Hi This is regarding insufficient
quantity fuel filling at Coco Naraina, Ring Road, Naraina New Delhi
Dated 10 Jan 2015, Saturday 09:10 PMToday, evening, I have
asked the petrol pump person to fill the petrol of Rs. 1000/-One
thousand, and given Rs. 1000/- to him, He shown me zero and started
filling the petrol, In the mean time second person come up with the bill
(Bill No. 49057) of Rs. 1000/- and handed over to me and directed my
attention by asking many unnecessary questions such as" Sir this bill is
paid by company etc" So that he can divert my attention from the
machine, But carefully, I have checked in between, the filling
person had stopped the machine at Rs. 825/- and trying to adjust the
machine at zero again, I immediately said Stop Stop...Hold on ..I have
asked the person why you have stopped the machine at only Rs. 825/- and
resetting at zero, without showing it to me. He immediately got shocked.
I immediately informed the this to the Manager, Then he called the filling person, and he accepted his cheating.I
have asked the Manager to give me the complain/suggestion book. He said
not available and not cooperated with me. He was saying just saying
"Sir Galti Ho Gaye Maaf kar do, Naukari chali Jayegii etc"Last
time on date 6 Dec 2014, When i am getting filled my car for fuel Rs
1150/- (Bill No 43236) from the same petrol pump Coco Naraina, Ring Road,
Naraina New Delhi pump person started filling the petrol and second
person came and engaged me in unnecessary questions, and diverted my
attention in his questions, and mean while the filling person reset the
machine at zero and said "Ho Gaya" I have got doubt from the fuel
indicator, because usually it will stop at more than 3/4 after filling Rs
1000/- petrol but at that time it was showing just 1/2 only (while
price has also reduced) and now i cant do any thing because dispensing
machine is reset to zero, but in suspicious, I had not said any thing
and went from there.But, Today they have done the same Modus Operandi, But because of my attention I have caughted them Red Handed, They have accepted their cheat.I
have tried to call the field officer, two times but, He has not picked
the call. I have also called on toll free number[protected], but
Unable to connect as this was not use able at 9:00 PM. Now, I would like to make this complain, to the concerned authorities to take the necessary legal action hard against this.I think this is going on daily, with every one.Please lets know the update of complain--

Considering your complaint regarding the delay of delivery from the above mentioned distributor of your area, even I have the same issue of this kind of negligent responsible behaviour from LPG authorities. Please let me know about some complaint numbers concerning this matter.
Also let me know if your issue has been resolved through this consumer complaint medium.
