refill. When I go Agency Office they misbehave to me. so please take the Necesrry Action in this.

                    I have booked Indane gas by IVR on 26.12.2014. My consumer number is CX9743586 and ref No. of booking is 621732 . I have already submitted Aadhaar Number and linked with Gas distributor and bank.Still they are not ready to deliver the gas and god knows how many days still I have to wait. Our Agency "Prankur Indane Gas Service"(Ghaziabad, UP) doesn't bother to pick the phone even if you call 100 times so i decided to visit them on 5th Jan and did not get any satisfactory answer as they are saying to wait and wait... God knows how many more days i have to wait...

I have all ready submitted Aadhaar Number link with Gas distributor and bank . The problem every time booking period of our agency i, e. Latha agence, Ambalapiuzha, Alappuzha (Dist), Kerala. So sir, this problem may please be avoid . That sir our booking cyclendr may please be arrange .

                          This complaint is regarding an Indane gas distributor : Sri Baba Vishwanath Indane Gas Service 2/130/1. SAHITYANAKA, RAMNAGAR, phone: [protected]/[protected], email : [protected]@gmail.com 1. Even after booking LPG gas cylinder through their office they never deliver on specified time. Also many times they give excuse that booking was not done and to book again. This causes lot of inconvinience when gay cylinder is over at home. 2. Also the amount of gas in cylinder is not appropriate even after normal consumption of LPG it gets over sooner than the cylinders taken from other distributors. 3. They never pick up the agency phone even in working hours which causes inconvinience to many consumers. 4. Main head of the agency is never available to listen to our complaints.                             I am customer of Indace gas agency, H.B road, dipa toli, ranchi, 834000. Delivery of gas is not on time at gitil kocha, prem nagar, kokar. Even we call to the supplier .he always said that I would deliver gas on next day or same day.but he did not come and if we call next day he said same again and again.after 10 to 20 even 1 month of long waiting he come for gas delivery. I request to you sir.kindly take some strict action against this dealer.

                              Dear Sir, My Consumer no is 25895 and my distributor is SIKHA, Bharalumukh, Guwahati, Kamrup, Assam.. I have done a booking on 27th Dec 2014 with ref no: 900007, Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence. Moreover, the distributor didnt answer the telephone also. On visiting the office, they told that they will deliver the same. I am still ignorant about the delay cause. But we are seeing the agents daily bringing cylinders and distributing to many persons.

                                Dear Sir, We have booked our refill booking on 23.12.2014 vide order no.[protected] and received delivery massage report on my mobile number [protected] and online also shows status delivered on dt.24.12.2014 via cash memo no.[protected]. Always we have to go personally and collect our refill cylinder after many request and visits. Please help and arrange to deliver my cylinder immediately.

                                  Dear Sir, My Consumer no is CX13506685 and my distributor is BHOOSHAN INDANE, Address-Plot no-600, 104-4A Mundka, New Delhi. I have done a booking on 24th Dec with ref no: 258006. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 5th Jan 2015 that the cylinder has been delivered with CAsh memo no: [protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. If i will visit the distributor to complain he will treat as if he is doing some favour on me by giving this LPG cylinders

                                  I booked gas on 2nd Sep 2020 with ref no:[protected]. Till date the cylinder has not been delivered at my residence but i have received a confirmatory SMS on 3rd Sep 2020 that the cylinder has been delivered with CAsh memo no: [protected]. This is clear Black Marketing if i am not consuming the quota alloted to me that doesnt mean the distributor will sell the cylinders for black. I called the Gas agency number but they are not answering.
