Hi, i have booked cylender on 01-Jan-2015 with Ref No - 511456 on IVR and Ref No R[protected], R[protected], R[protected], R[protected] on web but still i have not received the cylender. i have taken only one cylender in Sep-2014. i have sent several reminder to distributor but still i am waiting for cylender my consumer no is- CX9234524(indane Gas) Name - Sanjay Kumar Suman, Distributor Code-107308, Distributor Name-Sunder Shyam Enterprises, Distributor Address-A-1/B20, DDA MARKET, NEAR MOTHER DAIRY, JANAKPURI, NEW DELHI-110058

    Hi This is regarding insufficient quantity fuel filling at Coco Naraina, Ring Road, Naraina New Delhi Dated 10 Jan 2015, Saturday 09:10 PMToday, evening, I have asked the petrol pump person to fill the petrol of Rs. 1000/-One thousand, and given Rs. 1000/- to him, He shown me zero and started filling the petrol, In the mean time second person come up with the bill (Bill No. 49057) of Rs. 1000/- and handed over to me and directed my attention by asking many unnecessary questions such as" Sir this bill is paid by company etc" So that he can divert my attention from the machine, But carefully, I have checked in between, the filling person had stopped the machine at Rs. 825/- and trying to adjust the machine at zero again, I immediately said Stop Stop...Hold on ..I have asked the person why you have stopped the machine at only Rs. 825/- and resetting at zero, without showing it to me. He immediately got shocked. I immediately informed the this to the Manager, Then he called the filling person, and he accepted his cheating.I have asked the Manager to give me the complain/suggestion book. He said not available and not cooperated with me. He was saying just saying "Sir Galti Ho Gaye Maaf kar do, Naukari chali Jayegii etc"Last time on date 6 Dec 2014, When i am getting filled my car for fuel Rs 1150/- (Bill No 43236) from the same petrol pump Coco Naraina, Ring Road, Naraina New Delhi pump person started filling the petrol and second person came and engaged me in unnecessary questions, and diverted my attention in his questions, and mean while the filling person reset the machine at zero and said "Ho Gaya" I have got doubt from the fuel indicator, because usually it will stop at more than 3/4 after filling Rs 1000/- petrol but at that time it was showing just 1/2 only (while price has also reduced) and now i cant do any thing because dispensing machine is reset to zero, but in suspicious, I had not said any thing and went from there.But, Today they have done the same Modus Operandi, But because of my attention I have caughted them Red Handed, They have accepted their cheat.I have tried to call the field officer, two times but, He has not picked the call. I have also called on toll free number[protected], but Unable to connect as this was not use able at 9:00 PM. Now, I would like to make this complain, to the concerned authorities to take the necessary legal action hard against this.I think this is going on daily, with every one.Please lets know the update of complain-- Thanking You With regards, Jitendra K.       My consumer no. is 754278. I have booked gas cylinder through automated gas booking by mobile on 16th December -2014. But while enquiring the customer care tells that cylinder has already been delivered on 29.12.2014. It is surprising that practically I have not received the cylinder till date. Without delivery to my home how it is possible. Today (10.01.15) again I have booked the cylinder. I need the cylinder urgently without any delay. Regards, R P Pal [protected]

        Respected Sir/Madam, I have not received my booked cylinder even after 7 days of receiving sms of delivery. I got sms on 03.01.2015 mentioning delivery of my booked cylinder, but I could not get still now after 7 days on 10.01.2015. I tried to contact on phone but was unable to get any response. I am consumer of Indane gas with SHEKHAWAT INDANE GASE SERVISE north east Delhi.Distributore's code 107570.My consumer no.6927 in name NAFEESA YASMEEN.           My consumer number is 2431, consumer name is sarbans singh banga, agency is prakash gas services., i am continuously coming to agency for tarnsfer my connection but the person who is incharge does not have any timing of meeting his consumers because of that person i have been coming regularly to meet him but he is never been there, so please response to my complaint and help me to continue my indian oil service

            I Rajinder Sharma resident of Rajindra Park, Gurgaon (Haryana) My Consumer No. is CX8292447. I have booked my gas cylinder on 30.11.2014 vide reference no.201834 on dated 30.11.14 but I have not received any supply till 28.12.2014. In 28.12.14 in evening time, I have received a message on 28.12.14 from your Department on my mobile that my refill booking stands cancelled. You have not given any reason for the same. I have regularly contacted with the agency but no one can ready to give any response in this matter. I have again booked my gas cylinder on 28.12.14 against reference no. 203418 but till writing of this complaint no supply has made to me. I have seen that they are supplying the cylinders frequently to those who sell the gas in the shops. There is no shortage of gas in any agency in Gurgaon. I could not understand why they have not supplied the gas cylinder to me. I have already submitted my Aadhar card in the agency& the same has already linked with the agency & Bank because I have received the message from the bank as well as agency. You are requested to please look into the matter & arrange the gas cylinder at the earliest otherwise I have no option to take legal action against the department as well as agency. Hoping for your early response in the matter.

                  i was book a cylender in 2 jan 2015.today i have go to a agency.but they tel me my cylender is not book now they gave me sub cd cylender.bt my non sub cd cylender is due.i was only 5 cylender want in dis year year.so plz accept my request and stickly action on dis complaint.

                    Complaint No. 1746065. Consumer No.GGT10436 . Gas Booking No. 771931 dt. 06.12.14. Our account credited on 02.01.2015. But till date no supply. Distributor- Saheb Distributor, Upen Banerjee Road, Parnashree Pally, Kolkata-700 060 This distributor in their web site shows that their customers are receiving gases within 15 days of their booking. So ask them to withdraw from their site these sorts of fake information. You are requested to kindly act on this urgently. Regards, Arati Datta

                    Respected mam,
                    Considering your complaint regarding the delay of delivery from the above mentioned distributor of your area, even I have the same issue of this kind of negligent responsible behaviour from LPG authorities. Please let me know about some complaint numbers concerning this matter.
                    Also let me know if your issue has been resolved through this consumer complaint medium.

                      sir, I Have book gas on 27 december then cancel this booking and then again I booking on 1st or 4th january and, then to not dlivered gas, this problem is very common for indane costomers, when I booking the gas then also gas dliverd 7 to 9 days, but now I booked gas again then today not dliverd gas and I call costomer care complaint number but they are also say your gas dlivered on monday, why? this is my problem plese sir solve this plzzzzzzzzzzzzz. thank you...

Customer no. 4268 to, the manager sir, indane gass corporation sub:- irregularity in getting gas cylinders from gass agency at apana bazzar kalavad respected sir, I'm writing this letter to draw your attention about harassment to the customers by your gas agency at apana bazzar -kalavad dist- jamanagar We have been a regular customer since years of your agency as well we run a hostel campus for many students so we quite need gass cylinders in time but when we require it, we can't get it because of this, we have to do anything else ourselves. Moreover we also unaware about our connection type like regular /discount fees We made several complain direct and on phone at your kalavad branch office but we haven’t got any proper response.                                 Dear Sir, My connection was transferred from Sahaganj Dist Hooghly WB of HP to Sarada Indane Service, Kamarpukur Dist Hooghly WB as service man. I submitted all my documents to M/ s Sarada Indane Service on 05/01/2015 with RS 5292/-. It is 10 days passed, but no any information is given to me till date.                                   I am Director of Shree Hari Roadlines Pvt.Ltd. We are in transport business since last 4 years.As being in a transportation firm, fuel is our basic necessity. But since last few months we are facing difficulty in dealing with this. we purchase diesel from " Shree Vinayak Petrolium" -Mundra (kutch- Gujarat) .From last several time, we asses that we are not getting the demanded quantity of fuel in our trucks at the same price.after requesting to check whether the quantity was exact as shown in the metres or not. We did not get any response. Even the owner (Chirag Agrawal) itself replied us in a very abusive manner.

                                  You may aware that we are your regular customers and at the end its the concern of you rotation and goodwill, we thought communicating to you will give us results, we will be waiting for your positives reply.

                                    CONSUMER NO-29272 in the name of Manotosh bhattachryya, r/o 41/15 shantiram rasta, bally, howrah, wb-711201
                                    has booked online (automated rifil booking system) on 12/12/2014 and has got booking no as 651689 while inquired for position of delivery the system informs that the booking date is postpone to 01/01/2015.and the supplier mordern gas agency has yet delivered upto 29/11/2014.As the date is unilaterally changed to later date, the supply of gas to me has been delayed abnormaly resulting in convenience to cook for myself and family members.Though personally my wife visited and inquired the supplier could not give any assurance then i have talked over toll free no on 07/01/2015 and on 08/01/2015 and also on 09/01/2015 in all occasions at the receiving end the call attended has to bribed the whole story again and again and lastly given the compliant no with an assurance of supply of gas by 7 working days.so if it goes ok and fulfilled i have to wait no later than 16/01/2015.so ultimately the gas is supplied to me nearly after 35 days but still in system it is informed delivery is over upto 29/11/2014.Not in a single occasion gas was supplied to me before 40days is it fair while customer care service informs that within 7 days it must be delivered from booking date.I secure intervention to minimise my difficulties now and for future.

                                        The delivery of gas never happens after multiple reminders. Pathetic service..The agency number is switched off most of the time. somtimes no one responds to the call also, it keeps ringing long time..poor quality of service & worst agency!! Pls look into it.
