I booked for a gas cylinder at Indane gas agency Atholi Indane Services, kozhikode, kerala. My consumer number is 12048 .The agency delivered a gas cylinder on 16/12/2014 and i paid an amount of Rs 490. But when cylinder was opened the gas was not coming from the cylinder instead only a beep sound and air coming from the cylinder no flame is seen.
